I add my prompt in "text to vector" using the, “Firefly Image 3” model, I then click “generate” and I get a notification that says, “Something went wrong” and it doesn’t generate anything.

Mac Mini, Ventura 13.4, Chrome Version 144.0.xxx. I've only very recently tried Firefly. It seems to generate fairly well. But the images I generate and download are rough, pixelated junk. Now I've read that the generated images ARE rough highly pixelated for speed issues. OK. But I'm supposed to be able to "upgrade" a generated image somehow into a much higher resolution and JPEG quality. Except, every tutorial I've seen has tool bars, windows with working tools, etc. My page has nothing. A text box, a Generate button, and a single image. Oh, and maybe a scroll of thumbnails of previous "generations" of the images from the current session. Does anyone have any advice as. to what I might be doing wrong? Or what Firefly is doing that I could fix? Oh, and, I open Firefly from my homepage in Creative Cloud Member page, Plan CC design Pro, or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I changed the aspect ratio and asked it to create a video with a reference image that would show the top of the subject and the item moving up. Instead it just cropped the image to fit the new aspect ration

I started a Firefly Standard account on Dec 4th 2025, then to increase the amount of Gen credits I added a Pro account on Dec 22nd.When I check my remaining credits (which is a pain in itself because it always says “unable to load selection” and I have to go to my avatar etc repeatedly going in circles until I finally get the balance of my credits) anyway I've got two accounts but only see one reset date which is the 10th of each month -one of them did reset yesterday the 10th of Feb and it now says the next one is the 19th, presumably the Pro account. I read the date should be on the date you started the account, so anyone tell me why mine isn't and also is there anyway to see info separately for each Firefly account ?Thanks in advance fellow pixel peepers.

I don't have the button to enhance my prompt in Adobe Firefly. Yet I'm using the Firefly Image 4 Ultra model and write the prompt in english… is it a bug ?

I uploaded a start image and a finish image for a video as well as a prompt. Ray 3.14 ignored the images and created it’s own interpretation of the images.

Hello, I'm having an issue uploading reference images to Firefly. The image is a design for a T-shirt which I have made and therefore own the copyright for outright. I was able to upload the same image 2 days ago and successfully generate output from Firefly anf Nano Banana from within Firefly. I have tried different image formats - png and jpg. I even have tried uploading other non-specific original images and these have also failed. However when I tried uploading an previously generated image it uploaded successfully. This is very frustrating as was able to work with the T-shirt designs as reference previously and now can not complete my work. None of the videos will generate. A simple man and boy walking towards the camera, supposedly, violated community guidelines. Then it says OOPs. something went wrong with editing a Pixar cartoon.

I wanted to create a text to video prompt. Part of the image I want to generate is a word. I have found consistently that Firefly is terrible at just generating simple words with animation from prompts. I’ll attach a screenshot to show the example of the prompt and the resulting image. Notice the word in the prompt is “FIGHT”…the ai generated the word “FLNT”. since motion graphic text is such a huge part of advertising marketing, I hope this feature can be fixed soon.

When trying to generate a video from my own character design, I am getting guidelines error. It does not violate any guidelines in the guidelines document. Video errors out and does not generate. I am not clear why? I am using Veo fast as a model.  

Hi there. When you generate a video clip, once the clip is created it would be great to be able to move to the point in the clip you want to use as a reference for the next generation. Where it says “Modify” in the top left of the clip it would be great to have the option “Save fame as image” or “Use frame as reference image” etc. Then you could create the next clip from that frame, preserving the format… Regards.. Hi folksThis is my first question here and i don’t know yet how to navigate on this site, so sorry if this question has already been asked or if it’s just a dumb question. I’ve been using Image 3 to modify my already existing landscape photos. For example if i wanted to turn my photo to look like watercolor painting i just used Quick Mask Mode > Prompt “Watercolor” and that was it. The results were more or less okay. Good enough.  Since Fill & Expand was released, the same prompt only creates a layer of watercolor paint on white surface. It doesn’t modify my photo at all.I’ve tried the “Turneresque” prompt to make my photos look like a painting of J.M.W. Turner and it just created an image of god knows what. Image 3 creates a slightly Turneresque image. Am i doing something wrong or do i have to switch to Image 3 every time i want to use generative fill for this purpose?Thanks in advance for your help!PS.: I also gave the “Turneresque” prompt to Gemini 3 and the difference betwe

Problem: Firefly ignoring crucial parts of prompts. No collaboration. I spent all my credits and don’t have a usable asset. Perhaps more of a queen bee than a bug, but a consistent issue I’ve experienced in Firefly is that it seems to ignore crucial parts of prompts. As a potential solve, is there anything to be said for it running a no-credit preview with a chat feature where you could conversationally give direction and, maybe more critically, for Firefly to seek clarification over terms/words to erase any ambiguity before committing to the credit loss of a “render”. My specific use case: I want to upload a first frame and last frame and have it interpolate between the two; that’s essentially it. Here’s the prompt:“interpolate as if shot at 120fps and slowed down to 24fps. The video MUST LOOP from the 1st frame to the last frame. The horse's running speed needs to match slow motion/high frame rate slowed down.”The results, from every engine tested, just gave me a horse and rider in a
