  How to I Submit File With Ai/EPS, PNG, JPEG in same file? Sorry for this types of general inquare. I don't find any resource of this topic?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I'm beyond frustrated...now just disgusted at whatever Adobe's "approval team" is doing. But, clearly, they don't have a clue what they are doing.   They have said to "come here" for your opinions, rather than just tell me OFFICIALLY...seems pretty stupid, right? Why answer the question when you can have someone else offer subjective reasons.   At any rate, wondering how many others have seen the same thing I have; with hundreds of images with the EXACT QUALITY and even lesser, suddenly my images are being REJECTED for the blanket reason of "Quality Issues"!!!   Just for kicks...I'll post a few of the ones recently rejected. These are downsied to 2400px, so don't think the submissions were low-res.   [moderator replaced the subject]

Hello, I've completed a Tax Residence form on a country and I'd like to change it to another.Is it possible? I haven't tried to just do it, yet.

I was thrilled to be accepted and become a contributor to Adobe a few years back. Many of the photos I have submitted have been accepted and I have made sales. For the past few months not a single photo has been accepted for same reason doesn't meet our standards. I am an IPhone contributor and respect the reviewer's decision but am perplexed when the same photos are being accepted and selling on other stock sites. I am including a recent flower photo as an example and hope someone can help me understand the quality issue. I normally am a beach landscape photographer and tried to change up submissions since I am getting no approvals. I am fully aware an IPhone does not have quality as cameras do but up until a few months ago I had only a few photos not being accepted. Again, I respect the decisions but feel a bit hopeless at this point submitting here when others are accepting my submissions. Thank you for any input it is much appreciated.

I have been waiting for a response from them for a month now. I don't understand something. I want to take some action. Maybe I should delete my account and create a new one. How can the support for contributors be so poor? I am not receiving any response to my messages... I want to delete and create a new account. I want to receive the money I requested for the sold images. Maybe I need to take legal action; it's impossible to work with them like this...

Здравствуйте. Подскажите пожалуйста очень много непринятых фото, которые на шатерсток например приняли сразу. Несколько лет назад было наоборот и данный фотосток был менее избирателен (сейчас качество фото значительно выше чем раньше). Кто может обьяснить адекватно причину отклонения фото К сожалени добавляю тут файлы в испорченом качестве так как не могу сейчас предоставить оригинал. 

Hi,Will someone please,  tell me why my upscale AI generative image from midjourney ,have a paid subscription so commercial use allowed, was rejected. No reason was given other than "quality issues". .I need constructive criticism or at least a direction to go . Then I can correct. I prompt in midjourney , image usually 1024 pixels by 1024 pixels, resolution 72 dpi.  I then upscale to 300 resolution and it gets me somewhere in 2048 px by 2048 , 300 dpi , ,24.0 M (don't know what that means?) what's wrong with it? Appreciate advice .Thank you very much in advance .

I recently uploaded my AI geneerated image of a front room that is sunlit with some plants . I cant seem to understand why my quality would be flagged . But i also understand there may be factors im not seeing . Maybe its just to grainy if you zoom in .....?  Can anyone offer some insight ? 

Hey everyone, I am a photographer just starting out and currently in the process of building my photography portfolio website. I don't know if this has been a topic here before (a quick search revealed no past threads) – my main question is: Is adding photos to a photography portfolio considered commercial use of a photograph?  The reason I'm asking is that I am planning on doing some urban lifestyle photoshoots with a model to include in my portfolio (I am based in the US). The photos will be taken from the street so from public domain. I will have the necessary model release, but I am wondering if I need to obtain any property releases for buildings that will most likely appear in the background? Again, the sole use for these images will be to include them in my portfolio to showcase my work, I am not planning on selling the photos in any way. Now I don’t know if I overthink all of this, but I’m trying to know the legalities to make sure I don't break any rules.&n

I have not received the payment requested for the sale of my photos and it has been more than 10 business days, is there an adobe contact email for them to answer me?

I'm having trouble getting new vector images approved. The reasons for rejection don't address the problems specifically. Iincreased the size and resolution and resubmitted but got rejected again. I think it may be the Jpeg preview. Should I not include preview when submitting? What is wrong with this image, for example.Thanks

Greetings!   I uploaded my photos to adobe stock all supported with signed model releases with the official Adobe model release form and my photos are not going anywhere for almost a week? Is there something wrong? Why am I not being notified if something is missing? I am a happy adobe customer/user and thought this would be the most professional way to sell photos online, but other agencies are much faster and they provide a reason or at least a response when something is not OK. Hello everyone,I am waiting for Adobe to answer my complaints regarding the "alleged" theft of part of my videos in Adobe Stock.I don't understand, as several of my videos have ended up in another Adobe account, certainly until they answer me I have all the indignation inside.Has this happened to anyone else? What solution has Adobe given in this regard?Thanks for your help
