お気に入りが全て消えてしまいました。

Fireflyのお気に入りが全て消えてしまいました。

CClearnerで履歴やキャッシュをクリアした後にAdobeのログインし直したので、それが原因なのかもしれませんが、どうしても消えてしまうようなものなのでしょうか？

 

1.Firefox最新版

2.Windows 10 Pro 64ビット 22H2

3.CCleanerを使った後にFirefoxでAdobeにログイン

4.お気に入りが消えている

日本語でも書いておきます。
CCleanerのオプションで、AdobeのCookiesを保持する設定にしたら（Cookies一覧からAdobe関連の項目を全て「保持する一覧」に移動した）、この問題が解決しました。
そして、「キャッシュクリアでお気に入りが消えてしまう」という仕様は、気づかない人も多いと思うので、Fireflyページの見えやすい場所に表記すべきだと、Rishabhさんに提案しました。

Please also consider creating an idea (feature request) about favorites. 🙂

    Thanks Rishabh.

    I set the CCleaner option to keep Adobe Cookies and that solved this problem.

     

    "Clearing the browser cache will remove users Firefly favorites."
    I think this specification should be noted in a visible place on Firefly's Favorites page, as I think many people are unaware of it.

      Favorites are saved using your browser data, so they won't be available on another browser, in incognito mode, or if you clear your browser data. You can find more details here.
