I used 3 images to get a rendering of an 8 second video with no audio. I've tried mutliple accounts and many times of over an hour processing time and didn't get a single render. It used to render within minutes. Planned on allowing it to try overnight. Please help
I just noticed that I am using credits to make changes to an image. However AI hasn't changed the image as suggested. I keep seeing the same image. Thats is hardly fair to charge me credit for no changes. How many credits do I get? As a premium user, do I have a limited amount?

Is it common for Firefly to crash. No generated content and use credits. Why does Adobe not want to accept a product issue. No wonder customers stop their subscriptions when they are paying to use Firefly. Adobe treat customers so bad. Surely a technical fault should not be a customer's fault or disadvantage a customer, especially when they have a subscription? I was told by an online Webchat agent that the corrupt file would be on "my stuff" well it's not. Only the generated content is there. He said Adobe can track all generated content. So why can't they see the content that crashed? There is a significant issue with firefly and it crashing and using up customers credit. Publicity will have more negative effects on Adobe than reimbursement of credits.
I Wrote my prompt and asked for specific scenario. For no reason at all, the generated video had the camera moving, added a text on the screen, which I didn't ask, so I have used credits for unusable footage. Thx a lot

I am reporting two significant issues with Adobe Firefly Video generation:Issue 1: Video generation stuck on "Generating video" screen The progress screen stays visible indefinitely and never automatically loads the final result. I have to manually refresh the page or click on my profile avatar to trigger the interface to display the completed video. This was not the case before; it used to load automatically.Issue 2: Overly Restrictive Content Moderation The content moderation system is frequently triggering "false positives" on safe, professional prompts and images. Many prompts that work perfectly fine on other mainstream AI video platforms are being blocked here. This significantly disrupts my creative workflow.I hope these issues can be addressed in future updates.
Every time I attempt to use the ai tools that produce 4K video, I get an error message that "Something Went Wrong. Please try again later". I am trying to create a short b-roll clip to match 4K video, so I need this resolution.
Can't loadWe can't display the generated video.You can edit and try again. I get this message constantly, none of the engines is working, multiple uploads tested, nothing works. Rather disappointing.
I lost alot of credits. The generate button didnt work at first then it took all the clicks and generate multiple videos. I lost credits.

I'm more appalled than delighted at the performance of some of your AI engines. I use less than half of what I pay for. I took the Udemy class on Firefly. I don't have the money to waste on results that look like someone's acid trip.
What I thought would be a couple of minute experience turned into hours what I thought would be fun turned into pain and misery I thought it would be easy to work with this I can't even see a clear way to delete a project it's no way to delete it's no way to re access a new creation once you're into one I really don't like this app it's not good I thought it was I probably never use it again
Hello, I logged on and opted to try the 3 complimentary generations offered. I got one just fine. Then, when I clicked the generate button for the second generation I received a message that said all 3 of my complimentary generations had been used and that's simply not true. Can you help with this?
Every time I try to use any model that isn't an Adobe model I get this "something went wrong" image. As you can see in the example I just typed "dog" and it gives me this, it's like this for every prompt. Please offer advice.
