Submitting your content to Adobe Stock doesn't change your ownership rights, subject to the license you grant them in the Contributor Agreement (PDF).

Yes, it is yours, you can use it however you like. Unless you sell exclusive rights, in that case only the buyer would be alowed to use it (and you will probably never sell exclusive rights through microstock).
