Hi everyone, Although I have a paid subscription and credits available in my account, when I try to create a video from an image using AI with the RAY 3.14 model, I receive an error message saying that I don't have enough credits.

In all the video generators, after I press create, the models, all of them delete my reference image/video and create what I want, however after the models delete my reference image, they replace subjects with a black person. Why is this happening?

Despite having credits, I get this error code the moment I click the create button in almost all AI generation tools: *A problem occurred.Please try again later.*

Firefly text-to-video (Sora 2) 12s videos: I keep getting “something went wrong, try later” errors. Credits are deducted even when no video is generated. Is this expected, or can credits be refunded? I’ve successfully generated 12s videos before.

I have been generating videos using Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast for the past week, and there have been multiple times where I’ve encountered the “Something Went Wrong” screen, and so many of my credits have ended up being consumed despite no generation of the video. This credit deduction system really needs a fix, you guys should deduct it only AFTER a generated video has played. Not cool at all, feels like being robbed.

When I first signed up was working well. Can not view images I generated, When I take a image and try to create a video worked fine the first day now it will work every once in awhile

I put in a graphical treatment for a website, and I said show me a different treatment. I was using Nano Banana Pro and it gave me exactly what I put in without any changes, and charged me 40 credits. I don’t mind that it didn’t do anything, but do mind it charged me 40 credits for nothing. Could you return the credits please?

  I just paid the subscription last week.  I’ve used it a total of maybe 10 times and i’m only using it to clean up photos that are meant for my business.  The last 2 that I have tried to do today have been really bad. The first one the AI flipped the photo on its side which I just fixed it in a different app. The last one I told the AI that I didn’t want the image and to go back to the original, but it didn't.  It just came up with another photo that looked almost identical to the first one.  I haven’t changed anything the way i’m doing it so not sure what's going on.  I’ve attached screenshots for the most recent issue..I hope this helps. I up loaded 2 still images for video animation. It charged me 300 credits. The images were of stairs and a landing in a property. The generated video took me up the stairs on a flight angle that didnt exist so its totally usless. i went to edit this and it wants another 250 credits and i can seem to contest this previous usless footage. Have i any leverage here or is it just my tough luck? seems grossly unacceptable if that is the case

When I try to generate something using Gemini 3 I get an error message (Something went wrong), but the credits are used up anyway. It makes the feature practically unusable (and quite unfair for the user)

Give option to to generate as soon as I upload an image. I was trying to create an avatar with my uploaded image as soon as I uploaded but it didnt help.

Whenever I try to generate a video using Sora 2 the past few days it loads for 10 minutes before saying something went wrong and to try again. 

not sure if it's a bug, but i'm on the seventh straight generation using different variations of the same prompt asking nothing new to be added to the video and it keeps adding something that isn't there. i'm wasting credits on a simple request and it keeps ignoring my prompts. i understand you might not be able to prevent generation from going awry, but if i specifically use prompts to prevent something and it does it anyway, why should I lose credits? a few times sure, but seven or eight straight? 

 I paid for Premium but when I click the healing tool premium features comes up, I select “continue” & it tells me to upgrade. I’ve also restored the purchases (none to be found?) & login is same as one I used to purchase premium.

hi i just buy firefly pro but i only want to use via api - but is still not showing on my dev account - it still shows unavailable -- pls i want help with that now

I am constantly being told I am out of storage, however I have nothing in my files, nothing in my history, everything is cleared. I also generated a few image to video where I lost credits, videos show as generated but I cannot see them but credits are gone.

En el módulo de Generar de Adobe Firefly, la cantidad de caracteres dispuestos para la redacción del prompt es muy limitada. A veces se necesita más caracteres para redactar mejor el prompt.

Oi , eu achei á proposta do plano de vocês interessante, mais o gerador de video parou de gerar videos , isso é frustante e como eu confiarei em pagar um plano com vocês se o erro já está me aborrecendo ?

I am creating an animated video that contains an analog clock.  But the clocks keep getting created with 4 hands, not 3.  When I use AI to edit the clock requesting the extra hour hand to be removed, the video gets re-created, I get charged the animation points but the clock remains the same!
