Adobe Firefly use my points but generate something different, not using preference photo, many photos

Created an 800 Credit 10 second  Video with Ray 3.14. Unable to view or downlaod the video.

Can you put a favourite star after each image is generated and an add to.. option. It will save so much time and confusion looking for images in generation history

 Estou tentando criar imagem, ele dá erro e não cria a imagem e ainda por cima desconta dos meus crédito.

Credit will be deducted even though there was an error during video creation. Please fix the problem

Doesn’t matter how much I strip down the prompt, I always end up getting the same error which is incredibly annoying after it worked for a short time and your announcement that things are fixed… It isn’t... 

No me funciona la IA de Adobe. No me genera imágenes ni vídeos y me dice que ha ocurrido un error. Llevo más de 5 días con este error y no puedo usarla.

On many image creation libraries like Google and Adobe, no matter the prompt it produces the same image over and over again with no changes but it charges credits for it. It’s absolutely terrible.For instance I make an image of a house then I go to change some stuff on it and prompt it but it doesn’t listen to the prompt at all it give me the same same image and I lose credits wasted time and energy and credits. At least there should be a fail switch and returning credits because this is not acceptable by any means.

 THE IMAGE AI GENERATOR KEEPS STUCK ON ONE COMMAND EVEN AFTER CLOSING THE PAGE OR RELOADING THE PAGE IN ADOBE FIREFLY4, it stuck on one command while i gave the  reference image also and it just got stuck on it untill i changed the command  

Previously we were all experiencing “Failed” processes and faced no refunds on Veo / Veo fast video generations. Now it is not failing but I have been waiting for 2 hours now for a veo fast 1080 6 second video, it neither fails nor generates and never refunds. GG

I gave it simple instructions, after it had generated a crappy attempt. The edit instructions were:“have the character say "it's not my problem" twice, with a 3 second pause between each time” but it ignored that. My credits were deducted anyway. This happens a lot and it’s clear the only thing Adobe are interested in is ripping people off

How do I use my new custom model that I created? When I go to generate a new image there is no mention of custom models in the pull down menu

un bug arrive lorsque l'on affiche la console pour la premier fois ( lorsque l’on ouvre firefly )  , l'onglet "personnel" est remplacé par l'onglet "actions rapides ". il suffit de cliquer sur l’un des onglets pour que l’onglet “actions rapides” réapparaisse et que l’onglet “personnel” affiche l’historique des générations 

It says I'm out of credits in Firefly, while I am not!

J'ai mis 2 images 16.9 avec le modèle Firefly video et Veo 31.1 fast, le rendu est visible mais après le téléchargement sur sortie MP4, l'écran reste noir. Quel modèle faut-il utiliser pour voir le rendu final sur MP4 ?

AdobeFirefly is not able to generate images or videos, continuously getting "Can't Load' message.

Ich finde, Adobe sollte mal ihre Preispolitik überdenken. Bezahlte Creditspakete die sofort verschwinden sobald man das Abo kündet ohne einen Monat zu warten und dann andauernd: “aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage ist das Model an der maximalen Kapazität”…. Das kenn ich bei anderen Anbietern nicht und so kann man nicht arbeiten! Ich finde die Preise allmählich aber sicher viel zu hoch. 

The system is giving an error. It's not generating the video.

Image was a b&w of a tribal Indian lady with a baby. They are dark and sitting on a bed.Prompt 1 was “There's a water mark down the front of the baby. Please remove it.” Result was: a coloured  photo of a white babyPrompt 2 was “There's a water mark down the front of the baby. Please remove the water mark. Keep the same people in the image, and keep it black and white.” Result was: a sleeping b&w black baby

The last 10 generations on Adobe firefly did not produce the desire results and it seems to have some type of error. I would like to be compensated.It doesn't adhere to my prompts and it puts things that unrelated into the generations and it seems to glitch. 

EVERY parrot I generate, has a missing toe. My prompt is direct to provide me a parrot that has 4 toes for each foot. Two in the front and two in the back. I always get 3 toes each and it refuses each time I request to fix the feet.  I signed up for a year of Firefly because we are designing a website that is called “ParrotsforSale”,  So, I will need around a 100 parrots.  So I can’t be using “workaround” or “editing” them all manually to get the proper amount of toes.   I also asked it to fix the area over the wing and give more fluff instead of the smooth wing areas, and about 6 image generated images, came back the same exact way.  It’s just wasting credits, for not changes.  At the very least, please fix the toes because that is just unacceptable.  I am using your best version too, Firefly 5.  Thanks for your time!
