Hi,

I have Christmas vectors that have been approved.  But when I log in as a buyer and search for them I can not find any of my images.  Is there something I have done?   Why can't I find them?  Is there a wway to talk to a person about this problem?  I can't find a support phone number.

In addition to the advice you've been given, the easiest way to verify your file is displaying online correctly, is to enter the image ID number into the search bar.

You should also be able to find the file(s) by visiting your public facing portfolio page and entering keywords you have applied to the files.

It's probably a very competitive category, so your images may be many pages down in the search results. To prove to yourself that your images ARE in the database, search on the image number.

Keywords, titles, language and region are the main considerations in determining your placement in the returned images. I believe that if your image has been sold it is given an advantage. However I have not verified this.

But if the search returned, say 500,000 images, how are you going to find yours? How will a buyer find yours? Adjust the keywords and titles so that your image shows up.
