I canceled an agreement because the signer ended up stopping by the office and signing. I went into AdobeSign and canceled the agreement, but it still shows it is "in progress". When I open it, there is no cancel link and status says it is canceled. However, it continues to send reminders and I can't stop it. If I click the link from the email reminder, it says the agreement was canceled. If I try to click the reminder button, it freezes up and doesnt go anywhere. This has been going on for a week now.I need to stop the reminders.Please help!

Hi , I am trying to post pdf document from base64 input in groovy scripting . i could not achive this either i get a blank documnent or a document with base64 string as content or error in upload or bad request . I tried multiple ways need some help when we deal with base64 string how the payload should look like to post call . Hi, I create PDF form with submit button but when i upload it to Acrobat sign > publish web form the button disapeared. I create to button, one to send the form to my email and another button to save the document in SharePoint online. thanks
When we send a document for e-signing via e-mail we set it up so it sends to the intended receipient and also set colleague gets a copy too. However, everytime a document is sent it also gets sent to the same separate e-mail address everytime too. We believe this was the e-mail address the account was originally set up on. The problem is we can't find any where in the account or e-signature settings that references this e-mail address. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
We are having issues with adobe application not being able to send documents. The error message: Adobe Sign you are not authorized to send documents for signature. Signed out - signed back in Removed application - added back in. able to login and select E-signature - unable to send as this error comes up: you are not authorized to send documents for signatureDocuments can be sent via Web version on adobe. This is happning to more then one user. Why is Esign so flacky? Any help please

Hi, I have sent 280 agreeements. For any unknown reason (I guess email spam policy) I have not received by email every individual agreement sign. I know that I can download one by one from the Adobe sign site every single agreement, but given the hign number of agreements, downloading single agreements would take a lot of time, so is there any option to download all the signed agreements ?Thanks
I created a document that needs 2 other people to sign. The activity log shows the document was sent to the first person, who signed the document. It also shows it has NOT sent to the second person. I can set a daily reminder for person #2 but can't send them an immediate reminder to push the email through (they don't show as an option to check for immediate reminder, only I and the first signer do). I've triple checked the email and info for person #2 and it is all correct, and they have checked spam folders and have not received and email (which is not surprising as the activity log shows no email was sent to them). How do I push this to them so that they can sign? Thanks!
Today, two team members have exeprienced fully signed documents, where the "Signed and Filed" Email has been received, but the document remains on the "In Progress" screen instead of moving to the "Completed" screen. They have logged on/off of both Adobe Sign and their PC but the issue still wasn't resolved. Is there currently an issue with Adobe Sign?

Hi,We are currently rolling out intune as our mobile management, and have added Adobe fill and sign as an ios app, but when users try to import the document they get the error "could not import document"We have already tried the device configuration part on intune for adobe but still no luck.Any asistance would be greatly appreciated. Hi - Is there anyway to edit the "date" format in the export? I'd like the date to be excel compitable, so that when I mark it as a "date", it reads it as one. Right now, it does not read it as a date for me:2023-08-09T19:26:38+0000Which is confusing because I know excel formatting supports the ability to include time and date, so I'm not sure why the export WOULDN'T be in this format already. Ideally, I'd like to be able to remove "time" from showing entirely. I currently have to take my download, add a column, split up the date by the "T", and then delete that column.

Hey, we currently use paper to conduct inductions with no employees around a premises, the 'inductor' and the employee then sign the sheets to confirm they've been shown specific things around the premises etc. I want to be able to do this on an iPad and come away from paper, I was hoping I could use fill and sign using a saved template in the account, however I don't see how I can use our templates? Does Adobe support this method?

After I put in the signature field and submit, the agreement appears in the document portal but the status is "cancelled". tried a few times with different email but same results. There is no email sent to my email nor the cc email nor the recipient.I have sent out successfully previously. Only started happening today.What could be the cause?
I have filled out a form that I use from a template. After saving it, I click request e-signature, fill out the emails it needs to go to, and when I click continue my entire form gets erased and assigned to the first person I have selected for signature. How do I fix this?

Whenever we try to build and run Dynamics 365 workflows we get the error below: "message": "Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. We have noticed that this is tied to the Create Agreement. We are following the documentation in: Adobe Acrobat Sign for Dynamics: Processes (Workflows) If we pass in an already created agreement, bypassing the CreateAgreement, the attach files and recipients work, but we also get an error on the Send Agreement. is it possibly either a bad install, or maybe even a security issue?
Hi, so hoping someone can help as Adobe chat just hang up on me or calling Adobe they say someone will call you back and dont. Issue facing User had Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses associated with the work email addresses. we have removed their Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses as no longer require them and users have been removed from Adobe Admin console so they dont exisit. the users are still sent Adobe Sign forms by clients to sign. however when they are sent a file Adobe sign doesnt open and Adobe Acrobat just opens instead with no actions for the form they need to sign. from my understanding you dont need any Adobe license to just sign a Adobe Sign document sent to me and it shows they have Personal accounts they also cant even sign into Adobe Sign and just takes to adobe Acrobat page The users dont exisit on the admin console and we have never had any Adobe sign products, so the users have only ever been receivers of Adobe sign forms and can no not open them to

However, the email was not on second step "Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature" When I checked the adobe, waiting for filingDo you think if this relate to licence that I have?. Hello all, I'm new to the community and wondering if anyone knows if Adobe sign is capable of sending a document to a particular signer based on user input. I have a facility use document for 11 different buildings. Each building has their own supervisor principal. It's a school and I would like to have just one document that redirects to the proper principal based on a drop down menu with all the building names. Anyone know if this is possible. Thank you,Paul
