I've asked it four times in a row to not make them portrait, but in landscape mode. Continues to make them in portrait mode. That also would not make a blue template when I asked it too.

I am trying to add a clickable telephone link (tel:) to text in my Adobe Express project, but it seems not to be working. While I can add web URLs without any issues, the tel: links do not function as expected. My goal is to create a link that users can click to directly call a phone number from their devices. Could you provide guidance or a workaround for this issue? 

Anyone experiencing issues with a popup error stating you need to update assets within Adobe Express templates? I'm using the paid version, in a web browser. It's confusing because this is a pre-made template. Why would the provided assets within the template need to be updated? I'm having trouble understanding why a template offered would use assets that aren't available. I didn't add the asset. It was already in the template. All I did was add text and animation. But then I go to download the design, and it tells me I need to update assets.

Hello!  I'm facing issues with the calendar/scheduling feature. My scheduled posts to IG are not posting. In the past, I would get an email about it but now, it doesn't even email me anymore. HELP!  

I can't upload pictures anymore. I have restarted my phone several times and nothing. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and and still cannot upload pictures.

I cannot upload iPhone photos into express projects. Every time I try uploading, I get an unsupported file type error for a .heic file. (all iPhone photos are .heic) is there a way around this?

The limit is removed if you have a pro/verified X account, and you can post much larger texts. Please make this update or allow users to edit each platform's description for the social post scheduler.

It seems like a lot of people are switching from X to Bluesky. Do we have plans to be able to post things from adobe express or is not in the cards?

Our school district currently restricts sharing to within the organization. We do not want our students sharing with outside users. However, Adobe confirmed that this means users cannot publish Adobe Express websites unless all sharing restrictions are removed. Please provide us with controls that would allow users to publish websites without removing all sharing restrictions. Thank you!

Hello, I would like to prepare a materials using Adobe express premium subscription. In case I use asset from adobe stock (pictures, photos, vector) where there is mostly limitation of number of copies (eg. 500 000 copies), will I be limited by this amount of copies or is it unlimited as it paid premium version. Are there anywhere conditions which would describe Adobe express premium subscription details on licenses?Thank you

Hello, I see publications dating from 2023 and talking about the same thing, we can not use adobe express for social networks professionally because we can not tag accounts on linkdin and facebook. There's any chance that we'll have access to a development roadmap to give us an approximate date? because in the meantime we're paying a lot of money for alternative social network subscriptions when it's supposed to be included with our Adobe subscription.

When I try to download files in PDF the desktop becomes black for few seconds ad then the download restart but stops at 90%. How can I resolve this problem?

hi guys, i have been having render issues when sincing audio to my charicter. after uploading , and a bit of a long wate. i get the message (oops , there was a problem . please reload page) i have tryed mp3 . wma ect and a few other file formats. with no success.  not sure if there is a problem on my end or if it is the AI generation.

Hi, I’d like to know if I’m allowed to sell planner or stock painting assets from Adobe Stock on Etsy.

I have been using this feature for many times in the past so I do not know why it isn't letting me now. Every time I upload a photo and remove its background, the download button won't appear. Even if I upload the photo then manually remove the background and set it transparent, when I download it, the photo won't have a transparent background. I am paying a high membership and have all my credits, so is this a bug?? I need this feature to work soon because I use it for my architectural classes. :((((  You can see in the attached photo that there is nowhere for me to click download.

Hi community,  I am creating a slide deck in Adobe Express. Each slide has multiple text animations. When I am presenting, I want each animation to activate when I click the space bar.  In the Present settings, there is a content playback option where "click" is an option (see attached screenshot). However with this option, the click activates all the animations at once. I want animations to appear "on click" as I am speaking.  It seems like I should be able to change an animation timing to occur after the previous animation, but I am not finding that kind of option in the timeline settings.  I'd appreciate any thoughts on this. 

I am trying to publish and get a link for my Adobe Creative Cloud web page, but when I try, I get a message that says:

When is Adobe express going to update their schedule ratio? I don't want to use templates or resize anything. I don't want to post as a reel as that looks so tacky. We just need the update fr when is it being fixed?? 

A friend of mine made a poster in Adobe Express and shared the link with me. I have made some tweaks to the poster. I would like to download the poster (in PDF or PNG or some sort of format). When I press the "Download" button, and then "Start Download", nothing happens. I've tried creating a sample poster of my own and the same issue occurs. How do I download a poster?

If there's a workaround I'm all ears, but as far as I can see, Adobe still refuses to support downloading video with the background removed by Express in a file that supports transparent backgrounds like .MOV.  This feature has been missing for a very long time now.  The one time Adobe's AI actually works somewhat consistently and they make it useless because we can't put the file into Premiere Pro easily.  Don't get me started on why the absolute bleep this background removal feature STILL isn't available in Premiere Pro.....  but here we are. Still...

I have made a presentation with slides and video. I distributed it as Express link but needed also a way to distribute downloadable format. Currently I can download PDF or mix of image and mp4 files. PDF cannot embed video, and separate files are not suitable for distribuition. So I propose a full mp4 rendering of all slides and videos, in only one mp4 downloadable file. Hi, I am trying to publish a webpage for sharing in adobe Express. When I try I get an error saying I don't have permission to publish and I should contact the adminstrator of the account to turn on permissions. This is an educator account and I am the adminstrator. I see no place to turn on permissions. What am I missing?
