Hi,I was brought on as a freelancer to create templates for a company (using their creative cloud, but my own email).  I've made a TON of files. Now they want to be able to edit the design files, but even though I've "shared" with them, they cannot see ALL the editable files, only the restricted templates. Is there a way to transfer all of this to someone else's Creative Cloud account? Is the only option sending a share link to every single file to the person at the company?Thanks

Can anyone give me step-by-step guide on how to share files between my personal account and my organisation's account? Whenever I try to share to my work account, it just pops up in my personal account, as they both have the same email address - I need it in the organisation's account, as that has the premium features whereas my personal account doesn't.Any help will be much appreciated!Thanks,Holly

I would love to see Adobe Express introduce a Spanish Language AI assistant to enhance the editing process. Currently, when I scan documents and use OCR, I frequently encounter errors like confusing "I" with "1" or "r" with "e." Additionally, the text often appears squeezed together, making formatting a challenge. Integrating a Spanish language AI with improved OCR accuracy and better spacing detection would significantly streamline the editing process and improve the overall user experience for those working with Spanish-language documents.

Why am i getting logged out every single day

Grüß euch! Hab nur ich diese massiven Probleme mit Express, oder bin ich nicht alleine. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Programm nicht mal im Alpha Stadium, geschweige denn im Beta Stadium. Ständig versagt die Tastatureingabe (nach etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten Arbeit), dann muss Express neu gestartet werden. Oft werden die Zeitleiste nicht richtig angezeigt und es  macht mich fertig, dass neue Elemente grundsätzlich am Anfang eingefügt werden und nicht dort wo gerade der Marker sthet. Es gibt noch unzählige weitere Bugs.  Bis jetzt hab ich Express verwendet um schnell ein paar Videos zu generieren. Aber im Endeffekt dauert die Arbeit dadurch deutlich länger. Ich werde auf Filmora von Wondershare umsteigen.  Bitte um kurze Info, ob andere auch derartige Probleme haben. Danke und Gruß aus Graz 

I created and scheduled a bunch of posts in AE, to publish on LinkedIn. The hyperlinks did not carry over, whereas they were there present on the template and preview. Please advise. thanks so much-

 every time I try to upload a font to express it says this. I make sure I'm downloading .otf and .ttf fonts but it just says "not a font" am I dojng this wrong? 

The old version would pick many shades from my image and text colours.  The new version does not.  Am very much missing this.

I have an account through an organization and I was previously using Adobe Express for projects. However, I can no longer access it and I was informed that our organization no longer grants us access to Adobe Express. I had projects I was still working on as I was unaware I was going to lose access. How can I transfer my old projects that I can no longer see to a new account? I tried using the student transfer but that did not work.

Adobe Express - i've successfully edited several PDFs, each extracted from a multiple page file.  There is only one that I am having difficulty with - the Layers button is grayed out.  I appreciate any guidance. 

How long will the background removal feature be free? I love it!

I'm sorry if this is a feature already and just overlooked by me.When I add an image to a project sometimes it doesn't match the borders i've set up.I have the ability to resize the borders of the project but only by typing measurements.I'd love to be able to manually drag the borders.Or maybe whenever you click on an image or item on the board that you can see the measurements of that item so you can then adjust the project border accordingly.

No matter what I tried I wasn't able to use an animated gif as place a photo seems to be the only option. Is there a way we can use our own animated gifs on the templates/personal designs? Thanks,Alpay

Liebe Community,ich würde so gerne direkt aus Adobe Express in Instagram posten können. Leider scheitere ich an den Verknüpfungen zwischen Instagram, Adobe Express und Facebook.Eigentlich habe ich den Eindruck, ich tue alles genauso, wie es mir auf der Adobe Express Seite empfohlen wird. Ich habe Instagram mit Facebook verknüpft. Wenn ich dann zur Adobe Express Seite zurückgehe und von dort aus versuche, die Konten zu verknüpfen, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung, dass Facebook bereits mit Adobe Express verbunden sei. Gleichzeitig habe ich jedoch nicht die Möglichkeit, direkt in Instagram zu posten.Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich, was ich vielleicht übersehen oder falsch machen könnte?Vielen Dank!Liebe Grüße,  Sandra
