Creating the visual takes a very long time.

I added a 16:9 image in 4K resolution and gave specific prompt to generate video using Veo 3.1 in Firefly only to produce an error. Still used 400 credits with no result.

Hey everyone. I’m on a CC Pro plan with 4,000 Firefly credits per month. Adobe’s running a promotion with “unlimited generations on select models”. I’m grateful for the promotion, but I’m still having credits deducted from my balance when using those models covered by the promo. How do I fix that?  

Hi, I think Adobe should count credits per downloads, and not for image generation, once many of them don't present a satisfatory result to what we are looking for, and also many of them are still weird, and in this system, we are paying for this. I don't really think it's right.

it says it can’t load 

I have been trying to generate videos using Kling 3.0. I currently have a premium plan, but ironically I cannot use it because the system does not even consume credits.In just one day of use, these have been the most recurrent issues:Images cannot be uploaded. Files cannot be downloaded to my computer. This is not a device issue—I am using a Mac and I am an experienced user. Paid video assets cannot be uploaded into Kling 3.0. Video generation fails because the system flags content as “violating user guidelines,” even though I am only using prompts with fully clothed adult characters and neutral scenarios.Frankly, I did not expect this level of malfunction from a paid service.I would appreciate a clear explanation and a prompt resolution.

Veo broken in Adobe. Hopeless.

can’t use "harmonize" in photoshop. photoshop says I'm out of credits. but i see i have lot of credits [personal information removed by moderator]

Nothing happens when I write a prompt and upload a photo. 

The created video is not related to my image, it is not the first time. 

I used a text prompt to describe the 8 second video I am attempting to create. In the video a hot dog is supposed to morph into a bacon cheeseburger.  Instead of a “morph,” a crude ripple wipe (see attached screenshots) from one replaces the entire image with the other. I added clarifying language and created a second version which turned out exactly the same as the first (and cost another 400 credits).  I then attemted to edit the second video with a detailed descritpion of the changes I wanted. The resulting “edited” version was identical to the first two with the exception that the last second was missing. This completely unresponsive “edit” cost an additionsl 250 credits. 

Keep getting error messages and it is using up my credits.  

Images that I can generate normally on the official GPT website cannot be generated here, and it prompts that the generated content cannot be displayed.Why do you add extra censorship rules on your own?

I am new to firefly. I purchased 2500 credits and generated 38 images. Each time before I clicked “generate” the site showed I would use 1 credit each generation. But somehow I used 1520 credits. So I am being charged 40 credits each, yet it said it would be 1. why?

It has been stuck thinking for 10 minutes and will not complete anything. Firefly is just thinking and not producing any image and there is no way to get it to stop. there is no button or prompt to get it to stop thinking and quit.

Hi everyone,2 days ago, i could still use an image generated in the desktop ( the working space ) as a reference for style or composition, just by clicking 2 seconds on it. A shortcuts column was popping and i could choose these options, and others several options But Yesterday night i realized that this column was no more proposing these 2 options.Now you gotta choose in the historic the image you wanna use as a reference.It was easy and quicker before. Does anyone has observed the same thing?I Hope it's quite clear!Thanks.Julien.

You CAN'T create videos with Kling in Adobe!I’m trying to generate a short video (5 seconds) of a group of warriors around a central fire inside a stone hall. The scene includes subtle movement (for example: small steps, slight body motion, or simple reactions), but the system either fails or simplifies the result too much.I’ve already simplified the prompts, reduced movement, and avoided complex actions, but it still struggles when multiple characters share the same space.My question is:What are the current limitations when generating multi-character scenes with interaction, and how can I improve stability and control in these cases?Are there specific prompt structures or constraints that work better for this type of scene?Any practical insight from users who have achieved stable multi-character results would be appreciated.

Why is it when Firefly messes up and doesn’t provide an AI video it still takes my credits? 

There is ghosting on all my renders of the characters. When I try to remove them, it doesn’t work. The areas are circled.

Most of the options I try to select to generate or create can't be chosen. I can’t generate or work on almost anything. The platform does not let me generate, upload image when deciding to add content from the tool box on the left or upload an image on the dialog box from below. It does not let me proceed with any generation model I decide, tool box from the right does not display options when clicked on. And it's been like this for about 3 months. I don't know if it's a bug, or if It's something on my side. I need help, I have found myself in the need for an external paid option to solve my daily design process, and it represents an uncomfortable $$$ expense because of this problem.Here i show an example of the situation, after writting an imput and willing to select a model, the option cant be chosen. I don't know if I'm missing something to complete before selecting what I want, but it's not working.

Today I had a few prompts that did nothing more than animate the first frame, there was nothing in the generation that was in the prompt. How do I get reimbursed for promptless prompts?
