Adobe Express is telling me that my image aspect ratio is wrong and won't let me upload my insta images that are the new aspect ratio size of 1350x1080px. Please update this in Express so that I can use Adobe Express to schedule rather than finding a new scheduler! 🙏 ***Instagram has updated their aspect ratios. *****

Hi all, I have been using Adobe Express for over a year now re: scheduling posts and it's been great! Now that a year has passed, I am starting to duplicate posts from last year to this year i.e. repeating content on the same day, same month. For example, all posts made in March 2024 and being scheduled for March 2025, same day and time. Duplicating and scheduling each post is pretty straightforward (but a little clunky and time consuming), but would be great to have "recurring" posts as an option. So having the same post set to post annually, same day/time, or post at various other intervals e.g. once a month, once a week, and so on. Would save time! Thanks!

Everytime I try to creat a project or edit an old one (exampe: instagram post or reel), Adobe Express crashes as soon as I attempt to place or replace an image or video either with something from the free library or from files saved on my computer. The screen goes black a moment and then I'm told Adobe has recovered my file. The screen buffers a moment as if it's going to load my project, but then it doesn't. When I refresh the browser, I receive an error message that reads: Something's missing...your system is not supported. I tap on the link to the support article and have gone through the checklist of requirments. I meet them all: Windows 11, most recent Chrome version, over 5TB of memory, etc. I am at my wit's end having spent over 2 hours on something that should have taken 5 minutes to produce. I appreciate any suggestions anyone may have.

I love the idea of using ai to make custom images for your own specific needs. I was excited ot try this but to my dismay the pictures aren't nearly what i was expecting. The pictures look like someone took magazines from the 1800s and pasted random pictures they could find together. I dont mean to say that this idea is bad at all , in fact if it improves I am pretty sure everyone will love it but for now ... big changes and improvements are necessary

It would be helpful to introduce the option to add new sections and rename them in the library.By this introduction one can do sub sections and rename them to group different assets. For example: Section templatesSub sections: Square Size, Rectangle Size, Portrait Size, Landscape Size

Hi there, does anyone know if it is posssible for you to havea a single grid in Express? I have a dessign that I reuse for different images, and I just want to have the placeholder there, and just drop in the next photo. I can only see 2+ grid options, not single. I appreciate I could just drop the image, and resize etc, but it would be much easier if the grid was fixed, and all I had to do was swap out the photo. Thanks in advance Richard

I have been an Adobe customer (Photography Plan) for the past three years, using Adobe Express and Lightroom Classic extensively. Additionally, I’ve been an Adobe Insider since the stock price was $150.  I understand that Adobe made changes to the Photography Plan, and I have no issues with paying for the updated plan, as long as I get my money’s worth. However, removing Adobe Express from the Photography Plan without any prior notification is extremely disappointing. Worse yet, there wasn’t even an attempt to communicate this change to loyal customers like me. OR give me any opportunity to grandfather in my old plan  I have actively contributed to the Adobe community, including being part of the Discord group, sharing my inputs, and supporting others. Now, being forced to pay an additional $10 to access Adobe Express feels unfair and unreasonable.  This situation is both frustrating and disheartening.

I am completly new on Adobe Expres and try to use text steaming over folowing pages. Is that posible?Till now it works on only one page for me. I dit not find a helpfull tutorial.I am using Adobe Epress on a Windows PC.

I recently received a copyright infringement notice on YouTube from a company called Elite Alliance Music, relating to a music track used in my video. This track was obtained through Adobe Express, a platform that expressly states users have licensed rights to use its content, including music.Upon conducting a brief search, I discovered multiple reports suggesting that Elite Alliance Music has a history of issuing questionable or fraudulent copyright claims. While I cannot determine whether their claim was targeted due to the faith-based nature of my startup or issued arbitrarily, it raises significant concerns—especially for small creators like myself who rely on trusted platforms like Adobe Express for properly licensed content.Given Adobe’s stated ownership and licensing terms, this situation could pose reputational and legal concerns for the company if such claims persist. I’m curious to know if others have encountered similar issues, particularly given that my account is newly lau

My PDFs are in Spanish, and I want to translate into English. This doesnt seem to work at all. I am not sure why, but there is no button to select the language you want to translate from. Only the language you want to translate to. Maybe the AI doesnt recognize the language and cant do it, but nothing seems to be working.

Hello, I am experiencing a major inconvenience and need your assistance. I waited nearly 20 minutes to download a completed file from Adobe Express, even though my internet speed is good. This issue appears to be related to your servers. Please help resolve this problem.

For your next update, I'm pleading with to put the magic text wrap option back. Many are quite annoyed and confused by this.

Why is my Adobe account suddenly asking me to buy Premium to resize an image? I've had the same account for a long time. No trial period, but now it wants me to upgrade to do a simple resizing task. Also, how do you find a simple email or bot feature with a support person/bot?

I've been using Adobe Spark Video and Adobe Express for years. It is by far the best (and easiest-to-use) digital storytelling tool I've ever used with elementary students. It is so intuitive that I can give it to a 5 year old and they can make a video. I just looked at the new Adobe Express. I see that there is a video editor tool, but nothing that replaces Adobe Spark Video. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is the Adobe Spark Video app going to be discontinued? It is literally my favourite app to use with students 😞

My instagram id is not working

I've created a really beautiful E-Portfolio used the Adobe Express for a Master's course at Uni but I want to export it as a PDF format after I graduated from the Uni. Does anyone know how to convert E-Portfolio at the Adobe Express into PDF format and download it?

Is there any timeline in place for when Adobe Express will update the scheduling feature to account for the new Instagram Ratio of 1080x1350 Pixels? The scheduling feature is great but now I cannot schedule posts with the correct ratio.
