Hello---is there a way to get a signature from the client without the time stamp being attached to it? 

hi,my text tag is {{!payeeType_es_:text     )}} on a word doc from Salesforce picklist field.  This is read only for the receiver of the doc.All the other values load into form from SF just fine, except for this one.It's on the same object as other fields but this is the only drop down one in Salesforce.I have the merge mapping taget document field field payeeType. is there a different setting for drop downs? Thanks.

Is it possible to create text tag that grabs only the first few characters on the left or right side of the field, like the LEFT or RIGHT functions in Excel? How can I write that tag pls?

I like to cancel my trial for adobe sign. When I go to manage plan, it say "something went wrong" at bottom right corner.

I am now signed up for a 1,000 unit plan.  I sent some actual signature requests during my trial period, and they don't show up now.  I'm logging in with the same email.  What happened to those requests, and how can I find them? 

Hi there,I am trying to access https://secure.au1.echosign.com URL (Adobe Sign - Echosign) while generating the Access Token from my C# application.For some reason it just keeps giving me the "Status 500 - Internal Server error". Doesn't say much to help.When I type the above URL with the other parameters (response_type, client_id" etc.) in the browser, it works just fine and I am also able to generate the "code".Can someone help? Please help - do reply if any information is needed. Thanks!

Hi,Is it allowed to a signed without adobe sign account to create autodelegation? i.e. if he is out of office? If a signer forward email to sign a doc to another person will be the initial sender being notified?thanks 

Hello. I have a problem when I want to sign a pdf file. The screen called "Sign with a digital ID" doesn´t appear. Instead a black screen appears and it never loads the screen where I can select the certificate. Then the application hangs.Does anybody have the same problem?Thank you very much.  

Hi guys, I'm trying to create an Adobe Sign API, but I'm already failing at creating OAuth access token.Here are my configurations: When I'm trying to create an access token based on the settings by calling https://secure.eu2.echosign.com/public/oauth?redirect_uri=https://localhost/&response_type=code&client_id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&scope=user_login:self+agreement_write:account (of course with the ) I'm just getting redirected to https://secure.adobesign.com/public/userMessage with an error "Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request".I also tried in Postman and got the same error page. What am I doing wrong?

When I creat a template, is there a way to make the text input field wrap the text? No matter how large I make the box, the responses from recipients always show up as one long line with the font getting smaller and smaller to accommodate any long answers. It often makes answers unreadable. Thanks

to be told later that we did not have an account manager. Recently admins in our org were contacted by individuals claiming to be our adobe account manager. They wanted us to upgrade to move to the new admin portal. Long story short, we upgraded. Now we have two adobe sign invoices and support is nowhere to be found. We have been given contact information for account manager - it was an undeliverable email address. we have been given a direct support line that is a dead phone number. i have no clue what is going on since migration but sure would like some help and some transparency. we pay for adobe sign quarterly. we have been invoiced twice in less than 30 days.

Hi gang, We're experimenting with Adobe Sign webhooks so we can react when a document workflow is completed.I have a webhook that is successfully firing when a workflow completes, and I have it configured to include a copy of the signed document.I then take the document data, base64 decode it and save it to disk as a PDF. However, when I try to open that PDF, I am prompted for a password. At no time during the workflow is a password set, and the PDF that the initiator of the workflow receives is not password protected. Is there some setting somewhere that password-protects PDFs sent via webhooks? If so, how can I determine the password, or disable this setting so that the PDFs are not protected? Cheers,Matt

We've had at least 4 customers tell us they can't sign the documents we sent.  We checked and the same template has been successfully signed by other customers.

I have been in a dispute about the date on my VIP Adobe Sign enterprise licence which was sold to me by a reseller.  I had no idea that it was a reseller, because it was whomever responded when I enquired on the Adobe website.  I bought 1500 transactions with the understanding I would have a year to use them.  It wasn't until I had signed the Adobesign order that the licence dates appeared and I saw that the expiry date was 9 months and not 12 months from the date of signing. I've tried repeatedly since October to get the issue resolved and no one can help me.  I've tried the reseller and they said they couldn't help me.  Gave me an email address which didn't respond to me.  The phone numbers and emails I've been given have had no response.  I've repeatedly emailed any possible email address connected with my billing, invoice and spent ages in several different chats only to be told that it's a billing or invoice issue contact xxxx number (w

Hello, I have a fillable PDF created in Adobe Acrobat (Creative Cloud.) My company requires me to password protect the document so that only form fields are editable. However now that I have done so the "request signatures" button under "Fill and sign" is greyed out and not clickable. I went into File > Properties > Security and removed the password protection but the tool is still greyed out. How can I get it back?

I have just purchased Adobe Acrobat DC Pro via my Enterprise purchasing proces, but I cannot locate AdobeSign anywhere. I can only see a Fill and Sign Tool which doesnt appear to be the same tool.   Ultimately I need to be able to send pdf files to customers for esignature and it was my undestanding that Acrobat Pro DC included this functionality.

Have Acrobat DC (Classic) 2015 -- cannot find Tools > Request Signatures or Adobe Sign.  What version of DC do I need to get this function?

Hi,I am looking to find the number of completed aggreements I have. There appears to be a number beside 'in progress', however, no number beside 'completed'.Thanks
