I have problem migrate from fotolio to adobestock I can not login even I try to change password soo many time the problem always like this, when I want to sell my item. The problem always same the selected account already in useI try to contact the CS but I can not log in too so I hope the CS can see me here thanks

If I create generative ai images of public figures that have been dead for 100+ years (like Shakespeare or Beethoven), how do I go about filling out the model release form? When uploading AI images, there is an option to choose "People and Property are fictional." But, these public figures are not fictional, so what do I do after that? Do I have to fill out a model release form? If so, what do I fill in on the various slots?If I don't have to fill out a release form, do I check the "People and Property are fictional" box since the people have long fallen into the public domain? Thanks!

I use Filezilla to FTP videos in MP4 format. Have been successful with 20 videos over time.Today I want to upload 2 videos from same directory on my Windows 10 PC. Both uploaded successfully from Filezilla, but only 1 video appeared under uploaded files. That 1 was successfully submitted, but the other one I cannot get to uploaded videos - it just does not show!Have tried 3 times already with no success.Similar questions have been posted before with no successful answer.Please help!!!

Hello. My name is Mykola. Please help me understand the issue. Several days ago, my Adobe Stock account was deactivated. Why did this happen? What specifically did I violate? I always tried to follow all the rules. Could this be some kind of mistake? I wrote to the contributor-support@adobe.com, but I never received a response. What should I do? How can I reactivate my account?

Recently, I upload a lot of videos with high quality according to me. I upscaled it using  to 4k which in turn not only resize the resolution but adding the bits, but it was rejected for quality issues, can anyone help tell me what is the quality issues? So I can fix it in my future submission. Is quality issues only about unintentionla shaking, black frames, or audio issues? I mean i seems to not be able to find any technical issues, or the content of video affects the submission approval? I cannot upload the video as it is 200MB in size for 10s video. Thanks.

Hello, I am trying to upload images to approval proces into Stock Adobe.However uploads always fails with folloing message:image had upload errors. Learn more about submissionImages are in JPG format, larger then minimum and smaller then maximum size. Anyone can help with this?

Dynamic text is an excellent tool, but something is missing : The set leading. You don't have a choice, and it's unfortunate.Does anyone have a solution?

Guten Morgen,ich wollte mal nach fragen warum es immer so lange dauert bis meine Einreichungen überprüft werden und viele überhaupt nicht geprüft werden. Die letzten habe ich nach 3 Monaten dann wieder gelöscht. Ich kann ja verstehen wenn es 8 Wochen dauert aber überhaupt keine Prüfung, finde ich nun komisch. Hi,I am looking for some guidance regarding photo editing prior to submitting content. I use Lightroom for my photo processing and editing. Lightroom now has a "De-noise" option in processing which does a fabulous job, however, I am wondering if using the De-noise facility on photos an acceptable development prior to submitting photos for the stock library? I am uploading a sample of one photo both before and after the de-noise processing as an example. Thanking you in advance for any adviceKind regardsConnie

PayPal has confirmed that they cannot accept commercial payments to Ukrainian accounts, and that the payment will automatically be returned to the sender within 2–7 business days.I am considering setting up Payoneer as an alternative payment method. i uploaded about 300 image like this images and they all got rejected for quality issue why?

Hi, I'm new here and uploaded my first images to Adobe Stock. Just a few hours later I noticed that 6x images were not accepted due to quality errors:  I admit that the skyline photo was taken from inside a window, which might be the reason, right? (reflections). About the buddha idk, maybe too dirty surface?! but that's the original state. Not sure about the rest ... 3x images were not approved due to copyright: Absolutely not sure why they got rejected. I just added keywords like Koh Phi Phi, Maya Bay (about the location etc.), but these words should be allowed, or not? All pictures are original files, not edited (I thought it's better to not edit them at all - for giving a real authentic impression). Can be uploading too many images in one day be a reason too? I'm happy about any feedback.  Thanks for your help!  Luminicae

Starting today, when I try to access the contributor's website, a message about the danger from my antivirus started appearing:'Connection to http://service.account.adobe.com has been blocked because the SSL certificate is not trusted. The Certification Authority has revoked certificate validity. Your connection may be now spied upon or you may be redirected to a fake site.' Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Je pense me retirer car la situation est devenue trop difficile. Hello Adobe Stock Team and Community,I recently submitted a photo that I personally captured using my own mobile phone. It’s a sunset view over green fields, taken in my local area.Unfortunately, the image was rejected with the reason “Similar image already exists.”I want to confirm that this photo is 100% original. I took it myself and did only basic adjustments (like color and clarity) before uploading. I haven’t uploaded it from any other account or shared it in any way that others could use it.Could someone please clarify why this happened?
