I scanned my homework and shared it to myself via email (as I've done dozens of times) and it's been 30 minutes and I have yet to receive the scans. And it has to be my app because my friend (using the same app on his phone) scanned my homework and emailed it to me and I got that. This is concerning because I have an exam tomo and if I can't turn it in by the deadline I'll be PISSED. Is there anything I can try?

When I scan photo in Adobe scan app it's  automatically stopped & app size is in increasing 102mb to 0.89gb without scanning photo. How can I overcome to this problem?

I do not see the permissions setting. I've gone to iOS Settings>Adobe scan> and here there is supposed to be 'permissions'. can anyone help?

The apps just crack

I'm getting the error message "We're experiencing issues on the server at this time. Please try again later." This message error message started last week as I am scanning items and trying to save to my cloud. Is there an issue at this tme? Is there something I need to do? Thanks.

Adobe Scan is a good scanner, but it would be better for users if the company offered users to download their documents online.And uploading application documents takes a lot of time so I think that problem should be solved. Thanks

the resize option isnt available for ios users on adobe scan im tired of bugging my android friend when a document has to be resized. 😞

After using Adobe Scan on my phone, I select Share > Email and then I get a link to the cloud. Once I am viewing the document and I select Download, the website freezes and says it needs to shut down. This has been happening for 3 days now.I can view the documents just fine. They appear to have all the pages (2 to 3 at max). I just cannot download them from the cloud link I get via email. Any thoughts?I am using Chrome and have always used Chrome to download my documents from the cloud.

There is an option to have images in JPEG format but actually they getting saved as JPG. Can anyone suggest what's wrong with it? 

Hi , I have created a PDF document which is uploaded to cloud. I have then shared it to my friend via email. But since there was an error . I have deleted the scan in the app. But ky friend is still able to view the document using the link he had received via email Could you please tell if there is any way to hard delete the document in cloud too or make the link inaccessible. Regards

Hello, actually my phone got sudden formatting and all the data were lost and after starting my phone i was downloaded the adobe scan application and i did not get my files which was scanned in the application and not git any file on cloud . Please do something that files was very much important for me regarding my office work.. please do something and give the solution on it

I'm LOVING Adobe Scan app on my Android phone, however... I have looked and looked, and I can't figure out how to change the default folder that Adobe Scan can add a copy to Dropbox.   I need to change the default Dropbox folder that it saves to after clicking "SHARE" and then "SHARE A COPY". Thanks in advance for the help!Doug  🙂 

Anybody else have this issue? App was working flawlessly until about a week ago.

After scanning documents with my iPhone camera I can no longer save them. An error message message appears "Not possible to save your file"Help Please!!!

Is there a way to adjust the option that automatically uploads your scans to the cloud? I would like the option to decide wether each scan gets uploaded to the cloud.

My adobe scan can scan but it's not emailing the shared documents. I follow the prompt, share document or email documents and then press send but no document received??
