It’s my original design, but it was rejected for being “too similar.”This is a set design, and there’s no way the combination could be exactly the same as mine.

This Vector file (250327) has been sitting as "screening" more than 3 months.I also upoloaded the same inage as in PNG.  Both are still in "screening" and haven't approved or rejected.The second picture I attached (PNG of 8 bages ) was approved as soon as I uploaded 3 months ago.Could you tell me why it is not approved?Thank you

Dear Consultant, I have uploaded some video files recorded on the camera and it has been approved. Sound was also recorded during the video recording. The video file with sound has been approved. Will having audio with a video cause any problems with the account? What do the Community Guidelines say about this?

Right now I uploaded only JPEG files to my Adobe contributor account. However, I am a designer and I was uploading large numbers of vector files on other contributor sites. Now I am planning to upload those vector files on my Adobe contributor account as well.  For other sites, I always select "Illustrator EPS 10 Version"  while exporting my vector EPS file because those sites only accept vectors with "Illustrator EPS 10 Version". So my question is what is the recommended or acceptable EPS version by Adobe for vectors that I want to upload on my Adobe Contributor Account? If I will export and upload vectors with "Illustrator EPS 10 Version" then is it fine or any other version will be the best choice? Kindly let me know about that. Kind Regards.

I tried multiple times with different operators but still no success. I am contacting you regarding an issue with my recent withdrawal. On September 18, 2025, I requested a withdrawal to my Skrill account. At that time, I had disconnected my Payoneer account and attached Skrill, so the payment was sent to Skrill.However, after making the withdrawal, I mistakenly reconnected my Payoneer account for about four days. When I noticed that the payment had still not reached my Skrill account, I realized my mistake and reconnected Skrill again. Hi everyone,I need some clarification about using multiple Adobe accounts on the same computer.On my desktop, I am logged into Creative Cloud with my main email account, which has an active subscription. I use this account for all Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for my design work.At the same time, on the same computer, I also use a second Chrome profile where I log into my Adobe Stock Contributor account. This contributor account is linked to a different email address and I only use it to upload assets and check my stock earnings.So basically:Account 1 = Creative Cloud subscription account (for apps)Account 2 = Adobe Stock Contributor account (different email, only in Chrome profile)My question is: Will this setup cause any issues or conflicts? Is it allowed to use one account for Creative Cloud subscription and another account for Adobe Stock Contributor on the same computer?Thanks in advance for your help.

When I create content, I always try my best to ensure it does not resemble any other existing content. Still, when Adobe Stock’s system detects it as “similar content,” it truly feels disappointing and disheartening for me. I always follow Adobe Stock’s guidelines and will continue to do so in the future.If it had been clearly mentioned why my content specifically fell under the category of “similar content,” it would have been much more helpful for me to improve going forward. I admit that making mistakes is natural. However, I want to learn from this mistake and continue moving forward with greater responsibility. Thank you.

If a company has named itself after a sport, then now no one has the right to use the name of that discipline decathlon in athletics? Like many other folks when I try to apply for stock contributor program to sell images I recieve a message that says I have multiple accounts. I know I'm receiving this message in error as I've gone through all the steps and verified my email is the only one associated with my phone number. I reached out to Adobe Support via email in July 2025 but have frustratingly have not heard back as of October 2025. I did recieve the generic template 'steps to follow' that I've already taken. I've also tried calling Adobe's help number but they say they cannot access that part of Adobe. Is there any hope to get this resovled? Hello, I’m a contributor and I uploaded a large batch of AI-generated images to Adobe Stock. It has now been 17 days and most of the files are still pending review. About one-third of the batch has already been rejected for “similar content,” while the rest remain in review. My concern is: should I delete the remaining files that are still pending to avoid the risk of mass rejection, or is it better to leave them and wait for the moderation outcome? I’m worried that if many more of these pending files also get rejected for the same reason, it could negatively affect my contributor account (e.g., stricter moderation or reduced trust). Has anyone experienced this situation before? I’d really appreciate advice from experienced contributors or Adobe staff on the best approach here. Thank you!
