I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud Pro, and the installation went smoothly. However, when I try to launch an application, I get the message: "The login attempt does not match the egress IPs of the profile assigned to this computer. Contact your IT administrator." My computer is running Windows 10. I intend to use the programs for personal purposes and am NOT part of a company or team. I only installed Adobe Creative Cloud Pro on my personal PC. Several years ago, I had Adobe Creative Cloud Pro installed on my PC. It was provided by the school, but I uninstalled everything using Creative Cloud Uninstaller. I would be very grateful for any solutions or tips.

I would like to understand more about the transcript statuses. It appears that the statuses are Completed, Not Started, and In Progress.If someone is Yet to Mark for an ILT course they appear as Not Started.If someone is marked as Not Attended for a course they show as In Progress - shouldn't they show as Incomplete or Not Attended?

Hi everyone, I recently completed the Customer Journey Analytics: Product Exam for Sales Accreditation and passed it twice, both times with a score above 80%. However, I don’t see any badge or certificate available to download or display for this accreditation.I’ve completed other sales accreditations recently and received their badges/certificates without any issue, so this seems specific to the CJA accreditation.Could someone please confirm if the CJA Sales Accreditation currently provides a certificate or badge, and if so, how to access it? We created an email announcement to be sent to a specific user group only and then saved (pic 1). We edited the email announcement and saw that the Registered Users group had been automatically added to it (pic2). We removed the Registered Users group and saved again. We edited the email announcement again, and the Registered Users group is back. We cannot get rid of it. We want to create an email to go to a specific customer group only, but we can't because of this. Is this a bug or is this working as designed? Thanks for your help.

I am working on an initiave in our company to assign out Learning Paths to ALL staff based on their job function. Since the courses included in each of the 11 different Learning Paths will be broad for the learners receiving the LP (meaning not every course will be necessary for each person) we want to ensure that the entire Learning Path is optional. When I create the sections in the Learning Path and try to publish, I am prompted to make at least one section mandatory. While I understand the logic behind making one course/section mandatory to ensure the Learning Path can be "completed", we don't want to identify a specific course/section as "mandatory" for anyone. Is there a way to keep the entire LP sections/courses all optional? We don't want our learners to be confused by seeing the word "mandtory" or "required" on a course/section. Or is there a different way that someone sees to go about this if making it all optional isn't possible? Appreciate any info or help on
I finished all the steps in presentation design course on Adobe Digital Academy and the last step is to submit the final assignment pdf to the upload form and complete the survey. The issue is I am not being shown the upload form on the last page to submit my pdf assignment even though all the steps are checkmarked and I have completed the course survey.How do I submit my final assignement to complete the course and recieve a badge from Adobe.I am attaching screenshot of the page if that helps.
Dear support team,I uploaded two modules with videos, but now every time I try and create a new module and upload a video to, the uploading screen just remains at 0% and nothing uploads.I inquired about the maximum size of each video that can be uploaded and was informed that it shouldn't exceed 600MB. Just a feedback on the Adobe ColdFusion Certificate program Training Course. Chapter 10 - Design Patterns refers to concepts from Chapter 12 - Object Oriented programming in ColdFusion. The order of these chapters should probably be reversed. It would also make sense to me to have those two chapters together and move the database chapter (Chapter 11) after or before the above two.

We have configured SSO via Auth0 for Adobe Learning Manager.When I try to login via SSO I get the error No user details found for the emailid, please check with your admin if you have an active account in Adobe Learning Manager.I have checked. The account, I use for SSO has the same email as the User in ALM has and also the Adobe ID is the same. The user also is active in ALM.Has anyone a clue, why I get this error?
