Today I had a few prompts that did nothing more than animate the first frame, there was nothing in the generation that was in the prompt. How do I get reimbursed for promptless prompts?

**Summary**The thumbnail strip of past images is missing in the Firefly Edit page when using Google Chrome, but displays correctly in Microsoft Edge. The issue is consistent and reproducible.**Missing UI elements in Chrome:**- Thumbnail strip of past images at the bottom of the Edit page- On the Generate page, only 2 cached thumbnails appear vs a full history in Edge (likely a browser cache difference)**Steps to reproduce:**1. Open firefly.adobe.com in Google Chrome2. Navigate to the Edit image page3. Observe there is no thumbnail strip at the bottom of the page4. Compare the same page in Microsoft Edge — a full thumbnail strip of past images is present**What I've already ruled out:**- Not an extensions issue (tested in Chrome Incognito — same result)- Not an account/login issue (My Stuff page looks identical in both browsers)- Not a failed network request issue (checked Chrome DevTools Network tab filtered to firefly.adobe.com — no red/failed requests, 527 requests loaded successfully

Hello I have been waiting for my credits to be set on April 22nd but that did not occur, now it's saying that it will be reset in May, which means I'll go in entire month without generation credits. I know they were about two other people who reported this but what could be done in this case since a month of the service has already been paid for, I have Adobe creative cloud Pro. Thank you.

I’ve been a user for the past week and I joined because of your promotion for unlimited AI video generations until April 22nd.  It’s currently April 21st and not only in the generator not making any more video for my work, it’s also saying i’ve run out of crediits, which makes no sense because i joined during the promotional period and shouldn’t have used any credits by this point.

THERE WAS A PAYMENT GLITCH IN MY ACCOUNT AND ONCE PAYMENT WAS DONE, I CAN’T SEEM TO GENERATE ANY NEITHER IMAGES NOR VIDEOS. IT KEEPS REQUESTING ME TO BUY CREDITS. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE RM 95.98/MONTH PLAN. PLEASE ADVICE 

They know what I'm talking about. And I don't need this, I can take my money and my business elsewhere. Didn't matter what I typed, I was rejected saying it was prohibited and I'm getting really fed up with all of this censorship. When all of the sudden did these companies generate some kind of morals?

when I take a new photo and remove something it will not download it or copy and is stuck on one photo from the past instead of the photos I'm working on

I am creating a short AI video and starting with an image. Firely says “Can't load. We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again.”The prompt I am using starts “A young woman in her early 20s sits at a cluttered desk, semi-realistic illustration style. She twirls her hair with her fingers and looks up, lost in thoughts. The desk is filled with a blank notebook, a warm practical lamp, and sticky notes with unfinished ideas. The background has a lo-fi aesthetic with soft bokeh...”Any ideas what guidelines this doesn’t meet?Thank you 

Adobe firefly can create graphics and has a photoshop open button, however none of the layers (graphics, texts, colors, etc.) are editable. I was really hoping it would be, both for the web version and desktop version of Photoshop. Or at least have magical layers tool like Canva does (that thing works pretty well). 

why does it keep adding people when I tell it too and why does it change the room when I tell it to keep the same room? 

When in Edit tab in Adobe Firefly and after generating the changes, the download button is disabled. 

I need to recolor a technical image depicting electrical cabinets and storage systems. Normally (until now), I've worked with Photoshop selections (also thanks to Lab Method ) and layers. I'd like to go faster by using the AI ​​models available in Adobe Firefly. Today I gave it a try, but the result wasn't what I expected: Gemini produced a well-colored image in some very complex areas (grills and container doors, which required some areas to be colored differently), while it blurred other areas.I uploaded two images: the image to be edited (the image that needs to be recolored) and the image with the reference colors. I put in a prompt. What I get is NOTHING like what I described, I choose Sora 2 for this. Put in the prompts with more details, gets even more further away from what I asked, do it one more time and even further away! Now I have no credits

FireFly is prompting stuff I never wanted, I merely wanted the clouds to move and the people to be talking, it then changed the whole scene, moving stuff it wasnt suppose to move and it takes credits too.

I just need it to mock up products on images and it takes many steps to get even close. and some times it changes the color tone of the photo or degrades other parts of the photo for no reason

Generating speech. Switched to try the Partner Models, ElevenLabs. Followed the steps, set up my voice, and when I hit Generate, I get the message shown here. The tool is working fine with the Firefly native voices. This only happens with the Partner Models.  

Asked it not to change the face, only restore th old picture. It created a totally different person,
