Whatever changes that were made to the Podcast Enhance are HORRIBLE between Today February 24th and the last time I used it on February 11th, 2025. Well at least they are horrible for my use.V1 is not the same quality - background sound is distortedV2 completely removes background sound that is necessary to my recordingI use this for spoken word while playing a string instrument. Voice sounds good but the string instrument is horribly distorted in V1 and is non-existant in V2.I have the Pro version and I pay monthly. Beyond disapointed, and it is usless to me now. I don't understand why V1 was tampered with knowing that V2 was being launched. V1 prior to these changes was AMAZING. What did you do Adobe and why??? 

Hi, I have premium access, or at least that's what it's telling me since I have an annual subscription to Creative Cloud. When I upload my audio file that is well under the 1GB limit and only 1-hour and 12-minutes in length, I can only download 1-hour of the file. What the AI does is simply amazing, but completely unusable if I can't get the entire file back for my edit. Any ideas? Thanks, Jim

My guest got the message that their files had uploaded and that thye could close the tab. However now it says the session didnt upload and I think Ive lost a 77 minute session!! Help!

First of all, I love enhance speech, using it a lot in my work.But recently (from yesterday) some issues started to occur. When I choose file to upload- All the brouser tabs start to behave in a way like there are some internet connection issues, uploading process is very long and seem like endless (stucked on "uploading" even when it's 100% uploaded). And even after close brouser tab- it takes 2-4 min to internet to start behave in a normal way (and I have very good internet). Never had that problem

I work in the Education sector and I've been using Adobe Podcast in schools for the last few months. Recording in the medium of Welsh used to transcribe the content in English but since the update I can no longer edit  any part of the recording as it says that the language is no longer supported. Will the ability to record in Welsh and transcribe in English ( to edit the podcast) return?

I uploaded the audio of a presentation to clean up.  It only output the first 5:11.  I've tried several times.  No clue what is going on, but super frustrated and, of course, only way to maybe get an answer is to post here.  And, of course, I need this in the next hour.  

I have uploads and enhanced 2 .wav files . I have tried to download them. It appears they have been downloaded but i can not find the files anywhere on my laptop. They are not in my downloads file, desktop, cloud download. I have no problems downloading from vimeo, youtube etc and they all do to my download file on my laptop. But I really do not know where they have downloaded too. They are also not in Google download either? PLEASE HELP ME . My partner who is extremely tech savvy can not find them either?

Hello Can anybody tell me if this service is GDPR compliant. Are the servers used for the AI function placed in America or in the EU. Maybe it follows the location of the user? Thank you

I have tried using Enhance Speech for my recordings, but the sound I get back sounds like someone has stuffed pillows in the mouths of everyone who speaks. I expected a lot from v2, but they have kept the same sound as if the speakers had pillows in their mouths. I have tried using other services, and their sound is super crisp without pillows in their mouths. I experience Enhance Speech as really amateurish, it also has a lot of difficulty with the end of sentences, which it constantly just cuts away. I would like to hear if anyone knows if this is just how Adobe likes voices to sound, or if there is something you can do about it? Otherwise, I have to face up to the fact that Adobe delivers a number of products that simply do not meet a minimum of quality and I have to find another product. I have now written this post and am now being told that I am not allowed to post it without giving it a topic. V1 does such a nice job cleaning up my audio, and gives it depth and richness. By comparison V2 is always tinny, lacks any bass. I just can't imagine why V2 is an upgrade, at least for me. Adobe, please don't get rid of V1! If you do I will be forced back to mastering manually, or find another service.

I have uploaded many different clips and they have all been way worse in v2 than in v1. In v2 I have even taken the same clip that I enhanced in v1 and it has been better in some portions, however, there are certain sections that sound completely different than the rest of the clip; too much bass, too much hissing, and it would not be that noticable if the whole clip was like that, but because it randomly switches in different sections it makes the audio unusable because it's distracting for the viewer/listener. Needless to say, I will not be using this feature anymore unless they fix it or have an option to switch back to v1. Has anybody else had this issue? 

I have a podcast on Youtube. I discovered the Adobe Podcast platform almost a year ago, and I've been using it ever since, it's improved my life considerably. It cleaned up audio flawlessly and the quality was amazing. I can't say the same about V2, which cleans up audio too much, even what it shouldn't clean up, like laughter and gestures. Resulting in silent gaps in the recording that make it unnatural and mechanical. Please, is there a way to go back to V1? This new version is compromising audio quality, it MAKES EVERYTHING WORSE.

I took some old 2006 podcast recordings that sounded like they were in an echoey auditorium and were just horrible. I tried every speech enhancer available. Adobe Podcast is the only one that was able to make a radio broadcast quality voice identical to the original. I applied dereverb to the original recording and mixed it with the AI voice. PERFECT! I am impressed with the v2! Now I applied it to an even worse distorted old voice recording that was barely distinguishable at all. Adobe STILL was able to recreate the dialog in a useful way. Although some words were spoken wrong which is understandable considering the quality of the original. So that leads me to a suggested feature. If it is possible, there should be options for word detection where the AI can further auto correct words that might be badly interpreted. Sometimes a recording is scratchy and horrible. So the AI will speak what it hears. AI could take words it badly detects and change them into (hopefully) the co

Well, it doesn't look as though anyone is getting questions answered, but since there seems to be no way to actually contact a Support person (unless somebody wants to tell me) here goes:I occasionally use the  Adobe Podcast Voice Enhancer, free version. Today, for the first time, it rejected my mp3 file, stating that it was over 30minutesd long and couldn't be used unless I upgraded to Premium. This clip is barely over a minute! I want to know how to let this program know that they are wrong and get it to work without having to pay for yet another program. 

Hey 👋 I hope someone can help me with the following issue: Lately, after enhancing my audios, the sequences where I laugh are either not enhanced, have an echo and are very quiet or not hearable at all. As I remember, this hasnt happened a couple months ago but suddenly now.  Has someone experienced something similiar? Note: I record with GarageBand. Thanks a lot in advance 🙏Leo

Is there a way to improve the sound so that it is of good quality and uniform throughout? I used Enhance Speech v2 and it did improve the sound, but there are many jumps of metallic or weak sound in the middle of the recording? How do you bring the file to a uniform and proper state?

I have been a podcast editor for a long time, and I have completely shifted to Adobe Podcast. The v2 is really great, but when speakers laugh, it hasn't been enhance, instead, it gets muted or decreased. Please find a suitable enhancement for this issue. I love this v2.

A few weeks ago, I uploaded mp4s to enhance the audio (for free). Worked amazing! Now, V2 says only mp3s and I have to upgrade to enhance mp4s. However, the website redirects me to Adobe Express (that doesn't use AI to enhance audio).Can I enhance mp4s or not in Adobe Podcast?

Hello there, This is the message i'm getting after uploading the mp4 file and the system has done the enhanced speech, Enhanced Speech failed to load, try again... All of a sudden this is the message I get for all mp4 files... Anyone can help with this? Thanks

How can I get access to the API as it looks like companies like Wistia has been given access to the Adobe Podcast API as they integrated this feature into their product

Don't let the word "Free" fool you into thinking this service is free. It was free for quite some time while Adobe let its users perform quality checks for them. As a long-time Creative Suite subscriber, I’m deeply disappointed by Adobe's decision to charge separately for a service that has been free to subscribers. This change feels like a disservice to your loyal customers, who already pay substantial fees for access to your software.

While recording, everything sounded fine. But listening back, there is random, jumbled audio and even overlapping audio in different parts of the recording. Is there a way to fix this?
