Hi Meenakshi, i had to delete the screenshot because it had personal info, I’ll attach the photos here.
we want to be able to password protect our documents we send to clients and can only do it using the 1 box option below (black). my computer also seems to randomly switch between these 2 options, the only known cause that can switch it to the other one is if the pdf if editable.
i’ve looked online and cannot find anything helpful.
