Hey, guys, I got 2 rejections for these 2 images, I don't know why or what mistake I made, this is the Possible reasons that Adobe gave me: - Non compliant use of another artist’s name.- Undeclared Generative AI Content.- Content not compliant with overall guidelines:This is one of the images I have uploaded the other image is kind of the same with another facial expression, there are big stocks I submitted already, and I am kinda worried about the others.  Can you guys help me with this?

I have many files in pending review from more than 6 weeks in adobe stock and not getting reviewed

Being a vector contributor, I used to get up to 15 downloads per day. But it has been 3 days and downloads. It disappointed me. Any solutions?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I have several timelapse clips that I shot with my camera and compiled into timelapse clips with minimal processing. Now Adobe is labeling it as AI. It's insulting and misleading, as well as undermining my trust with the people who license my footage.  Many nature broadcasting networks, including Discovery Channel, PBS, and Nature Channel license my clips frequently, and count on ME to be a reliable source of REAL WORLD footage. This mis-identification undermines that relationship. It's insulting and infuriating. Please fix the problem immediately. Hey everyone!As adobe stock contributor I'm trying to setup SFTP via rclone but whenever I try to mount SFTP It gives following error. log: 2024/03/05 10:22:57 Failed to create file system for "adobe:": couldn't connect to ssh-agent: SSH agent requested but SSH_AUTH_SOCK not-specified I'm using SFTP ID and Password provided by Adobe contributor portal.Please help me resloving this issue.Thanks in Advance

I have clicked "contact us" in the the bottom of the Contributor portal,And Select the main category (Payment, text, bouns program),Then I select the subcategory (Unsync Payoneer account)and Type (Dear stock contributor team,Some problem in my Payoneer account, Kindly delete this payoneer account from to stock contributor account)

Any way to see how buyer came to one of your photos? What search terms they used/ what tags have higher hit rate... or see if they were linked by similar images through Adobe algo?

I don't understand what's going on at Adobe stock. A week ago my account was deactivated without any reason. I wrote three times and asked to explain to me the reason for the deactivation of my account, but there was no answer, they simply ignored me. Two weeks ago I ordered a payment of $250 and a day later it was supposed to arrive, but it never arrived in my account. There was still $400 unpaid, which I did not withdraw. I’m just in shock, I don’t understand what’s happening, I didn’t break any rules. I will wait and hope that the company will figure it out and make the right decision regarding my account. Earning money from Adobe stock is my only form of income, and now I'm in a deplorable state.

Im a newbie here, i really wonder what was wrong in this image and not usable for the photo stock market. Thank you in advance for your help 🙂   

Can you please comment on the reason for rejecting my AI pictures? I didn't understand because they didn't give a specific reason. And I enlarged the image in 5K and removed the noise. I created it in midjourney. The logos and trademarks are not real there.

Everytime i just get 1 or 2$ for each sell but my friend get 100 or 200$ on per download . His assets are premium i think. how can i sell my assets as premium? 

An illustration I rendered from my blender project. It was judged to be a Generative AI image and rejected from adobestock. It was incorrect because it was not an AI image. How can I solve it?

Hi Dear members, my contributor account is blocked on january 30, 2024. The reason was I uploaded similar content, adobe sent me an email where they said to follow our rules and guidelines to unblock your account confirm the willingness to reply our mail. I replied the mail on same day, but since then I didn't get response from adobe and my account is still blocked. Please suggest me what should I do. Adobe stock is my only source of income, my family directly dependent on the income which I earn through adobe stock. Kind regards.

Guten Tag, meine letzten Renderings wurden abgelehnt ( früher wurden solche Renderings problemlos angenommen).jetzige Begründung: NICHT KONFORMES BILDVielen Dank, dass du dein Bild eingereicht hast. Leider entspricht es nicht unseren Anforderungen. Daher können wir es nicht in unsere Collection aufnehmen.Mögliche Ursachen:– Nicht konforme Verwendung der Namen anderer Künstler oder Künstlerinnen.– Nicht deklarierte generative KI-Inhalte.– Der Inhalt entspricht nicht den allgemeinen Richtlinien: Die Renderings sind sauber gerendert auf weissem Hintergrund wie freigestellt. Es sind keine KI-Bilder sondern Renderings. Auch habe ich keine Namen anderer Künstler verwendet. Es ist vielleicht ungünstig, dass sich die Bildmotive wiederholen bzw. ähneln (weil es eben Zahlen sind).
