I keep getting the the message of “Something went wrong Please try again later.” Please help.

The UI stated my "Pro Trial" had expired and presented an "Upgrade Now" button.Upon clicking the official Adobe "Upgrade Now" button and selecting a plan, I was redirected to a PayPal checkout screen. After completing the payment, I discovered the funds were not sent to Adobe, but were instead diverted to an unrelated third-party service called "LanguageTool." Steps to Reproduce: Log in to Firefly with a standard Creative Cloud subscription. Attempt to upload a second reference image (Structure + Style). Click the "Upgrade" prompt when the "Trial Expired" message appears. Follow the payment flow to PayPal. Observe that the merchant recipient is incorrectly listed as "LanguageTool" instead of "Adobe." Hi everyone,I’m very curious about what AI technology can do in terms of FX effect for movies or else, how far can you push it etc...I’m trying to use Firefly but since most of its fonctionalities aren’t free I need ton understand some things before.I see that Firefly can generate image and video from nothing with a promptBut can it modify an existing video (colors, camera movements, adding elements etc… ) ?Exemples : 1) I shoot a video of an actor, its a scene where his role is casting and launching a fireball, can I upload the scene and ask firefly to add a fireball in his hand and make him throw it ? 2) Another scene with two actors, shoot by day in a forest, can I ask Firefly to make it like it was nightime, change colors and add some trees in the background ?If it’s possible, is there a tutorial on how to do that ? And does it requires a specific subscription ?If not, is there any other AI that can do this kind of stuff ? Thanks you all

There is nothing more to share. I input text which is spelled correctly and the text on the image is spelled incorrectly--ALL THE TIME.

I uploaded a picture of my puppy. I asked for wings of a butterfly to be put on her. It gave me wings burt not what I wanted, but that was my fault.So I asked for wings that will match her fur and not be widespread. The app fixed the wings but changed her face. I asked the app to try again and NOT change her face. It changed it more and deformed her shape somewhat. This was my first attempt at learning Firefly, but I don’t want to waste credits if it won’t do what I ask it to do. Source image vs 2nd image vs 3rd FF image Source ImageHer face is changed enough that she doesn’t look like my dog. What is wrong with her eyes?What is wrong with her face and why is her hind leg wrinkled? It looks like FF turned her into another breed or applied dwarfism on her.

I keep getting an error that I'm out of credits, when it's supposed to be an unlimited weekend. 

I cannot add good prompts its cut off and its limited and that is so badthe prompt its limited to tiny prompts and cannot create very high end prompt to generate better image with details 

You need to make it easy to delete previous videos saved in history so mistakes don't carry over to new videos

i’m writing because your advertisement features unlimited usage until march 16th, yet their are limits on the credit usage. I even purchased a subscription and it doesn’t allow for much usage. I may not continue with the subsription

 I've gotten an image that I like, but I can't get the app to reproportion the elements. There is a live of figures iin th elowr part of the scene and I want them to be made shorter, and the lettering in the upper part made bigger. I have tried explaining this in percentages, in visual description and even reran the original prompt (which gave a completely new and unacceptable image) but it keeps returning the original image, unaltered.

I signed up for your monthly premium after I ran out of credits. So you mean to tell me I get the same amount of credits. If I do your premium or not, because the only way that I would not be able to generate after purchasing premium, is if premium and free have the same amount of credits. I would like to be able to generate after you took my money, please. And now saying I can't buy additional??

This is simply the worst solution I could have come up with for implementing canvas generation. I spent a couple of days trying to use FireFly.1) The history doesn't work; it shows random, previously generated images; sometimes it doesn't show anything at all.2) It's unclear when generation stops and a new one starts if I select a new model in the prompt.3) The method for transferring references to the prompt is completely insane. Who even came up with the idea of ​​using an eyedropper on the canvas? It's so inconvenient; why didn't they just drag and drop from the canvas?But most importantly, why even bother inventing such a stupid, inconvenient system? It's much simpler, more understandable, and more productive to implement a node system on the canvas. Especially since there are already many similar solutions! You should be ashamed that a multi-billion dollar company with a monopoly on the content creation tools market can't make a working tool!!!
