Hello,Where can I change the area code when signing the document via SMS?
I am experiencing an issue that occurred in Salesforce because:A user created and sent an Agreement. Some time passed, and before the Agreement was signed by the Customer, the creator of the Agreement was deactivated. After deactivation, the Customer signed the agreement, but it did not synchronize in Salesforce. My question is whether the lack of record update (with the Agreement in Salesforce) could be caused by the deactivation of the person who sent the Agreement?
Just some customer feedback: I find the updated "Request E-Signatures" interface to be MUCH less user friendly than the previous interface. I hate the fact that the new experience automatically identifies what it thinks are fields, and places them in the document, assigned to the recipient. This results in me getting error messages that there is something wrong with various fields, that the INTERFACE JUST PLACED IN THE DOCUMENT, so I have to go in and delete those fields one by one. The automatically added fields also tend to cover-up text/pictures in the original document, making it harder to correctly place fields that I want to add to the document. I much prefer the old interface that gave you the OPTION of adding the interface-identified fields, rather than assuming that you wanted to do so. Additionally, the pop-up windows the opened when you double-clicked fields in the previous interface were MUCH easier to use than the visually enmeshed sidebar that the new interface uses. Plus
According to this page only 25 people can sign my webform. https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html That cannot be right. Would anyone create a document, embed it into their website, just to hae 25 people sign it. I want 100s to sign it. Q1. Am I reading that page right? Is there a list on number of people who can sign and submit webform. Q2. Right now I started trial. But eventually I will get small business (1 or 2 users), the one that cost $29. Some people have implied that they don't see the ability to create webforms and they are on small business plan. Am I going to lose my ability to create webforms once my trial is over?
Hello,Is there a way to mark documents as complete without having to use cancel? All but one recipient has signed the douments. Moving forward I'd like to complete the documents without this last persons signature. I can download the documents with the completed signatures, but if I use cancel to stop requesting the signature for the unsigned recipient, all documents are deleted from all recipents. To be more clear, I'd like to remove the recipient who is not signing after all others have signed and have the signature request shown as complete intead of canceled. Thanks!
We're experiencing an issue where there are 8 signers in a workflow. Person #5 doesn't see the signatures of People #1 through #4. Therefore, they don't want to sign off. Does anyone know why a signer would not be able to view the fields completed by preious signers?
At my organisation we changed the profile on Acrobat site and now we cannot access Acrobat sign. When trying to log in, we receive a message that it is linked with the old expired profile.I need to get hold of an agent to help us remove the old profile and link Acrobat Sign to our new profile, but whenever I try to seek help I only get the virtual assistant which cannot understand the request.
I have some web forms that need to follow a defined signature chain. The problem is, the first signer will be different depending on who in the department is filling out the form and who their supervisor is. Is it possible to create a field in the form where the individual filling it out can provide an email address and the web form is then sent for signature to the email address provided in the form field? Or how would you recommend I tackle a 2 step signature auth chain where step 1 is not always the same person?
Sent a document to sign, confirmed email is correct, but it has not been received (check in spam folder as well). Any way to resend, or send an immediate reminder (which would have a link)?
Hi, I have a lot of Indesign template documents that include Text Tags - https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/text-tag.html - so that when I generate a PDF and use Adobe AcrobateSign, Acrobat will automatically recognise these text tags, and convert them to signature, name, date and comany name fields. In the latest version of Acrobat Pro, when I go through the process of adding recipients to sign the document, it doesn't recognise the text tags. The text just stays as is - {{*Signature_es_:signer1:signature}} - instead of automatically recognising and converting it to a signature field. A notification comes up that says "Some form fields and features are not accessible in the new version. Switch back to the legacy version to access all previous features." If I switch back to the previous version, everything works as it should. Has this feature been dropped from Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Sign moving forward, or do I need to edit my InDesign documents in so
Switched over to Adobe sign from Docusign since the adobe service is already part of what I pay for with my subscription. First contract signed had some inconsistencies; some of the signees signatures had their name and signing date. Some didn't. Also had a field for date signed. Three out of four were the wrong date. Contacted Adobe support and got on chat. Spent almost an HOUR online while the tech walked me through unchecking "use latest esign features" to basically use the legacy features. Each time I would try a test contract and have additional issues. After about an hour, the tech said "Allow me a moment to check it with my available resources" and then I got the message: While this conversation has ended, feel free to come back anytime you need help. Thanks Adobe. Just what I needed when trusting the signing of contracts to you. To be abandoned by support. The support tech's name was "Manoj". This is not what I expect for $600 a year. Very d
Hello,I would like to ask you if there is any possibility to set a team for Adobe Acrobat Sign. In team we have 3 people with accounts on their personal corporate mail addresses registered and all of them send calculations to customers for signing. Of course, via their mails, so they receive approved contracts in their mailbox and only them, separately, can check status of their agreements. Because of sickleave, vacations and other absences, we need to find a solution how to share these cases at one place and work on them, be able to see their current status and if necessary, complete it. Is there any solution except new account registered to shared mailbox with sharing credentials? thank you!
