I've found a way to ask for flat icons in Firefly text to vector. However, the vectors it creates are very messy and seems like it would just be easier to find stock vectors. I would love it if I could ask it to create a flat vector using my brand's colors. THAT would save me time! But check out the vectors it makes. SO messy, it would take me way too much time to clean all the vectors up, to get a clean illustration. 

I have tried many prompts and it is very difficult to get a clean shaven man. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to change a headshot background and it changes the subjects ethnicity. Using online version of Firefly.

so there will be a new update which is creative cloud pro. I wanted to know if the usage on non adobe ai models when generating in firefly is applicable for Teams account or is it availble only for enterprise account.

Hi I had 2000 credit points from which I have created 19 videos and left with 100 credit points but today it shows I have 0 credits. could you please check if anything I am missing or did the 100 credits got used without my knowledge? Thank you,Srikanth

I removed the background in PS beta, via the cloud, great result. Import in Firefly, person 4 from the left part of the face is missing, and the person in the red dress is missing shoes. After I subtract I get back the correct picture after brushing. However in Firefly after  create the background , see the prompt, , the missing areas are still absent. How to remedy

Hello, I am a member of creative cloud, but although my firefly credit is visible in my account, the firefly application does not open on the PC and remains blank. I can open it from my phone account, but it definitely does not open on the PC. Can you help me with how to use it?

It's incredibly disappointing when technology, especially something with as much promise as AI, falls short of delivering on a clear, specific vision. Adobe has been on the market, and yet, for my precise request, it's not performing as expected.   What's the purpose Firefly if you are not delivering?  

This bears some discussion on the future of Firefly, where it spectacularly fails on following a prompt while the other rendering models excel, like GPT Image and Imagen. Specifically, the platform frequently freezes and displays the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." This happens often, disrupting my workflow.Additionally, when generating cartoon-style images of children, the results are frequently unusable. For example, the generated images often depict children with missing ears (e.g., only one ear) or incorrect hand anatomy (e.g., hands with only three or four fingers). These errors make the images unsuitable for my projects. Hi thereSo I was using Firefly in an attempt to generate a website hero image. I used the following prompt:I need an image that depicts finding clarity within chaos, clear within fog. I want the image to be technology and computer-ish in style. Core colours should be #1F2937 for the background, white and #00CCA3 for accents. This is for a hero image on a website. It should be 16:9 aspect ratio and 1820 x 1024 sizeFirefly encountered an issue and returned the 'Something went wrong' alert. So I tried the same prompt again, same alert presented. And again.I work in design so this is not an issue, especially working with Generative AI. The issue I have is that my credit balance reflects the use of 3 credits for the above but with no output. For me this is wrong. How can I be charged credit use when the product fails to produce? I have been playiong around with various image generating models. As much as I love Adobe for software like Ps, Id, Ai, etc, the quality of images, rven with very simple prompts. Firefly delivers is far too low for me to consider investing in a subscription. Adobe is being far to premature with this. Forefly is nowhere near ready to charge anything.

A question about Firefly Custom Models: That sounds very good, but is it already available or not yet, or is it still in the BETA phase? That's not quite clear to me. You can only access it with a Firefly Enterprise subscription, right? Same question about the style kits.
