I work the State of Tennessee and we have loved using Adobesign to get contracts signed quickly. However, lately many contracts that need to be signed are going to the receipent''s junk folder. How can we correct this?
We want to use our version of Adobe Sign for our clients who might not have it. Thank you.
I am not receiving Adobe Sign Signature emails. I used to before though. Now, I must wait for the other party to sign before receiving an email. I checked my spam folder & added Adobe Email to my safe list. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
I sent out 3 documents last week for signatures and they never reached the recipients, I have tried to resend but can't as they are pending the signatures. Has anybody else had this issue and any advice please.
I need to integrate Electronic seal in my integration with Adobe Sign. However, in my demo accounts, Electronic Seal is not enabled. Also kindly suggest how I can acquire an Electronic Seal from Cloud Signature Provider (CSP) for my testing. Kindly point me to any documentation in this regard.
When sending an adobe sign document, it appears to send directly from the document without the opportunity to write a short message in the email. Is it possible to add an email note? thank you.
This has happend to two of our users so far. They get the invitation email, click on the link, set up an account and install Acrobat Pro, but when they try to send for signatures, they are confronted with marketing to buy a plan. They are already part of our plan and they did not have an Adobe account prior to clicking on the invitation link. I tried everything I could find to change their profile (both only had the one) and reinstalling and restarting. Neither did anything. What is going on?

We're a utility company that would like to have available to walk-in customers the ability for them to utilise Adobe Sign on an iPad or Kiosk to fill out and sign forms. e.g. Sign up for a service. Change customer information, etc. Customer Service would like the customer to fill out an Adobe Sign web form on a Kiosk, and then have the customer sign at the same time right there on the Kiosk. Currently, after the customer fills out the Adobe Sign web form, Adobe Sign is sending the customer an email, requiring the customer to finish the signature process on their personal device (after getting the signature link from their personal email, for example). Is it possible to have the customer fill out and sign the web form on the Kiosk, without requiring the customer needing access to their email?
How do I delete templates that were uploaded and shared with our organization by users who are no longer active? I am the account admin, but cannot figure out where this functionality is.

Hello!I'm trying to create an either/or signing situation, where one of two people can sign off on a document after it has been filled out by another party. I'm having issues on getting the "Signing Group" lined up, IT created a new group with just the two signers in it (and me), I don't have access to that. Any help is appreciated!

Our challenge with Adobe Sign is as follows:The user case is that the Purchaser sends a contract by Adobe sign to the Purchasing Manager who will sign and send the document to the Managing Director and then the document will be send to the supplier to sign. The supplier doesn't have Adobe Sign. For validation purposes we have tried to sent the contract as test case to some random email addresses (people have no Adobe Sign). I have recently subscribed to Adobe Pro for my user who resides in Sudan. He can't seem to sign into his account to install the software. I also downloaded a copy of the installation file but when it ask to sign in to continue with the installation; it won't take his username/password. Any one has the same issue?
We are working on an application to route documents for signature and plan to use Adobe Sign for the final signatures. We have a service account that is being used to control the workflow. That account is set up in Adobe Sign with the required access to generate an Integration Key. OAuth is not currently an option with this setup. The process works with the vendor's Adobe Sign account, but they get a 403: Forbidden error. It also generates an "Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed." Is their a permisison we are missing?

I am assisting a unit we support to set up a workflow for one of their processes. We've created a SharePoint site to store unsigned contracts and request details. The three staff members have Adobe Sign accounts and are able select files in SharePoint to "Send for Signature." One is a Group Admin in Adobe Sign and all three are in the group. We want the signed files to be saved to this SharePoint site. The Flow I set up with the Group Admin initially worked - it uses the "When an agreement workflow is completed successfully" trigger, with the scope "Any agreement in my group." When the other two users tried sending a file for signature the Flow triggered and the initial steps ran, but it failed at the "Get a PDF of a signed agreement" step, with this error: "code": "INVALID_AGREEMENT_ID", "message": "The Agreement ID specified is invalid" I saw in another forum post that someone discovered a different Adobe Sign actio

After a fillable PDF form is completed and signed, an email is generated for me and the person filling out the PDF form. This seem to be insecure as an attachment. Can the attachment be removed to force each person to view the attachement through Adobe? Thank you, Dan
