When we create a video from text, does it add audio to it depending on the prompt?

Can I have a single generation of credits back it didn't work. I understand if not because I feel like every generation I do is probably -2 trees in the world.

Hi there, I hope you're doing well.I have a concern I’m hoping you can help with. I recently upgraded my Firefly plan and paid an extra $30 on top of my regular Creative Cloud subscription. Despite that, I was only able to create 6 videos before I ran out of credits.Between the $30 upgrade and my existing Creative Cloud plan—which gives me 11,025 credits—I really expected to have much more flexibility and access. I upgraded specifically to increase my creative output, so it’s been pretty frustrating to hit a limit so quickly.I’m not trying to complain, but I do feel like I didn’t get the value I paid for. I’d really appreciate it if you could review this and possibly help me out with some additional credits. I genuinely enjoy using Firefly and want to keep creating without running into these barriers.Thanks so much for your time and understanding.

creo que el equipo de adobe tiene mucho que trabajar aun. firefly no llega ni a los tobillos de otras aplicaciones para crear imagenes como midjourney o dalle 

Downloaded a video - it had several frames of additional unrendered type frames, which made the video unuseable.  Wasted my credits.   

Hello, I'm a pro photographer and would like to use Firefly to create commercial images starting from a product that I shot in studio with white background (a sofa, a bottle of wine). The AI image should have the product unchanged so that the client can use the image to show the exact product (shape, color, texture) with an AI generated context. To make an example I'd like to upload a sofa on white background, write what kind of room, light, ... I want and Firerfly generates an AI image conteining my sofa in a new stunning room, so that everything looks real and coerent. Is it possible? Can some one tell me if there is a video tutorial about or something else to understand the process, how it works? Thanks a lot, Lorenzo.

How do I upload a image and then type say create a basket of flowers using these colors.I have added the image I want to use colors from but can't figure out how to do this. Is it possible?

I have 978 generative credits; however, firely still asking me to buy the credits. Can you please resolve the issue.

Hi, i fully support and understand the reason for having strickt guidlines about nuditiy and vulgarity in Firefly,BUT as someone who works primarily in imagary for the culinary industry, not being able to prompt "chicken breast" is a bit annoying. Heres hoping you can tweak the engine a little bit so it understands context better 🙂 Thanks!

When I am generating the video by AI extention to 2sec, your AI generate a message that I don't respect the policies. But I have the copyright of the video, The video is not NSFW. So please stop with your algorithm becaus eI am 100% right. You have nothing to say that I cannot generate this video. Absolutely nothing. I can't create any images. It either flags it or says image produced an error. This is becoming a common issue, especially the prompts that get flagged for no reason. It's really making it hard for me to do my job.

Is there anyway to prevent zoom out generative videos (from still images) from creating motion in the video. The motion is wrong 60%-70% of the time. I do landscape photograaphy and I end up with clouds in the mirrored water in total motion, while the clouds in the skies have no motion at all. Usually, the motion with ocean tides is not very natural. I'd prefer the image to just zoom out, without adding motion. Does anyone know if there is an option for this? Thanks!

Why can't I just buy credits? It keeps directing me to subscribe or upgrade and I already have a subscription. Before I was able to purchase additional credits. Please help. 

this is for ai credits using firefly.  then when i try to buy more credits, it only allows me to buy a new subscription (which i already have). my credits are supposed to renew in the 16th, now it says the 23rd. why?

I’ve been trying to generate a video using Adobe Firefly where a product does a 360° rotation and smoothly transforms into another product without the background moving. I’ve written super clear prompts , but no matter what I do, the result is off — the background shifts, the product warps, or the transition isn’t clean. Has anyone managed to create something like this successfully?Is it a limitation of the tool, or is there something I’m missing in the way I structure the prompt?
