My account email: removed by mod... Plan: Firefly Generative AI (Premium features) According to my plan, the monthly allocation should be 11,000 Firefly credits. However, after the renewal on March 8, my account shows a total of 11,000 credits but the available credits remaining are only 6,840. This indicates that I effectively received about 7,000 credits instead of the expected 11,000. I have attached a screenshot from my account dashboard showing: "7000 / 11000 credits left". yestrday Could you please check my account activity and confirm why the full 11,000 credits were not available after renewal? my generation is stuck for half an hour and it doesnt cancel. please refund my credits aswell please

I receive a notification saying I no longer have access to the free Firefly plan due to misuse. Is there any way to fix this?

After giving reference uploads and also suitable prompts the generation is not happening.

Added title at bottom with out me asking and has noting to do with this photo . I told it to only add the Name of the person and nothing else  

I have been generating a video 3 times and it is not working it is taking the credit however it is not creating the video. i have done it on 2 different browsers

I see ad for unlimited generations until March 16th but I am still being charged for images and video. I am using the firefly model for video. 

I selected generate an image from text. So I submitted the following text and got error messages. Was I charged for this? If so, I want my credits back (refunded). Dr. B

I asked it as an edit, to add in sound effects. I charge me but didn’t add the effects.

How many credits did I use and the video wasn't created?

TERRIBLE - you just took ~1500credits and gave me nothing at all useful. No way to report? The last one for 950 credits shrunk a 20s movie to only 5 seconds. and added a watermark on the movie that garbled the message I asked for. ZERO VALUE

Is the integration of Firefly with InCopy and InDesign planned for the textual part? For example: given a news agency text, create an alternative text; or, given multiple texts, create a single summary text. Also, given a text, create an alternative version of the same text. More generally, integrate a generative LLM?  Best Regards

I add my prompt in "text to vector" using the, “Firefly Image 3” model, I then click “generate” and I get a notification that says, “Something went wrong” and it doesn’t generate anything.

Mac Mini, Ventura 13.4, Chrome Version 144.0.xxx. I've only very recently tried Firefly. It seems to generate fairly well. But the images I generate and download are rough, pixelated junk. Now I've read that the generated images ARE rough highly pixelated for speed issues. OK. But I'm supposed to be able to "upgrade" a generated image somehow into a much higher resolution and JPEG quality. Except, every tutorial I've seen has tool bars, windows with working tools, etc. My page has nothing. A text box, a Generate button, and a single image. Oh, and maybe a scroll of thumbnails of previous "generations" of the images from the current session. Does anyone have any advice as. to what I might be doing wrong? Or what Firefly is doing that I could fix? Oh, and, I open Firefly from my homepage in Creative Cloud Member page, Plan CC design Pro, or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I changed the aspect ratio and asked it to create a video with a reference image that would show the top of the subject and the item moving up. Instead it just cropped the image to fit the new aspect ration

I started a Firefly Standard account on Dec 4th 2025, then to increase the amount of Gen credits I added a Pro account on Dec 22nd.When I check my remaining credits (which is a pain in itself because it always says “unable to load selection” and I have to go to my avatar etc repeatedly going in circles until I finally get the balance of my credits) anyway I've got two accounts but only see one reset date which is the 10th of each month -one of them did reset yesterday the 10th of Feb and it now says the next one is the 19th, presumably the Pro account. I read the date should be on the date you started the account, so anyone tell me why mine isn't and also is there anyway to see info separately for each Firefly account ?Thanks in advance fellow pixel peepers.

Comme la photo l’indique, firefly ne génère aucune image depuis quelques jours. Il charge il charge il charge mais rien n’apparait.
