Hallo, ich arbeite mit Adobe Acrobat in der Pro-Version. In der Desktop-App lassen sich Dokumente unterschreiben/zertifizieren. Dabei wird gleichzeitig ein Zeitstempel und der Name in Maschinenschrift in das Dokument geschrieben. Diese Art der Unterschrift möchte ich auch in der iOS-App nutzen. Bisher habe ich dort jedoch nur die Möglichkeit gefunden "normale" Unterschriften, ohne Datum oder Name, in das Dokument zu schreiben. Wie erhalte ich in der iOS-App die gleichen Unterschriften wie sie in der Desktop-App erzeugt werden können? Viele Grüße

Say I'm collecting highly sensitive information (blue prints, top secret information, PGP keys, etc.) and a signature from a customer. I send them a form for them to sign via echosign. They fill the form with the sensitive data and sign it. Now, I don't want the completed document to show up on our email server once they sign the form. Is it possible only to store this data safely on EchoSign's site and for me to get a heads up they have completed the document?

We have 10 Acrobat Standard DC licences within our team and use it primarily for editing PDFs and signing documents. We send a lot of docs out for client signature and would like to be able to manage the status of these centrally rather than within the individual licences (for example, so that we can follow up with documents even if individual users are away on hols). Is there a way to share the documents within the whole team who have the licences?Also, where to go for consultancy support on how best to implement within small businesses?

Where is the feature that allows me to automatically sign and send a document gone? That button was called....'Sign and Send'. It now sends me an email asking me to sign my own document that I created causing extra work. The sign and send button has been replaced by review and send. No ability to remove myself as a email recipent either once you 'review and send'

Hey community, it would be great if someone could help me with my problem. I have created a form and would like images to be sent when the form is sent as pdf. As the person completing the form, you can upload/select images which will be sent via email when sent button. How do I do that? I created the 30 day trial version of Adobe Acrobat Sign specifically for this purpose. It would be great if someone could tell me where I can find the function. Thank you 

I cant login in to Acrobat Sign despite having an active Creative Cloud subscription.   The solution stated here not helping as clicking the realtime chat option bring back to the same Acrobat Sign login page and the loop continues from the warning message to the rest. How to sort this?

Hi there,I have a document that has three separate signature fields. The signer only needs to sign one of the three fields (as the document contains 3 different sections where the signer must pick just one). Is there a way to make the signature field not mandatory so that my signers are not forced to sign each of the 3 sections when they only need to sign one of them? Or can anyone think of a work around for this?Thank you!

I have to affix digital signature using DSC separately on multiple pages of a pdf. Everytime I sign using the DSC, it starts verifying the digital signature. This step of verification takes a lot of time.Even if I disable  Edit - Preferences - Signatures and click on More next to Verification, and then tick off the "Verify signatures when the document is opened' box, the verification continues everytime.Please advise how to disable signature verification eveytime the signature is affixed.

Hello - I send agreements through Adobe Sign using my work account. When I send out for signature, the recipient sees "Adobe Acrobat Sign on behalf of ....." as the sender instead of my email address.  This often results in the email going into the recipient's spam account. How can I make it come from the email address of my account? Thank you in advance,Beth

On Friday and today, I logged into my account to send a document, and I got an error that said, "You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator." But I am the only one that uses this account and am the admin. I have never had this error before, but it's prevented me from sending out docs to 2 people so far. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

I have a strange beahviour here.One of our colleges with a regular user account and Acrobat Pro signed to it can't log into Adobe Sign. There is always an error:"Please accept the Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation previously emailed to you. If you have questions, contact your account administrator."Support chat was going nowhere, just the usual "remove license and add again" which didn't help.All other users in the team with Acrobat licenses don't have this problem. Any ideas? Cheers

But I have notice the reminders for sign is sending contibously even when Automatic property(echosign_dev1__Enable_Automatic_Reminders__c) is set to false in system.Can anybody helps to know if anyhow we can control reminders notification at the time of sending Agreement for sign?Thanks in Adv.

We used to be able to send multiiple documents for e sginature. Now getting a new window and an error message . 

I deployed Sign for an office. Soon after, they started reporting attachments not appearing in efaxes they've received. Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix?

I need a recipient template.  I send a monthly invoice to the same recipients each month but the document is different. The only options I have found in Sign keep the doc the same and change the recipients. I need to auto populate the emails for signers and cc recievers and the signature fields.  Suggestions?

Although our account for send for signature is under my name and then the company name, I would like to change that so instead of the customer seeing:'My Name' Has Sent You 'Document Title' to Signit instead just referenced our company name instead.'Company Name' Has Sent You 'Document Title' to SignIs that possible?

Hello!We have created an Agreement Template using Document Builder and we're attempting to then use the Batch Agreements feature to send.It works when there is only one record based on the query, but when there is more than one record that meets the criteria, the Apex job fails and shows this message:"First error: Document Builder:You have uncommitted work pending. Please commit or rollback before calling out".I googled that and none of the results that I found were specific to Document Builder/Adobe Sign - and to be honest, that level of coding is above my head.Prior to this "real" attempt, I did try this with a v simple template and it worked to create the batch with more than one record. So, I suspect that some level of additional complexity in the template is creating the issue.Does anyone have any insight on how I could troubleshoot this without learning Apex overnight?Happy to share any screenshots that may help.Thank you so much,erin

Whenever I try to login on my account i get a "Something went wrong" message.This has been happening since I created my account about 2 months ago.I've tried every way of logging in i know off, on the adobe website, after clearing cookies, in incognito mode, in multiple browsers, on my phone and pc, on other wifi, in the creative cloud application. After removing every single adobe related file off of my pc and it always gives this exact same message.I have tried contacting adobe multiple times and in multiple ways, i've tried using the chat thing multiple times, each time making the ai send me to an agent to help, sometimes sending me through to a more specialised agent, which ended up with help that doesn't work or straight up closing the chat.I'm on a school account so I've tried contacting the people who oversee the licenses but they said they couldn't do anything and i needed to ask adobe for help (I'm on a seperate account without the license right now).
