Hello everyone. I see myself as someone who is new to the site. I haven't been here for a long time, but I pay every month. I would like to have 1000 more credits, but right now I see 0. I decided to give Firefly another try today after pausing it for six months due to repeated frustrating experiences in the past.I entered a completely standard prompt for a music logo. Nothing controversial, nothing unusual. The kind of prompt that produces solid results in virtually any other image generation tool.Firefly responded with a monkey graphic and the message “Prompt declined.”At this point, I am honestly done. The constant prompt rejections are frustrating enough. The tone of the decline screen feels dismissive rather than helpful. And the fact that this is a paid service makes it even harder to justify.Adobe, this is simply not acceptable. Users need transparency, consistency, and professional feedback when a prompt is declined. Right now, it feels unreliable and, frankly, embarrassing for a product at this price point.I wanted to like Firefly. Firefly art boards not importing videos fully or not playing them fully. Only seeing about 4 sec of longer videos. Sometimes on some boards it works and sometimes on some boards it doesn’t. 

 I currently have 4000 credits in my account but I'm unable to use them, Can you help me with it, Also the generation speed is too much slow

I’m giving detailed prompts to Firfly about how products are supposed to act on camera. For instance, I wanted a shot of a agricultural fan that was completely still but the camera moved from right to left. I clearly stated this but it generated the product animating in weird ways. I kept trying and got progressively worse results and lost lots of credits. It’s infuriating that you have to except a loss of credits when it’s not your fault. You should be charged credits when you are happy and have downloaded the image or video.

What to do when its said that my image hasn’t been created due to an error? A have lost my generative points but didnt get any results. Is there some refund for cancelled generations?Thank you!

I'm trying to create a video on the Firefly website, but I keep getting errors. I keep getting this error: "A problem occurred. The model you are using is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Please fix this problem; it's been disrupting my work for the past 2-3 days. :(

Das Credit System ist der größte Müll und sollte noch mal überdacht bzw. überarbeitet werden. Der Generator ist noch nicht perfekt sowie noch nicht ausgereift. Wir müssen für die Entwicklung bezahlen und das ist nicht fair.Extortion, a rip-offIt's outrageous how Adobe, with its Adobe Firefly app, is profiting from its subscribers. The credit system is utter garbage and needs to be reconsidered and revised. The generator isn't perfect or fully developed yet. We have to pay for its development, and that's simply not fair.

I used Adobe Firefly to generate a video using Ray3 HDR with only one frame, thee video finished took my credits and once it finished loading the video will not play and when i download it, it does not play.

FIrefly generated this image for me. No problem. But when I try to use it to generate a video, FIrefly says NO!. There is nothing in the standards info to suggest what the problem is. Any ideas?
