Adobe sign API developer account

Hello,

 

I am trying to create a developer account on adobe sign API. I have filled in the form on the page https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/business/developer-form.html but 30 minutes later I've received no letter to register. The spam folder is empty. A friend of my has the same problem, but he hasn't received the email for months.

 

May be I'am doing something wrong? Could you help me please ?

Has this issue been addressed? Our team members continue to get no response after signing up. We have no issue receiving mail from Adobe. Additionally, I checked our mail flow and all Adobe related messages have been delivered. Nothing has come for the developer account sign ups.

Thank you for sharing the email address.

 

We have checked the email address shared by you in private message to Anand. The email address is already resgistered for Acrobat Sign Enterprise service plan. 

To register for the Developer edition of Acrobat Sign, you will require an email address that is not registered for Acrobat Sign already.

@Valentina008 It’s likely a server-side or email delivery issue, not something you’re doing wrong. Add adobesign@adobesign.com to your email’s safe sender list to prevent filtering or blocking. Try submitting the form again using a different email address, preferably from a different domain (e.g., Gmail instead of a corporate email), just in case your current provider is blocking the message.

Thank you for your response. I received an email from ADOBE sign saying 

"An Adobe Acrobat Sign developer account could not be created

 We were unable to create a developer account for this email address. Please sign up with a new email address that has not been previously used."

 

Perhabs I was using Gmail and I've never been using it before for Adobe Sign. What is wrong ? What should I do now ?

Please confirm the email address used to register for the developer account in a private message. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page. We will confirm if an account has been registered with that email address.
