In Express it is possible to have text animate on a picuture, say for an instagram story. These kind of posts are downloadable as .mp4. The problem is that they are restricted to 5seconds in lengths. How is it possible to change the lenght of a donloaded video?  Thanks. 

Hello, I've created a web page on Adobe Express using Nightcap theme. Is there any chance to change some of the font type at this theme? Or the color of the background at other themes wher fonts are nicer? Thanks fo advices.

Tengo problema con el programa, ya que yo hago un diseño en mi lienzo y queda tal y como lo quiero, sin embargo, cuando lo descargo y visualizo esta todo desordenado, sin embargo en el lienzo sigue igual 

Últimamente la aplicación se frisa y pierdo el trabajo en el que trabajaba.

Estou com problemas em trabalhar com a aplicação, tenho a subscrição e ao selecionar um trabalho, dá-me um erro que diz que não  tenho espaço suficiente, pede para apagar trabalhos antigos ou subscrever uma mensalida, mensalidade que já  a tenho a muito tempo. Tento apagar trabalhos e não deixa eliminar, faço subcrever e dá o erro que já tenho uma assinatura. 

Bonjour,Je suis à la recherche d'une solution à mon problème: Quand j'exporte mes projets en format A4 une partie du graphisme disparaît, impossible donc de récupérer ce que j'ai fait et la capture d'écran n'est pas vraiment une solution possible pour obtenir une qualité d'impression optimale (juste possible pour publication web ). Ci-joint les photo avec une nette différence (j'ai tout esssayé niveau export c'est à peu près le même résultat pour tout les formats).En vous remerciant par avance.

I am a moderator on the Facebook insiders group, and I've been advised by member that they are having difficulties with a premium template that involves group and resize. If they use the grab handles on desktop The template goes haywire and does not scale correctly.  If it's done on the app, the same thing happens with grab handles however, using the scale option and using the slider everything is fine. Can someone please look into this?  

Does any one know if and how you can add more than one account to the express social media scheduler? 

I handle the social media posts for a small organization.  My boss wants to approve the final post layout before I post.  Is there a way to share a scheduled or draft post with her for approval?  I can share my projects, but I need to share the final draft too. 

I am working on a flyer in CC Express and every time I add an asset from the library provided by Adobe it shows up for a brief second and then disappears from my project. I am working from an iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (4th generation) iOS 15.4.1 Creative Cloud Express version 10.7.0

Hi, I'm using a magic grid alignment for one text box in Adobe express. If I add another text box, it still has this effect applied - does anyone know how to turn it off please? Screenshot of the buttons I mean

If you modify or update a linked file that's connected to several projects in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc, they almost always update automatically upon opening a project that features that asset. Why isn't this a feature in Adobe Express?If I have teams in the social media department working on templates that I've created, I want them to be using the latest version of our logos, or other assets. So if I update that logo or asset with a new version, it should automatically apply across all of our projects and templates.  I believe this is a feature in Figma, it should most definitely apply in Adobe Express!

HelloOver the last day my Adobe Express does not allow me into the page. After navigating to the website and clicking "start for free" it takes me to a website and shows the image that displays "This page isn't here for you, but we are" (image attached). I've also tried launching the website from the creative cloud launcher but this ends up giving me the same result. Any help is appreiciated. Thanks 

Since the iPhone update, when I go to add or change a photo on my phone via the Adobe Express mobile app, only some photos are showing up...where are all my photos now? And yes, I have the access in my iPhone settings set to All Photos too. Thanks for any help...

I am a Technology Integration Specialist for Calvert County Public Schools in Maryland. We have been using the Adobe Express Video creator with students. Many of them are finding that once they record voiceovers, several of their pages are sped up and are unable to be understood. This is sometimes fixed by redoing it, but it isn't always fixed. This has occurred with several different grades and with different schools. Students are using system issue Lenovo laptops. We cannot find a pattern as to why this may occur.Can you help troubleshoot?

Its beyond fustrating trying to delete a split screen when I have added things after. Why is there only a back button!? 

Hello! Recently when trying to make images in Adobe Express, whenever I upload and Image I am unable to manipulate the image at all.  I upload the Image and it basically freezes the program.  I am using my desktop in Google Chrome, I changed nothing in terms of the computer and thsi just randomly started happening.  It also seem to be only with new images that I download recently, any images that I had on my computer before this issue started still seem to work fine. Is there some sort of setting that would effect new downloaded images that will cause this? is anyone else having this issue? Thanks for any Help!

I get the connection guide and log-in, but then it lets me choose only from Groups. I would like to connect to my Facebook Page. Is it possible? What am I missing? Thank you!

Hi everyone, Adobe Express has just been introduced in my company to help marketing and sales to create social and marketing material. One team member has started to create a Brand, but now he is busy and I need to take over and complete the Brand set up. He shared the brand across the whole team but it looks like he is the ONLY one with editing rights on that Brand, because he is the one who first created it.... is it the way it is? No one can edit a brand beside the one who created it?Thanx for your help.

Hello, I'm creating a card from a template, and the Type tool is defaulting to all caps, no matter what font I try and while I'm typing in lowercase in the edit box. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions? So exasperating ...Thanks - Dawn

I have been using Express for close to 2 years and have never had any issues. However, all of a sudden, it is not allowing me to download projects in any format (PNG, JPG, etc). I click the option to download and it does nothing. I have tried logging out, closing and reopening the tab, and restarting my PC, but it isn't working still. Does anyone have any idea what I should do to fix this?
