Please help. I have been trying to find the "click to sign" button and have exhausted my efforts.
I had a call from yourselves and I need to speak with someone from that department as I am not receiving your email to sign the document. I am a small business waiting for a loan from HSBC and you are sending the email to the wrong address and not this one. Can someone call me from the number 0203 960 5080 so I can tell them that because of Adobe sending the form to the wrong email address I cannot manage my business. Tiffany.
Noticed on an Adobe Sign tutorial video, the option to select a reviewer to be an "approver" vs. "signer". Not seeing "approver" appear in roles for those on my team.?
Bani, my company is experiencing the same. Can you reach out to me with contact information? Neither of our administrators are able to log into Adobe Sign.
Hello, Does Mega Sign support different recipient roles other than signer? We would like to use it with approvers and/or form filler recipient roles as well. thanks, Jeremy
Posted about this already, but can't find post any more. Anyway, I created a template for a contract that we use for our customers as per the steps in user guide. Instead of the send button taking me to the actual contract to add customer information, it's being emailed instantly so the customer is getting a blank contract. Would appreciate any help!
Hello,After I sign in using the link I get into the HOME, SEND, MANAGE, REPORT. The HOME option and Manage are in BLANK, no data at all visible.I have already clean cookies, reset browser and tried also using a different browsers. Happens the same everywhere.Attached screenshots of what I can see: Thank you for any advise.
Hi. I received a PDF that has been signed on the Adobe Sign platform. That's what the digital seal tells me. Unfortunately there are no personal signatures in the PDF, so the question is: How do I find out who has signed the document? The only hint I found is a URL that has been included in the document where the (analog) signature is. The URL looks like this: https://salesforceintegration.eu1.echosign.com/verifier?tx=HEREISALONGID Unfortunately the result of opening this URL raises more questions than answers:- in Firefox 68 ESR the page tells me that "John Doe" from Adobe has signed the docuemtn- in Chrome 83 the page tells me that Person A has signed- the analog Signature on the document is from Person B I know Person B, but I don't know Person A. So in the end I cannot find any (digital) proof that Person B has signed the document. And seeing different signers on the Adobe page depending on the browser with which I open the URL is totally weird.
I purchased an Adobe Sign account so I could send large documents out for e-signing. My first document is 180 pages however it won't let me send because I've exceeded the "100 page transaction limit". Why wasn't I told about this when I bought the product? There was no disclosure about a page limit. I've been told that I need to change my plan and pay extra to be able to send my document. However when I contact support, they do not respond to me. Can someone assist please?
I am trying to change my settings so that the Audit Report for each document is not attached. I see in several places where it says this can be done in Global Settings within your Adobe account, however I do not have "Global Settings" as a menu option. Wondering where I can find this setting?
Is there a way to hide certain pages in a document from various signers? For example, if I send a 3 page document out for signature to 5 people, but I want the first page of the document to be visible to only the first signer, can I hide that first page from the remaining 4 signers?
Every time I sue Adobe Pro DC and send the doc via Adobe Sign, it deletes random letters throughout the entire document and saves the damaged file. Why?
Hi ive just purchased this product whuch gives 1 licence and 9 users. I have set up the account with 6 users each with their own work email addresses. However, I would not appear able to allocate the product against each user as it says the licence is used (by me as the adminstrator)- so it appears as though all users within my organisation will need to use the admin/licence email address rather than their own. Does this seem correct? I thought that having 9 users agsinst 1 licence would mean that each users could use the product by using their own work email address ?
I have a free Adobe sign account.I used the account to share a link to a document that I signed using Adobe Sign on my desktop. Now I want to delete the document from the cloud so that the link no longer works and the document is no longer available for anyone to view. How can I do that? Note: just to be clear, my account is not part of any larger company account and there is no admin or privacy manager attached to the account. It's just a personal free Adobe Sign account. I can't find any documentation about how to delete a document from the cloud for this type of account.
So I've sent myself a document to be signed, but when I open the email, there is no link to follow to sign anything. If you see in the image below there is nothing to follow. I followed the steps on the adobe website on how to send a document to a user to request a signature. I sent it to myself as a test, created the test document in acrobat on a licensed account and ensured the document was attached and followed all the steps. This is what I received and there's nothing for me to click to sign.
I want to send a written test via Adobe Sign, but can't figure out how to keep the recipient from getting a copy of the test and responses after they have entered all the answer and signed it. I don't want the test being downloadable. Is there any way to set up the sending so that only I can download the completed and signed document?
How to integrate with customer owned SMS gateway and adobe Sign?
I have Sign via Adobe PDF Pack and was using the sign feature for several months. Recently the track and manage functions (the function to view who has signed, who has not signed, send reminders, see activity chronology, etc.) are simply not visible. There is a blank white space in the screen beside the document that has been circulated for signature. Where all the signature management features used to appear, there is just a blank space. Adobe support is apparently non-existent for this, hence the appeal to the forum.
So our company is wanting to use the adobe sign in this way:the sales rep sends to customer and they sign; it's sent to account setup and they sign; it's sent to the art department and they sign; it's then sent back to the sales rep as completed. So the questions I have are: 1. I need to have the customer be able to upload artwork while they are signing. 2.Once it is complete and is returned to the sales rep, I need the sales rep to be able take their order and add it to the documents, then send back to account set up for processing. Is it possible to do these things? Right now I have Acrobat DC Pro personal version, and have been told if you have a business version, that you can. The chat feature is useless so I hoped someone here could help me.
Is there a way to reduce the number of emails an approver would get in a high volume environment? We use AS for accounting approvals and send a large volume of items daily. Currently we send them in a large batch (dozens of invoices) with signature lines on each, but this has presented a problem as the approver cannot reject one item without rejecting the whole document. This happens fewquently. If we were to send items individually it would bury the approvers in emails. Is there a way to forego the individual emails and send out a summary approval request at the end of the day (or some designated time)? Conversely, is there a way to allow an approver to reject a single attachment and approve the rest?
How do you turn off the function of having completed agreements sent to all signers? "Copies have been automatically sent to all parties to the agreement." I do not want the signers to receive copies of the agreement they just signed.
Hello,I apologize for bringing such an elementary question to the Forum, but I couldn't get support on another channel. When I click on the signature made on a document, I am directed to a page where the authenticity of the signature is verified. Follow a concrete example: https://na2.documents.adobe.com/verifier?tx=CBJCHBCAABAAgIdWV3jae8bo1bBFsBjumDDxx5xoC-VfOn this page, the message "Transaction number XXX is valid" is displayed, where XXX refers to the hex code of that signature.A side frame with a name and a date is also shown. I understand that they should be related to the signed document, but the fact is that it has nothing to do with it. A side frame with a name and a date is also shown. I understand that they should be related to the signed document, but the fact is that it has nothing to do with it.Is this a bug or am I misinterpreting it?I take this opportunity to ask if there is any way to configure the platform so that this hash and the verification page link are
Hello, For my use case, I intend to create a form on a website with fields including the names and email addresses of a number of collaborators. Is it possible to automate the process of sending documents to the signers from Adobe Sign using the names and email addresses from the above mentioned web form? Thanks in advance for your response!
Not able to sign a pdf doc
I have embedded web forms on my website. They were working fine until this past weekend. Now the forms will only load on mobile if you are using Safari to open the form. Otherwise, it just redirects and takes you back to the button to open the form. The forms work correctly on all web apps on a desktop computer. Any ideas?
