Is it possible to migrate a CC Express file into Illustrator and have the ability to edit the layers? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Has anyone else had a problem when, after apply the first Shape Effect to text, upon rotation, the straight edge becomes seratted? This is what I did step by step:1. select text2. apply Shape in Effects (the first effect)3. Select the text block and rotate. You see how the top edges and the one side are no longer straight?  It looked the same when I downloaded it. I have tried CC Express in Chrome and Brave and still have the same issue.  I suppose I could just not rotate the text, but this is for social media posts and a little bit of angle's more dynamic. Thanks.

Hello everyone, one question:I am a photographer, I made my web page with Adobe Creative Cloud Express.I noticed that it is possible to download my photographs simply by pressing the right mouse button.Is there a possibility to block this option to avoid ... or better to limit the theft of images?Thank you

Hi, after the change from Adobe Spark on Creative Cloud Express I cannot create any new project. All my old project are visible, but if I try to modify one I become an error. Also if I choose a new project I cannot use any picture I search. I have the premium version, but it seems to have a general problem, as I read about a lot of comments with the same problem. 

I remember when Adobe was the upper echelon of programs. I'm not sure what has transpired in the last decade as I took a break from graphic design until now. I recently got involved in marketing and advertising for a very successful hotel. I discussed with the owner having a graphic suite available in-house and suggested we subscribe to Adobe full package. We did.   For 1 month it worked flawlessly and made my job pretty easy. I was happy. Then they decided to port all of Adobe Spark over to a different packaging: Creative Cloud Express. I thought nothing of it until I went to advertise a time critical sale. I cannot import our custom images into ANY template or document now. Their tech support is "clown shoes" (that was the term I used with them). After 4 concise and direct emails went unanswered, they reached out to me in VERY BAD ENGLISH to ask for a screenshot of the problem. Really ?!? I'm creating a postcard and there is a vertical image in the background that I animated. When I export as a video, the background image is displaced according to my design. If I export as an image, I get what I see. What is going on? 

I'm no more able to open my former projects in the new platform: it shows a spinning wheel and never finishes loading. What can I do?

Hi, I have two issues with CC Express. 1. if I want to acess asstes in my Library the they are pixelated and some letters are not being recognized.. (I did install the correct Font in CC Express)2. therefore I tried to import the same assets as pngs. They are about 1200x 900 px and still appear pixelated on the Instagram Post I want to create in CC Express.

how do you get an image with a clear backround?

Been using the spark insiders mobile free version for quite sometime. Recent changes with the Insider Express the only negative was resizing format feature now a premium option.Always pushing this software to the limits not sure this could be improved further.Areas worth considering1. true customised fonts upload - Adobe fonts very limited2. 2D fonts with perspective changes - currrently import image from photoshop3. back up insider produced images locally as templates and imported back into insiders 

I am trying to transfer my spark projects from my personal account to my business account but do not see an option to do that. 

Hi, i used to have accès to the pictures with spark post. It's no more the case with creative express while I have an Adobe licence. Is it normal ? thx for the help

trying to view a video on my adobe creative cloud express and the error of bad connection e-fetch-asset keeps coming up. I have tried clearing cookies, cache ect... changed settings to allow notifcations and cookies. Dont know what else to do! please help

hello, I have four projects in my account, and i can not open one of them. Can you help me?  

I have recently upgraded my laptop and sadly i am not able to lounch adobe spark post using chrome. I have also tried microsoft edge and it is not working either. Could you advice me what is wrong?    Moderator note: Title was changed slightly to reflect actual issue.

Since about an hour ago, any time I open the Spark webapp and start a new project, I get a pop-up window with the following message: "Oh snap! Time to refresh the window. It looks like this project has been edited elsewhere. Refresh to reclaim the throne."   The only option offered is to refresh the page, which is sadly followed by a few seconds of usability and then another identical pop-up appears. This continuous loop of pop-ups renders Spark essentially useless, as I cannot create new projects or edit any of the ones I have already created.   I am confident my projects are not actually "being edited elsewhere". The project I created today had no collaborators, not to mention ones that would have made an edit in the first 3 seconds of me creating it. In fact, I do not have a single collaborative project on my entire account. I also haven't logged into my account from anywhere else than my current laptop, so this also shouldn't be an issue of Spark running simultaneously on

Does anyone know if you're able to share ownership or transfer ownership of a Spark Adobe Creative Cloud Express project? We have a team that can access eachother's projects, but if a change is made to a project only the owner of the project can update the link. Is there a way around this, for example if the owner is out of office and can't update? I am exploring Adobe CC Express and created a few example projects, then selected "Downoad", but cannot find where the projects/downloads are stored. They are not in my Adobe CC library, not in Photos app (my preferred location for stored art images), and not in Downloads app on my Mac. Any suggestions where these can be found? I use Macbooks, iPads, and iPhone for projects.

I want to create a post in Instagram that will have related images using multiple photos- like in a photo album depicting a story. Is this possible? I would create my own images in Photoshop, but I like to use the "pan" animation feature for the image. I have many projects using images and text story lines that would benefit with this ability.
