I am having trouble adding learners to an External Partner/Org.  I've created the Partner with a name & 3 of Seats.  I've enabled the status.  I click on the link to 'register' a user and nothing happens.  No email is sent.  No learner is added.  I can't seem to get past creating the Partner.  How do you add learners to the external group?

I am attempting to add an internal user I created via the API to a specific learning object instance of a course. The user exists, the learning object exists, and the learning object instance exists (see below for verification and steps taken, I obfuscated a few things not used for testing, but the relevant data is there) the urls seem to be correctly formed/generated. I cannot figure out why it wont let me enroll the user, what am I missing? Thanks! I am working within the API v2 docs and using the "Try it out!" button. I am using tokenHelper page https://captivateprime.adobe.com/docs/primeapi/v2/tokenHelper.html for getting Access Token. An access token is valid for seven days.What about Refresh Token. Does it have any limitation in terms of time living ?

I have a certification which contains a quiz created in Captivate. The quiz is set with 80% pass rate. When I view the quiz as the Learner, the feedback I get is correct - i.e. if I score less than 80% I am told I failed. The course which contains the quiz has both the completion criteria and the success criteria set to Quiz -> Quiz passed.When I look at the learners list within the certification, all have the status "Certified". The learner status report also shows all learners as having completed.When I check the quiz scores, I can see that one of the learners only scored 50% so should not be certified, nor marked as completed. The quiz is also used in other courses which are set in the same way but if learners don't score enough they are not marked as having completed. Is this a flaw with Certifications in Prime or do I need to change any settings? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide

Hi! I'm stuck. I can add a Text Entry Box and select Validate User Input, but the Correct Entries Box will not display. I'm following the Captivate Certified Professional Course and I've watched this section of the course 10 times, but cannot see what I'm doing wrong. Everything I can see looks like the instructor's screen. Any guesses why the Correct Entries Box won't appear? Thank you!

I am using the "league" project slide drag and drop: Match  As is, anytime you drag something and it isn't in the right spot, it automatically bounces back. I don't want it to auto bounce back. How can I change it?

How to view and copy my certificate.

The email notification I receive for the Learner Transcript report I set up no longer includes a link to download "the same report in Learner Transcript format".Has the notification email changed, and why?  How can I ensure the report is available in Learner Transcript format as it was before? Elizabeth

I have created a Catalog and uploaded courses to the catalog in Captivate Prime. I have enrolled a specific internal user group. How can I hide the catalog AND the course from all other user groups and only make it searchable by a certain user group? 

Hi Everyone, I just started as a instructional designer at a company that has pre-existing courses in their Prime account. I'm simply trying to make a list of every module they have without clicking through each course and then copying and pasting.  Is there an easy way to export the list of module titles either that is contained by each course or the entire prime account?

Many of our courses are blended courses, that is, we include short self-paced video courses for the users to view before the virtual classroom sessions that are the core learning modules of the course.My question is this:If the user chooses not to complete the pre-work, but they do attend the VC sessions, is the L1 Feedback triggered?  Or is it only triggered if BOTH the pre-work and the VC sessions are complete? Many thanks

I have imported a PowerPoint presentation into a project. To create a online eLearning course. When I preview the project, some of the content on a few slides is just missing. I cannot figure out what is happening. The slides in the project look fine, but during preview the content (text) is missing. I see the title block, but nothing else.Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, I'd like to add certification to a manager nominated course but it is not showing up in the catalog to allow me to do so. Please can you advise if I need to do something differently to the certification?

Hi Team The activity module/file submissions have been made by many of our learners but in the instuctor's dashboard it only shows a few. What could be the issue? We have received screenshots from learner however, can not see those submissions in the instructor dashboard but can see a few.

Currently we are doing some testing in Prime and we wanted to know if there is a way for our Admins or Authors to only be able to assign/enroll users to the catalogs tied to their roles. Example: Customer care admin can only view that (customer care) catalog and only enroll users in content that is in that catalog. So if they see another catalog like "Notifications team" they cannot view that catalog  and they cannot find content in there and enroll users into it.

Can you create videos in Captivate Prime, or do you have to use an external source and import to CP.

I'm trying to integrate the Adobe Captivate Prime API to create a new learner and enroll them in a course programatically from a web app. The user can register on our site, then it calls the API to create them as an Adobe Captivate user and enrolls them in a specific course. I'm able to create the user, but I can only seem to enroll them in a course when teh user is authorized. Is there ANY way authorized as an admin that you can enroll a learner in a specific course? The API documentation is very minimal and unclear about what is possible.

Hi,I have built an elearning in Captivate 2019 however when I upload it into the Captivate Prime LMS, it removes my skin completely and adds a play option on the bottom of the screen. And this play button seems to be the only way for the user to go forward even though I have my skin built with back and next buttons within the course.Could someone please let me know what settings I may have to turn off in the Prime or turn on in Captivate 2019 for the skin to appear?
