I've looked into 2 of your pictures and both are badly composed. And that in addition to what @RALPH_L and @Marianne-Deiters said.

some of the images have halos between the mountains and the sky.

Zoom in to 200 or 300% - what do you see? Your photos lack the details. I think that your smartphone can hardly bring better quality landscape photos.

Also, photos from a series that are too similar will understandably be rejected.
