It’s been three months since I uploaded my assets on Adobe, but they still haven’t reviewed my photos. I’ve reached out to the support team via email, but all I’m getting are the same copy-paste responses

On July 15th, I requested a withdrawal from my Adobe Stock account. After one week, I received the withdrawal. However, just 10 days later, my account was unexpectedly deactivated. I had not made any further withdrawal requests, nor had I uploaded any new assets. My sales were proceeding normally, so I assumed there might be a technical issue on Adobe Stock's end.To my surprise, after five days, I received an email from Adobe Stock Contributor Support stating that my account would not be reinstated due to "ongoing violations." This decision is baffling, as I have over 20,000 assets in my account and have been an active contributor for the past 1.5 years without any prior issues.

I am a contributor and my brother wants to be one too. We live at the same address and use the same Wi-Fi network. I upload AI images and my brother also wants to upload AI images. Is that a problem? Can we have our accounts terminated because of this?

please help, I have uploaded many images and today I have seen that around 23 of the ones that have been reviewed have not been accepted. I am aware of some of the reasons why this happens, but in this case, I am not. please can you shed some light on what the potential reasons are. some of the images that were not accepted are listed below, the watermark was added by me now, and not when they were uploaded (obviously). Personally I would have though that a clear focus was visible in most of the images that I uploaded but I might be wrong. yes, these images are ai and were marked as such. The message above attached to the rejection is: Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Dear community,I have worked with Adobe since 2023. Recently, they blocked my contributor account, which contained about 11,000 AI-generated images. It's worth noting that I was earning more than $450 per month from this account, so my images were clearly in demand. Recently, some of my friends' accounts were also blocked by Adobe, and i'm predicting because of they also worked with AI-generated images their account got blocked. Adobe didn't even send an email to me or my friend explaining the reason behind blocking our accounts. I even created a new account last month with AI images, and they blocked that account too. My question is Adobe going to stop accepting AI-generated images soon?

Help me why? Unfortunately, it does not meet our quality standards, so we cannot add it to our collection. Thaks!

Hi everyone, I'm confused about the quality issues with these AI-generated images. Please help me understand what mistakes I have made with them.

Hi everyone! I am new to the whole stock photos thing and have been uploading some of my photography. I have had 3 rejected out of 25 and none approved so far. All 3 rejections were from quality isssues, 2 of them I can understand after looking into them further but one I do not see why there is a issue. Also when I try to open the photo from the denied images section the quality is worse than original so I don't know if the upload process is affecting it. 

i try a 5 mega pixels quality and it works !!! the problem i tried a 30 mega pixels and didn't work !!! can't see any errors in the pictures i took before !

Hello! I can't withdraw my earnings via PayPal. PayPal support writes that from Adobe there were no requests for transfer, and Adobe support wrote that PayPal refuses to accept the transfer. Has anyone encountered the same thing or just knows how to solve this problem?

 when my account will be re-activated? what should i do now. is there any way to re-active this! if anyone know about it kindly guide me. 

I uploaded the file to Adobe Stock a few days ago but it didn't get uploaded because now they only accept Ai or Eps files, but if I submit Ai or Eps files, the colors are not good in the jpeg files they generate. What can I do now?

Dear Community,I hope you're well. My contributor account has been blocked for over 30 days. I submitted an appeal, and it seems like my account might not be reinstated. However, there were some earnings in that account, and I'm unsure how to retrieve the payment. Could you please guide me on how to proceed with this? Thank you for your help.

Hola,  I have 23 photos waiting for a review, which I uploaded at the beginning of my Adobe adventure and I dare say they violate intellectual property because I use the brand name in the title and tags.Is there a way to remove photos which are in review queue? This are the oldest photos uploaded and waiting on my account (contributor id: 212028075). All the best,Monika

Hi,I joined here as adobe stock contributor and uploaded 39 files for review everything was fine. But suddenly due to net problem I could not stay online for 7 days and the computer was given windows and I logged in the account. But this happens after login. Although it may be due to internet problem, I checked the internet and still this is happening. Please I am hoping for a correct answer.

By creating AI images, I can use the same keywords on all market sites with the same title. If there is any problem with Adobe Stock account, please let me know. Thank you.

In my opinion this is an amazing atmospheric mystic Halloween image but it has been rejected due to "quality" issues. Can I reaupload same image? Can it be approved in second try?  

Hi everyone, I've uploaded 6 AI images; 4 accepted and 2 were rejected for quality issues. While I do understand why 2 of them got rejected I'm still uncertain why 2 of those images got rejected, can anyone help me identify what is wrong with these images? And I am also uploading these two images. P  lease help me
