I have a subscription to Adobe Firefly Standard. Why can't I use the standard features of this plan? For example, resizing an image.

Me gustaría que te mostrase el coste de créditos por generación de video según el tipo de video, motor, resolución, etc. Si ya lo da, no lo veo, pero así conseguiría gestionar mejor las generaciones y sus costes y cuanto debo o no comprar de créditos extra.Gracias!

People are misformed - arms, hands, faces - no matter what I try they come out bizarre. How do I prevent these kinds of results?

Hello!  I have been a long time user of Firefly, and I just love Firefly 2! It is perhaps less "technically" precise than the newer versions, but it had a bit of "character" the newer versions just don't seem to have. Can y'all please make Firefly 2 still available as an option for users please? Best,Caleb

I have to start by saying again, I have at the longest time finding the right places to write complaints. This whole miserable website simply does not allow a place where you can. That's why I don't care where I write my posts, and that's the explanation of why I'm writing this in here. Adobe should not prevent me from writing about them by omitting the opportunity.Then we're here again! Ever since Adobe came with their laughable Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Firefly Image 3 doesn't work. Adobe still has it standing as an option, but every time I use it, I get the message "Something went wrong. Try again later." After countless attempts, it is clear that Firefly Image 3 is in fact just shut down - I have to fail to come with my guesses why. The thing is that neither Firefly 4 nor the complete ridiculous Firefly Image 4 Ultra is unable to do the same as Firefly Image 3. Especially when it comes to composition drawings, here it is simply impossible to reproduce a motive in 3 and 4. In that way,

I suppose this is a general bug in the way Firefly 4 interprets prompts that specify exaggerated objects, and I find it almost impossible to use with this type of generative image. For example, generating a guitar with an unusually short neck; a baseball bat as long as a flagpole, or an extremely large sundae dessert compared to the person holding it. I've tried using some help from Chat GPT and Perplexity, for example, in getting suggestions (which are good) but still Firefly 4 fails to render them with any noticeable exaggeration. Almost as if it cannot understand how to generate unrealistic-style images. Rather it conforms to normalcy as much as possible. Now with Imagen 4 or GPT Image, I get a generated image that much more closely aligns with the details of my prompt. Both have consistent results. But I think overall they are proving to be more accurate than Firefly 4. I've used up hundreds of credits with Firefly 4, but after just one or a few trials with the others, I am ge

Where can I control the number of generations per video?  I only want 1 video, not 4, generated at a time.

What is not aloud needs to be specified whenever the text is unable to be procesesed otherwise you are waisting everyone's time as they try to adhere to your vague language and prompt guidelines.   QUIT WAISTING MY TIME!

I want a video for that I gave following instruction but result was not satisfying. How to refine this instruction? video also attached.   "I want a duration of 5 second video where arial view of a calm sea and single boat sailing. Boat should appear in the right side of the computer monitor and disappear in the left side of computer the monitor."  

 I uploaded a photo with only subject and no background Horrible rende. . . and then put my prompt : "rooftop apartment, NY city, in the style of misty atmospheric and moody lighting, carl zeiss distagon t* 15mm f/2.8 ze, light gray and dark amber, soft edges and atmospheric effects, dark gray and silver" - just an example - and I get a really bad looking backdrop - see attach . . . what am I missing here? I don;t have issues in Photoshop when I do this . . . 

Hello,I understook the Premium Credits system and I have 4.000 Premium Credits each month (first time I'm using it) but I can't find how much each generation will cost me ... For example, I want to train myself with Firefly Image 4 Ultra and when I place my mouse over the "Generate" button, I was expecting to see some information like "it will use 4 Premiums credits" or something like that ... but I don't see anything ... and I'm a little bit afraid of using 100 credits for a stupid try. Can you help me please ? Or suggest to add this information ? Thanks

AI image generating is not workoing properly it's not giving what we asking it was working wander before but now it's not some chnages happened in internal i guess please check and solve this problem as soon as possible

Dies war am Anfang nicht so, da gab es dann zwei weibliche und zwei männliche Darstellungen, was ich sehr hilfreich fand.  Fiel es noch jemandem auf? Woran liegt es? Is this a feature they've removed, or am I possibly on the wrong version? I've been using Firefly intermittantly and in the past have always shared theimages I wanted to keep with my libray. It makes it easy to catalog and use the images directly in Photoshop/Illustrator with minimal loss.  I came back to Firefly the other day, and the option to share to my library is missing. Istead, it seems I can open it directly in a web browser to edit or download it to my computer. I'm not interested in either of these options. I would much prefer to have it sent to my library.  I'm using Firefly 4, because I couldn't care less about generative fill. I edit the images more easily in Photoshop then tryingt o get the AI to interpet my prompts correctly.

Hello,I am a professional photographer, and I’ve been using Firefly mainly to enhance my studio photos. Unfortunately, the current Firefly models (especially in Generative Fill) produce extremely unrealistic, distorted, and cartoonish results, which are unusable for real photography. I want to share an example. This is what I was able to create a while ago ducklings and mouses, and other things too with no errors and problems:This is what it gives me now:Duck and a lemon tree. Seriously?  I tried so many different prompts - very detailed, very simple, different variations........ and nothing helps. All is generated in a very ugly way. Considering the fact that I am doing it in the same way as before - I have just one quest: What is happening? Most of my credits are wasted because I need to regenerate dozens of times just to get one acceptable element. I am asking it to do shodo (calligraphy) with the kanji 刈 and it just does a bunch of random japanese looking things even with the correct kanji as a refence and shodo as the style image.

Ao assistir o vídeo de demonstração, notei que não existiam legendas ou ferramentas para configurações do vídeo/áudio. Não descarto a ideia de ser a resolução do meu computador ou algum outro problema técnico, mas ao mesmo tempo, sinto que não existe a mesma consideração de cuidado com outros dispositivos que não produtos da apple.
