Questions

I have been trying repeatedly to generate a video using a photo I took and continue to get errors. The last one said it violates guidelines. There is no nudity.this is the generated prompt: A muscular man slowly climbs a fallen tree, his strong, defined muscles flexing with each movement. The camera rises as he reaches the top, where he pauses to flex his biceps and back, his face hidden from view. The background features a natural forest setting with a dilapidated, old building with leaves and plants gently swaying in the gentle breeze. The camera maintains a steady, upward movement, focusing on the man's upper body and the surrounding environment. The overall visual style is naturalistic, capturing the raw power and the serene, organic setting.

and like over half of my renders were total crap.  can i get a partial refund or replacement credits?  or a full refund honestly.

Its giving me error, something went wrong but i just noticed even though its giving error but charging my credits for each attempt. need my balance back and fix the issue.

The number of credits I can use in AI vehicles isn't displayed, so I'm constantly wasting my credits by using too many. My browser is giving an error regarding my credits; I don't think the problem is on my end. Please take the necessary action.

durante l’elaborazione del prompt si chiude molto spesso quando elabora l’immagine richiesta

I use to be able to generate speech and save to the wav file to the directory I am working from, changing the file name to the project naming convention we use. Now it is saving to the major windows download directory with the first 3 words as the file. Could you fix this back to the way it was?

Gemini nano banana pro should not be behind a pay wall when it is free with other generators and or free when I have a google account.

I have only just started reading this forum’s posts in depth, and I am a bit confused.  Do we look at questions as relating only to Firefly in terms of the Web app, or also the Firefly and partner models used via Photoshop?  It’s just that every suggestion I have seem so far is already doable using the appropriate prompt from inside Photoshop.  Does this forum relate strictly to the Firefly models, or also to the partner models available in Photoshop?

comprei creditos, coloquei o prompt 2 vezes deu erro, não criou meu video, mas consumiu meus creditos

I have already paid for the standard Adobe firefly, which gives me 2000 credit, which I haven’t used yet and it keeps on blocking when I wish to generate images

this was poor service.  im sorry but it says unlimited when i got this.  it should have no limits.

Previously, when generating visuals, it could do everything I told it to do in one go. Now, even if I try 9-10 times, the results are terrible. I'm starting to regret upgrading my credit program...

Wo is die Inpaint Funktion / generatives füllen in der Firefly app hin?

Firefly is asking me to purchase more credits but I have plenty. It will not generate any content or edits.

What I did was select only the initial and final frames, set the video length to 15 seconds, the resolution to 1080p, and used the Kling 3.0 model. After adding the prompt, I generated the video. The total cost was 375 credits. However, after waiting for more than 1 hour, the video was never generated, but the credits were still deducted from my account. I had to refresh/restart the page afterward. Then I tried generating another video and it worked normally, but when I attempted to generate a new one again, the exact same issue happened: after around 2 hours of waiting, I got no result, and the credits were deducted once more.In total, I’ve lost 750 credits because of this issue. Is there any way to recover those credits or fix this problem?

First, I'm not sure if it's a bug or feature question/problem.So, I’ve tried three browsers:Firefox, Edge, OperaAfter new each creation, the browsers all try to backload all of my other generations, which seems to use a lot of resources. I’ve tried restarting, clearing caches. It only started happening over the last few to six months or so. Before then, just restarting the browser would solve this “problem”.Thanks

trying to generate image with chatgpt 2 and keep getting “We can't display the generated image. You can edit and try again. “credits are used each time. images do not display in my generation history either.windows with chrome browser with pro account

When I click "Use current frame as first frame" nothing happens.

He comprado hace dos días un plan de FireFly Premium que me han cobrado y no lo tengo disponible.

i have the credits it just doesnt let me generate a video idk why

Yesterday I hit my 250 credit limit using Firefly anf was prompted to buy more credits.Today even though my credit limit has reset it is asking me to buy more creidts still. The operation i am trying to do is only 20 creits, well within my available 250.

Look at the reference Prompt and Image generated, Gemini or gpt could’ve eaasily done this Job, You also waste Paid Credits

I’m new to Firefly so I expect a learning curve, but what I can’t get my head around or fix is Firefly giving me results nowhere near what I asked for.  For example, I told it to add moving film grain to a still image, which it did, but added a decorative frame and did a zoom in/out.   Next I told it to produce the same effect but no frame and no zoom.  It game me the image with no grain effect and tilted away from the camera at an angle. Is this simply a glitch or am making prompt mistakes?

I generated my video, but then clicked edit and the video won’t reappear. I click back to generate and it won’t appear there either. It seems to have disappeared, but my credits are still gone.