I'm having this problem when I try t send an agreement:

My pdf before uploading it as a template allows multi-line text but doesn't allow scrolling. When I upload it as a template it's allowing scrollable text. I don't want the scrollable text, because when you receive it back you cannot see what is beyond the box at a glance. Does anyone have any solutions how to disable the scrollable option?
Getting this error "Object look up field: echosign_dev1__Recipient_Lead__r not set" while using Agreement Template to send Agreement from Salesforce. What could be the reason
Hey!Windows 10Adobe Acrobat Pro - 2023.008.2055Business (3) Licenses I generated a PDF in Word, and I'd like to create a form I can then send out to request signatures vs distribution. Every time I go through the process and click request signatures, the radio buttons disappear. I can go back and add them, but it's not as clean and a pain. I'm missing something simple and stupid, but I'm at a loss now. My workflow: "Prepare a Form" > "Select a File" > Open my PDF > check "this document requires signatures" box > Auto-Detect ON > Create Form I laid out all my fields nicely, labeling everything. Most are text only, with a few check boxes and a dozen radio buttons. Once I click on Request Signatures, it takes me to the recipient page, informs me it's removing everything unsupported, and deletes all my radio buttons. I can add them back, but it's clunky and unclean. I've also tried to convert to Adobe Sign for
Hi,Our college requires Health and Safety inspections of our work experience and apprenticeships placements annually and we have a dedicated form to complete to ensure everything is in order. I've created versions which can be accessed either from files or as a web form. Here's the issue; I've set up a workflow so that the form is signed by the employer, then by our tutor/inspector and finally approved by head office. Trouble is, we have upwards of 80 tutors who could potentially be the second signatory. Is there a way to have the option of a list of signers to choose from, or will I have to specify which tutor will fill out the form before they take it out to be signed?🤷♂
Hello, Why I can't click the "Request E-signature" or "Request signature" not available in my tools?
Does anyone know how you edit the subject of the document that is being sent to remove the "signature requested on" prefix? See below. I want to remove this so that only the actual name of the document is shown as the subject. Thanks
Hello Community Members, Is it a known issue that the CC field is missing after the latest Adobe Sign update? All I see is "Signer", "Approver" and "Form Filler". None of these options resemble the CC feature I used to have before the update. I just want to send a document for signatures to specific recipients and then the signed copy will go to the CCd members. Any thoughts?
Receiving this error for one of our employees in the Adobe VIP Program. We purchase 3 adobe sign licenses and this particular user has been assigned a license by me. Tried signing in through various Adobe locations, continue to get this error message and can't get past it. I've also tried removing the user and re-adding them but with no luck.
I use Adobe Acrobat Sign to send out new hire onboarding forms such as the I-9, W-4 form, etc. I know how to make a field "Required", but how do i set it up to where just ONE of the mulitple choice fields are required? For example, they have to select just ONE box for Citizen, Non-Citizen, or Lawful Permanent Resident, etc. Another example is on the W-4's they have to select if they are Single, Married, etc. They only need to select one option. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you.
New report feature in acrobat sign is really bad design where you can't schedule in any particular time after you have created it. To change any schedule you need to delete the report and create again. Please change the design as early as possible so that business user can schedule it in proper time and change it instead of delete and create again to just change the schedule.
I am referring to: Unlock a signed PDF file (adobe.com) In summary, a downloaded copy of a signed PDF is 'secured' with a randomly-generated password. The claims I have seen is this is necessary to insure the integrity of the document and keep docuyments from being edited after signing. This is clearly complete nonsense. First of all, it does nothing to accomplish this goal. If I want to 'edit' a 'signed PDF' all I have to do is open the document for reading in Chrome or some other PDF viewer, and then print it to PDF. I will then have a new PDF without this password that I can edit as I will. Second, the authenticity of a digital signature CLEARLY must come from the audit logs of a trusted third party - i.e. Adobe Servers - and not from a file itself. As already mentioned, I can easily edit a signed document. My holding a copy of this document proves nothing. This is exactly why a signed document comes with a "Final Audit Report" and a transaction ID - s
