I cannot understand anything and the tutorials are not helping 

Hi,How do I access my previous spark site to edit?I have the url,  but do not seem to be able to edit.  Perhaps I am logged into a differrent account than originaly used but I can't seem to fnd orginal account?Thanks for any thoughts on this.

I don't know where to find it.I had a free account; looks like I still have one, so I logged in and it just says "no recent documents". I don't know where to look for it; am I just out of luck and have to create a new one? If so I'd like ot delete the old but again don't even know how to find it. 

Does anyone know if you can utilize Adobe Express "Design Assets" and texts freely for company logos and sell products with that logo on them? I have read the usage documents but I don't really see anything explicitly detailing the design assets.

Hallo zusammen,ich erstelle sehr gerne Videos mit Adobe Express in der Desktopanwendung. Ich füge Videoclips von Interviews ein und setze davor immer eine Textfolie mit der Frage. Leider ist die Lautstärke der Videoclips viel zu leise. Im Original ist sie lauter. Wo kann ich dies ändern/anpassen?DANKE für eure Hilfe! Ich bin ratlos...Viele GrüßeKatharina

I have a story on adobe spark but no idea where it is hosted or how to access it. Searching for it has proved impossible. Adobe almost seem to go out of their way to make finding anything a nightmare

My logo looks great on the desktop version but looks blurry on mobile version. Adobe support says: "This is in regards to your issue with "CC express page: ""Images look blurry on mobile browsers".We would like to inform you that it's an expected behavior with cc express and suggest you to please post this request on cc express user-voice page, so that engineers can review it and add enhancement to the image rendering quality in future releases." I spent 8hrs resizing, redesigning, reworking everything I could think of then gave up and sent the Ai file to the support team. They couldn't figure it out. Has anyone figured out any kind of a work around to this issue? I am severely disappointed in Adobe for this. Integration between mobile and desktop versions of a web page is rudimentary work for developers. This is not what I expect from a leader in design software.      

Dear CC Express Team,   I was very excited about the announcement of the new "Creative Cloud Express" tool because I was hoping that there would finally be one feature that is in my (and many other Adobe users) opinion crucial for the creation of Instagram story layouts: the possiblity to create several pages within one document. I really can't belief that this option is still not available! I will go on using Canva until this is possible!   Why are you not listening to your audience? I just started using adobe express to create thumbnails for youtube as I saw it was free to use as I have zero experience and after creating one thumbnail and having no problems I logged in the following day to finish another one UI had started and adobe has locked my thumbnail project claiming I used branded materialwhen I didn't and need to subscribe in order to retrieve it. Can't afford the monthly subscription now is there any way I can retieve my project?  I hate to lost hours of work, that I worked on this thing. 

I have a photo that's pinned to the background and I blurred it to '16', which I downloaded.  But the downloaded version is not as blurry as 16.  So I blurred setting '25' to test it to see if would come out as I set, but no, it downloaded the same exact image or blur as the first image.  Please fix.  See screenshots below.  The first screenshot shows that I set it at '25' and you can see it downloaded at the bottom of the screenshot showing "babtw...25blur".  the 2nd and 3rd screenshots are the failed downloaded versions that did not come out as blurry as it showed on the adobe website.  Troubleshooted that it isn't my computer.  Please fix! Specs:-Macbook pro retina-8Gb RAM-using Google Chrome browser-Safari browser is worse-download speed is 400mbps

What ever the settings, on the pdf produced the document sentences contains words which are overlapped.I have no idea how to solve this problem.Could you help me ?Thanks

I can't find my old Spark projects when I log in on a browser on a desktop, yet they appear in the Creative Cloud Express app on my phone. The Creative Cloud desktop app also shows nothing under "Your files." How can I access my old files on a desktop? I have sync turned on but nothing is syncing between the mobile app and the desktop.

I have created dozens of graphics in my adobe express account and none of them are there today. It says that I do not have any recent projects. Any idea on where they may have gone or if I can get them back? I really need a few of the templates in there.

I followed the student migration instructions, and I got the message from Adobe that it was migrated successfully. I log into my personal account, and I don't see anything!  I logged back into my school account and obviously all of my stuff is gone! What do I do?? 

Loving the new schedule feature on CCE as it helps me plan out and visually see my schedule for the week's social media posts. I have two brands and currently have one connected to the schedule feature (for FB and IG). It would be so handy for me to connect the socials to my other brand so I can enjoy the same benefits. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks!

My presentation is not showing the full images. It's like they have been cropped down, severely in some cases, just barely in others. I've tried different browsers, looked at my two presentations in the app and using the published link. It looks the same everywhere, but not how I created it. Please help!

i would like to print a poster project I created  and also send it to someone as an attachment in order topost ot a website but I am unable to do so.  I would also like to download the project poster to my computer. When I hit download it goes the the home and explore more screen and it stays there.  I cant even "x" out.  Please assist 

Hi, I av a complain.I tried using Adobe express app n website to remove background from an image and dis was what I got.Can some one help me out    

I can't believe it.I'm an happy Adobe subscriber and I'd like to use CC Express instead of Canva but: If I create a blank IG story in CCE, I'm not able to add a video!If I go on Canva, I cab simply drag the video into the layout. Am I wrong?
