Sorry, but the photos ar too dark and not in focus. Even in sunset photos you cannot underexpose too many shadows. Post processing these areas will probably create noise. Try HDR.

I assume they were rejected based on "Technical Issues". It's always preferred that you indicate the rejection reason when you post here. All are underexposed in the shadows; the large black areas with no detail are not desirable. Focus also appears to be soft. You should be aware that there are already more than 10 million images in Adobe Stock tagged with "sunset". The chances that your sunset images would ever be sold are very slim.
