Everything was working fine then all of a sudden download (export) stopped working for me. I'm a premium member. I've tried signing out and deleting app. Nothing works. Any clue how to fix this?

Adobe Community, This is the error received after trying to export photos from iPhone to PC. What does this error mean and how can it be fixed? Thanks  

Hi all, I'm logged into Adobe Express and I have a Premium membership, but when I log into Firefly it asks me to upgrade to the Adobe Express Premium membership.  I'm logged into the same account.  It's driving my nuts, any help?  Is this a bug?

I used the remove background button to remove a background from a clip I have. It worked well but the background it replaced is now just a white background. This doesn't help me because I need to now put the video into premiere and use an ultra key to remove the white. And the Ultra Key won't work because I'm wearing the white shirt, and the whites of my eyes are the same color of white as the replacement background. Isn't the standard in the industry a green background? Is there any way to choose what color you what the replacement background to be? Thanks

For some reason, I can see those projects on my desktop but not on my mobile. Any reason why?To be more specific; Instagram posts.Thanks!

Hi. I am using the Adobe Express mobile app on my Android device. Problem is, I cannot save any project into the cloud in order to use it across devices. This is mega sad as e.g. I like to browse for Post Templates on my phone while I have a few moments to spare, but have my photos saved on my PC where I would then like to play around with the template. Usually Adobe products are so super integrated across everything...

Was excited to use Adobe Express webpage template with students because it would allow groups to make interactive timelines with glideshows. Unfortunately discovered that "collaboration" isn't really possible in the webpage template because collaborators can't edit at the same time. I feel like there has to be a way to make this possible since you can do this in Google Sites and Canva websites. Hoping this can be developed for future, because it would make Adobe Express webpage template much more useful for the education environment.

Hello, I've been trying to download a project in Adobe Express (paid for version) but I keep getting the following error message that I have a file uploading: It's been saying this for over 24 hours. I can't locate the file that may be uploading. I've tried different browsers, clearing my cache, and trying on the iphone app but nothing has worked. I really need to download my project so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,I have an image appearing in the upper left hand corner on all my slides in my Adobe Express video. I've gone through every slide to see if I can find it in the layers of elements on the right side of my project, but this image is not on any of them! I cannot click on the image, either. Please help!

Is it possible to invert the orientation of a grid in Adobe Express? Using the example in the image here, if I want the single vertical on the left and the two horizontal images on the right rather than as the default, how is that done? I have been attempting to find the solution to this without success. I am certain it was a feature that was available previously. Perhaps it is something simple I am not seeing. Same problem here, it's about 3 weeks that my iOS app says "Projects created on the Desktop app aren't avalaible on the mobile, please use the new Desktop app, the Mobile app will be updated soon"Very annoying...

I deleted several clips out a video project to download one segment of it with the intent to CMD+Z back to the original state after the download was complete. Then the browser crashed, and now Adobe Express only has the one clip in my project – I can't undo back to the full video.   Does Adobe Express have version history saved anywhere, or is the work lost thanks to my quick and lazy workflow? I created my first fillable PDF and it was easy!  However, I sent it to a friend to complete it and submit it.  I checked my One drive, but it is not there.  Can anyone tell me where to find it?

Spark Video Downloads in Express take way to long and sometimes don't even download. This is such a huge inconvienince. Please esablish a fix for this or I will go elsewhere for my software needs. 

Hi, I recently resized a document to A5 (148 x 210mm) from px just for continuity purposes to ensure all my documents are edited the same. When I edit it now, however, the numbers when I press the 'alt' button to move things around are now very high (see picture) - this number was previously 43?It only seems to be with this one document, and it's making it tricky to figure out margins etc for continuity when I was so used to the smaller numbers. I'm not sure if this is related, but this document says 'canvas' on the side which my normal ones don't seem to have. It may be a very simple answer, but I don't know how to get it back to normal. Thanks in advance for all your help!
