Hiya, I am new to Adobe stock, I did plenty of research in how to create and successfully upload generative AI before I began this process. I have submitted 31 photos (3 different submissons) but I completely forogt to complete my contributor account. I have since completed this and have an email to say my tax information has been validated.  It has been nearly 2 weeks now and all of my photos are still under review and I was just wondering if I needed to remove the photos and upload them again for them to be processed? It says approval can take up to a week depending on how many you have submitted, (I'm guessing with a fully set up account) and they have been there for a month now and like I said, more than a week since my details were verified.

Hello, I am from Germany and I have described some of my images with English keywords (and English title). I have changed the keywords language to English. These images are now for several weeks in the review process. My images with German texts are reviewed relatively quickly. What could be the reason for this...?

Close to 100 tulips and squirrels photo I sent were rejected for lack of "quality". As someone whose thousands of photos have been accepted before, I know well the quality standards in photography. While these photos were accepted on all stock sites and you were accepted before, why were they rejected?

I noticed that while most of my images are reviewed and (usually) accepted in a week to three weeks, there is one particular chunk of images – all initially accepted and with releases – that has hung around at the bottom of my review queue for several months, even while everything uploaded before and after it was reviewed/accepted. Any idea why? They had, several months ago, been missing releases, but all had the proper signed releases attached and were just waiting for re-review, which seems to not have happened yet. At how many months past the upload should I email support, or should I just wait a few more months? ty!

Hey,   How long does it take for submitions to be approved? I have 20 photos that i uploaded around 2 months ago and they are still in review for some reason, meanwhile it says it will be approved in a couple of days since the beginning. Any help would be appriciated.    Best Regards. 

I'm trying to upload some vector stock (first time) and when I upload them the colors are looking really strange and neon. I've tried uploading both .ai and .eps files and I've also tried downgrading to older versions and changing between CMYK and RGB. I can't find any solution. Are there any more specific instructions on how to save out files for submission, or any reason for this?It almost looks like when you forget to uncheck the sRGB button when saving out in photoshop, but I don't know if there's a solution for that in illustrator.

Dieses Foto (die ganze Serie) wurde wegen Qualitätsproblemen abgelehnt, obwohl es, den Aufnahmebedingungen entsprechend, sehr gut fotografiert wurde! Diese waren: Das Foto entstand in der Nacht bei völlige Dunkelheit, das einzige Licht wurde vom Leuchtkäfer erzeugt! Genau das wollte ich dokumentieren!Das Foto ist ein Naturdokument, es geht nicht besser!Die Belichtungszeit betrug aufgrund der Dunkelheit bis zu 10 Sekunden, der grüngelbe Farbstich kommt durch das vom Insekt erzeugte Licht! Ich habe extra auf eine künstliche Lichtquelle verzichtet um genau das zu dokumentieren! Ich habe bei Adobe Stock kein vergleichbares Foto vom kleinen Leuchtkäfer in dieser Qualität gefunden! Solche Fotos werden gesucht und lassen sich gut verkaufen! Meine Kritik richtet sich an die Adobe Bildbewerter! Man kann diese Fotos nicht mit Fotos, die geblitzt oder bei Sonnenschein fotografiert wurden vergleichen! Man sollte das Motiv und die Umstände des Fotos erkennen und das Foto entsprechend

Hi Everyone!  I have been contributiong for a little over a month and have learned a lot, but am still unsure about some issues I have been having around the review process.    Initially I was able to upload quite a few images at a time (20-30) and was able to have them reviewed within 4-5 days.  About 2 weeks ago my review queue stopped moving for a while, then I received quite a few rejections.  I researched and bought some new equipment to upscale my images without artifacts and studied keywords/tags, got releases in order, and researched desired content briefs. I tried a new batch of images based on these improvements and the review process seems to be very slow compared to when I initially started - the maximum number of files reviewed a day are around 3, but they are only reviewed sporadically.  Some images have been in the submissions queue so long that they missed the winter holidays and I erased them. The longest ones I currently have been in

my images have been under review for over two weeks, and some for over a month. please tell me how to fix this problem?

These 2 images were rejected from Adobe Stock for quality issue.I would appreciate feedback as to what I can do to improve on these images.I have some ideas to try but would appreciate assistance from this forum.Thank you in advance.
