What did you use internally to market Captivate Prime? We are implementing Prime next month and want to have our users excited about the availability of an eLearning platform.  How have you presented this to your group?  What courses did you promote initially?  What materials did you prepare?  Are you willing to share any emails you sent out the your organization to get them excited?Best,Pam

Does Captivate Prime have the capacity to track and report on a learner's interaction with a Job Aid?Specifically, can I track when a learner opens / downloads  a job aid?If this is not tracked (TODAY 1.24.18), is this on the developmental roadmap for future versions of Prime?

Does anyone know what the asterisk icon next to the module name in your course indicates? All my modules which are posted from Captivate 2017 has a "Cp" icon but 2 of them. These 2 modules with the asterisk icon are also not scoring correctly. Any ideas?

Hi! I'm new to Captivate and I'm trying to incorporate feedback from colleagues for a training I've created. My training has questions intersperced throughout. Is it possible for the learner to see the correct answer/s immediatly after getting a question wrong or partially correct in addition to or rather than seeing the correct answer after completing the entire quiz and reviewing?Thanks!

Hi,I have a few of questions about the 'back end' of the LMS:1. Does Adobe have access to all content on the LMS, or is it solely owned by the licence holder?2. How is the content hosted?3. Can the UI be modified to suit a company's branding, colour scheme, etc.?4. When a course is exported, etc., will the Adobe name be in the URL or just the company's address?Many thanks!

We are just getting started with Adobe Captivate Prime and wish to make use of the Multi-Tenancy capability touted on the marketing feature list. To quote:Multi-tenancyProvide your departments, divisions, or clients with their own instance of LMS, which they can customize, brand, administer, and manage while sharing seats, catalogs and reports.We can not find any documentation on this feature. Chat support directed us to the Peer Accounts setup, but that does not allow you to create the separate tenants (sites) or to share seats or catalogs, only to effectively loan some of your license seats to another existing site that has chosen to Peer with yours... Is anyone using this feature or know where to find the documentation?

hello,i need some Help with Adobe Prime.I did my frist training in Captivate 2017 and published the training in Adobe Prim, so far everything works wonderfully.But if i start the traing at any browser some basic functions do not work anymore.1: the CC text goes off by itself all time.2: the standart TOC button, which is at the top of the screenhas, is no longer displayed after i published the training.3: the training is not displayed correctl, you have to scroll up and down with the mouse to see everything

I have some courses that I want to make available to External Users by permission only.Now - some additional context.The External Users enroll to a profile via their provided link.This profile was created with a "Manager Email" (mine). This does not appear to be the same as the role 'Manager'The courses I want to make available to them are set to "Manager Approved".The ProblemI had a test user try to enroll and the "Enroll Button" changed to say "Pending" - good so far...I never got an email and I am not sure that anyone did.I am unable to find anywhere in Prime that the request was even madeI cannot seem to assign a manager to the users because it is greyed out. (see below)So at this point, I cannot figure out how to get the external test user enrolled in the course.Sadly - as an admin, I was also unable to simply add the user to the course. UGH!So - not only does the request never come but I cannot seem to add them if I wanted.In these cases - self-enroll is not an option. They need

I would like to re-enroll a learner to re-take a course. The course is set up in the Default Instance and in Instance #2. My latest project is best managed with many short modules put together as a course. Reason being we want to create a library with very topic specific modules. I use Captivate 2017 to create content. Is there any way to set up Prime or Captivate 2017 so that when a modules is completed the learner automatically goes into the next module?

If I start my new published Course the Course is too big and is not displayed properly in the Browser.how can I adjust the display size in the Browser?I do not want to make a new project in Captivate which is smaller and then publish it again.

Hi I am creating modules in Captivate 2017 and I'm trying to set up an action that, if someone gets a particular question wrong, will jump them back to the previous module in the course. Any ideas on how to do this? Maybe it isn't possible!Many thanks for any thoughts.M

I have been using Cloud Scorm with Captivate in the past and am now switching to Prime.The module is 670MB, it has a number of embedded videos and a 20 question quiz, the zip file uploads to Prime; but, it does not seem to process it just seems to get stuck. I let it run overnight and still nothing.If the student passes the assessment they are directed to the last 3 slides of the course. If they score less than 80% then they have to take several remedial slides.In Captivate I can preview the entire module. The module won't upload directly from Captivate either.Is there some setting I have missed or do I need to go back and break this up into several smaller modules.

I have uploaded 5 courses. When I move to another course, the timeline for the next module stays at zero even though the course is playing. How do I fix this issue?

The title says it all. I have a client who wants to build a course with a number of small modules. The courses would be different based upon the job title. So there may be as many as 10 modules in a single course if Prime will allow it. These modules are compliance based so I want to keep each topic in a separate module so that when changes need to be made I can do it in one topic specific module.

Hi,Is there a procedure for removing unused/unwanted content tags from Captivate Prime?  I see there is some content posted on best tagging practices, but I'm also looking to see if I can clean up the amount of tags that show up such as "Priority-high vs Priority-high vs priorityhigh", Any help is appreciated.

I have a project in which there is a separate video on five consecutive slides. The videos are short and highly compressed and the total file size for the project is under 90mb. When I preview the course on Adobe Prime the videos on the first two slides play with no problem. The remaining 3 videos will not play. There is a black frame with a line through the play button in the middle of the screen.When I output the course to my computer and play through my browser (Safari), the videos all play without any problems. Any idea what may be happening?

I use a "Next Slide" button at the end of my slides. When I use it in responsive, the button is resized way too small for mobile devices. Is there any way to keep the size the same regardless of the device it is on?

To make working with the content library more efficient and productive, it would be extremely useful to be able to sort the content library by name in addition to the current behavior of sorting by modification date.It would also bring the content library into the realm of modern expectations to allow for filtering the content library list by the minimum standards of keyword or title.The 'search' function should work better by returning more than a handful of results - it should show all results that match the entered text string and then get smaller as that string becomes more precise.When you search for a text string in the search field; returning to the content library list after editing a particular item should retain the search parameter so the text string doesn't need to be re-entered each time.Those search improvements would be applicable to ANY search in PRIME, not just the content library.Thanks for any feedback on these suggestions!FYI - I posted this 'as a question' in case

I'm gathering that modules cannot be deleted from the module library. (this is correct, yes?) I have some modules that i will need to "relabel" either as new modules or as dummies (name is "0", etc.)Is the a way to sort the modules in the library to easily see duplicates, or quickly scan by name?

i downloaded the free trial for captivate and it won't load.  Additionally I can't find a way to contact anyone via phone or live chat.  Kept getting looped around.  Ended up signing up for a trial for Captivate prime.  I just want to learn the basics about Captivate and decide if it is for me.  Instead I get this crap.  Is there a phone number I can call or a live chat available.

I am looking for ways for users to be redirected back to their dashboard when they are done with a module besides clicking the close "X" button.  Is there another way to get them back when they click "continue" after the quiz?  Thanks.

Although it may be not a quesion which should be opend here, since i need to know the fact ASAP, let me ask you.We wanted to assess the Prime as the LMS which we better apply, but got a rumor saying that the Prime was unavailable in Japan.But, i dont think so, because the Prime is sorresponding to Japanese language.If Japan is not their market to sell the prime, it is nonsence that they have Japanese translration in it.Meanwhile, i have not found any examples of Japanese company in internet, which has applied the Prime.Does anyone know whether the Prime is available in Japan or not?Regards
