Trying to upload a video in Creative Cloud Express. Format is .MP4 but when I try to upload it says it is not correct format? Suggests saving it as .MP4 - which it already is.

Today's email from Adobe Express is titled "Mark your calendars: spring events are here". This is great and all but not really relevant to half the world currently celebrating and more interested in autumn themed inspo! This isn't a complaint... merely a Monday morning musing! But, to be fair, it does seem to be a theme from many global northern hemisphere based companies. Happy Spring / Autumn all!

Hi, so I use Adobe Express for creating social videos and I've found that it works really well. But lately I've been having a lot of problems with the files saving. When I finish creating my videos and then try to download them it says, "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon." And I noticed all of my videos say they are still saving, but they never stop saving so I can never download them. Has anyone else had these issues and found a way to resolve it?

Is there a way to bulk import PSD files into adobe express? I have about the files and the last time I had to do this, I had to do it one by one and it took me at too long.

When I try to open recent projects I've created in Adobe Express, it opens a new "project" with the current date and time and a flatted image representation of the project. For the life of me, I cannot open and edit the actual project!

I'm experiencing consistent scheduling failures when attempting to pre-schedule assets to Pinterest via Adobe Express. The error message indicates a connection issue, however:I have verified the Pinterest connection multiple times.I successfully published a separate post directly to Pinterest on the same day as the scheduling attempts.This suggests the connection is functional, but the scheduling feature is encountering a specific, unidentified issue. There's no further context in the error message to help troubleshoot. Could you please investigate why pre-scheduled posts are failing despite a working connection and successful direct posting?

In reference to the attached image, I am trying to post an Adobe Creative Cloud Express online book that I created on Facebook, but instead of getting a "picture" of my title page of the project, all I get is a link with a light gray background that says "express.adobe.com".  With Adobe Spark, the title page thumbnail would get displayed as a background image to the link, thereby drawing attention.  Is it possible for Adobe Creative Cloud Express to generate a thumbnail like Adobe Spark did instead of just a boring gray background?  I tried using the text within the "Embed" option, but it just displays a JPG of the title page and doesn't open the actual online book.  Any assistance will be appreciated.  Thank you

I have been using the Premium version of Express since its predecessor Spark. Just last month I switched my payments on the Photography plan to paying yearly vs monthly. I have been a member since 2016 or earlier. Now all of a sudden I lost my premium access and have to purchase it. What's going on? There was no mention that my programs would change with the change in payment plans. I now have years of graphic design that are unusable because I have the ADobe logo displayed.  

The images I upload for my web page project render pixelated on mobile devices.This is occuring for both .png files and .jpg files. It is occuring for images uploaded to the title portion and to the glideshow.This is occurring in mobile devices when viewing the page in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome I have attempted:uploading both .jpg and .png versions of the imageschanging the file sizes to very smallchanging the file sizes to very largeuploading a variety of file sizes between small and largedoing the above for both .png and .jpg files What can I do differently so my webpage images render properly on mobile devices? I have attached a screenshot of how the images appear, as well as an example of one of the files that I've uploaded. I am creating vector graphics in Illustrator and saving as either .png or .jpg to create these files. I am not having this issue with photography-based images.

adobe express is super slow on mac editing a 2 hour video please help 

I'm not sure if it's a bug or not. But why is the Samsung Galaxy S9+ (WiFi) model not supported? The 5G model is but the base wifi model is not? Is this coming to this table in the future? Or will I have to be stuck using it through the web browser? 

I am having this same issue. I've tried a different browser, clearing the cache... incognito and turning on hardware acceleration. Still won't download a large video. Gives me an error Download Failed, immediately. 

Hi community,  I would like to share an interactive presentation with a potential client. When I share the link the recepient gets this super annoying box to register. Is it possible to skip this and just go to the presentation? I just switched from Canva but this wants me to go back ASAP. This is a B2B sales nightmare as clients get presented another barrier.   Is there a way to add to the URL a parameter that tells the browser to select continue as guest? 

Dear Adobe, I find it difficult to understand why the Bulgarian language is still unsupported in Adobe Express AI translation. Bulgarian is the origin of all Cyrillic languages, yet strangely, it remains the only Cyrillic-based language not included. It’s akin to supporting German but omitting English. This is my second complaint regarding this issue. My first report was submitted approximately a year ago but unfortunately remained unresolved. At the time, I discovered a workaround: manually changing the HTML language label value to “bg” enabled proper Bulgarian translation functionality. However, a recent update appears to have broken this workaround, resulting in errors when attempting translation. This proves that the functionality for Bulgarian translation already exists within Adobe Express. The issue appears simply to be the omission of Bulgarian from the available selection list. Given this, it is both frustrating and disrespectful to Bulgarian-speaking users that

Howdy, I cannot figure out how to format a text box onto an image of a wall for it to seem as if its written on the wall being a pov aspect. This would require one side of the text bow to be smaller then the other as well as the text within reflecting such angle and positioning. Within Adobe express.

The new updated express app is horrible, it's a shame, it was really good, honestly prolly will delete Adobe account after this #sad
