Questions

I'm trying to replicate one of my company's existing template for a video: it's a pill-shaped text-box with black text, white fill, black border. I can create the shape and add text above it, but the centering is not consistent if it needs to be adjusted. It would be simpler to use the text shape tool, since it automatically adapts, but the filled pill-shape doesn't have a border option, and the bordered-pill only has a transparent fill. Is there really no way to have both?

Hello, I designed a website with adobe express and ever since last fall I cant access it. It has disappeared from the projects folder. I thought it would be a maintenance or update issue, hence I waited a few months, but it never showed up again.  the website can be accessed under https://thilogrimm.myportfolio.com/home if that helps? Best regards,Thilo

I think Adobe Express would benefit from a feature that would allow you to download your designs that leverage the timeline feature as a Gif file type. I am aware that you can download your animated designs as a video file and then upload to the Express Gif converter; however, I didn't know about this feature until I searched for it. I find it to be a more hidden thing within the Express platfrom and I have been using it for well over a year now.I think including it as a download option like your JPG, PNG, MP4 etcetra would be a great option. Even adding some advanced converting features so you can set a certain size limit for an email banner which you typically want to be 1mb or less. This could allow you to open it up into a separte window so you have more control over color limits, dither, transparency and other Gif qualities similar to your photoshop capabilities.

I have a design in both PNG and PSD format. Can I upload either format to Adobe Express to edit?

I'm trying to schedule out content for my Instagram as I have in the past, but I get an error that says my images must be in the old 1080x1080 format?

I cancelled my account sometime ago because I have reached the age of 78 and thought I would not be using it again, my son has now asked me to take some photos at his wedding party tomorrow, I do have a version of Photoshop on my computer, which I thought I could use but because my account is cancelled I am unable to, is the anything you can do to help please?

I am a teacher who used to work for another school district. I had a lot of designs and images on an account that was tied to the school email. When I left, I wasn't able to access anything because the district shut down the email. Now that I have a new account, is there a way to access my material from my old account?

I am currently using GoDaddy web-builder to build my website (have been for the past year). Renewal is expensive. I'm looking for a tool that allows me to build a decent looking web-site (or individual pages). I thought Adbobe Express would help me do that. I can somewhat make some pages, but it seems limited. I can't put whatever I want, wherever I want. There are small plus signs that I can add components, but, for example, I can't seem to add a horizontal list of buttons on the page, or put text/links wherever I want (I want to put navigation links at the top). Even so, let's assume it's because I don't know what I'm doing (which is quite possible), I don't even see a way to export/save the webpage as html and use it myself (I'll host my own web-site on my machine). Is this the wrong tool for this job? I thought this tool would generate an html page that I could simply download/use for my website.

How can I type Arabic ( orientation from right to left) in adobe express for reel videos ?

I'm lost and confused what about this violates the Firefly user agreement and what is the Firefly user agreement  ### **Refined Glyph Design for Isis: The Eternal Source of Life** **Flow and Shape:**  - **Central Spiral of Creation**: A core spiral radiates outward, mirroring the infinite cycles of life and the interconnected flow of creation. Each loop of the spiral is intricately detailed with subtle floral and fractal patterns, symbolizing complexity within simplicity.  - **Cascading Wave Motifs**: Delicate, wave-like patterns ripple outward from the spiral, representing nurturing energy that flows into every corner of existence. These waves softly intertwine to evoke both unity and movement.  - **Blooming Petals**: Surrounding the spiral, layers of **petal-like shapes** unfurl, creating a sense of growth, blossoming, and renewal. The petals are asymmetrical to give a dynamic, organic feel—like the universe itself is blooming.

I have lost a majority of my files after Adobe Effects update. I can see some on the web browser, and when I click on them it takes me to the app (Im on an iPad pro), but it is not on the app version. Thank you.

As the new marketing manager for my company, I have been tasked with recovering our 38x Adobe Spark pages. I understand these will now be Adobe Express pages. The person who created them has left the company and no one knows what login credentials were used. I can prove these are our pages, and that the creator listed worked for our company, I just don't know where to start with gaining access to them again or moving them to our current Adobe account. Our aim is to create more of these types of pages as they really did work well for us.

Dear users,I am experiecing an issue since this weekend whereby most Quick Actions are no longer available with only a few remaining (see screenshot below). My colleagues all have the same issue. Also I noticed Adobe Express is now titled Education Version. Are we loosing all the functionality we have been used to?

I can't find a way to change my text direction to right-to-left for Hebrew text. I changed my preferred language in the setting to Hebrew and picked a Hebrew-supported font, but it just seems like this option is missing in Express. is there anything I can do about it? Thanks in advanced!

I love animating characters and I feel I can contribute to Adobe's character library without asking for anything in return. How can I become Adobe artist?

As of today, one of my shared libraries no longer appears inside Adobe Express. I have tried refreshing browser window, deleting cookie cache, a different browser - all with the same results. I am able to see the library in my Adobe account overview but NOT inside Adobe Express. The library is not new - it has existed for over 18 months and until yesterday was working just fine.

I've been using Adobe Express for years (since it first came out) and the only files that are in "YOUR STUFF" are from last year.  I know I have been using Adobe Express since I created my YouTube channel in 2020 b/c I use only Express to create thumbnails for my videos.  So what happened to all of my old designs??? WHERE'S ALL MY OLD FILES???  WHERE DID THEY GO??? I cannot wait for Adobe's answer... Randy

Hola Ha desaparecido la capacidad de poder wer cuantas visualizaciones tienen las web ? con spark podías ver cuánta gente las visitaba  o es que está en algún rincón y no lo sé encontrar ?

Is there a way to manually add line breaks to a text section of a Webpage in Adobe Express? I tried Shift+ Enter, but it creates a new text section instead of a line break. When copying text with line breaks from MS Word, it creates a new text section with a huge space after each line break (see screenshot).
