As suggested in the adobe support I tried unchecking the Syncronise with an Internet time server. But it did not work. Still getting the same error.  "We can’t verify your subscription status." Any help will be appreciated...Thanks

Hey there. I have an issue that has been driving me nuts for a long time. I'm designing a little dropdown screen with some hidden info that I am auto-animating.Everything works well, but in order for it to work I have to have a much taller artboard than I would ideally like to have.  The first image is with the menu item Gig Poster collapsed. The second is with it expanded.The third image is the space at the bottom that I have left for everything to still fit in my screen when menu items are expanded. Is there any way to avoid this space? Not sure of the right word - adaptive or dynamic artboard height, that will adjust to the content that is exapanded.  My problem is that I want to design all the menu items to function, and that results in a very tall artboard which, when all items are collapsed, the user will be able to scroll through and see empty space. Many thanks in advance,Nick

Hi there everyone! Need some urgent help (have a deadline to meet with my company) in regard to the ability to create a reorder interaction within prototyping on XD. Let me try to explain a bit more in-depth; I'm creating an application for my business in which users will have the ability to search and ultimately "save" tabs to their home page containing information attaining to a certain location - think of it as a tab/box titled based on a location i.e. "Sydney", "London", "New York", "Madrid" etc. which when clicked on can open more information about each. We're hoping to provide users the ability to rearrange the order in which their saved location boxes will appear - much like the Clock app on iOS in which you can reorder which time zone you see first (at the top), or last (move to the bottom of the pile) etc.. A reorder icon svg within this page will trigger such rearrangement actions to become possible and upon completion of the desired reordering process users would press

I am looking for an alternative to FigJam where a project manager can build diagrams and wireframes in a browser. I assume there is nothing like this in XD, since XD isn't browser based. But where Adobe thinks managers can do this? Is there something that might be a simpler version of XD in browser?

When I drag a picture into a shape I usually can doubleclick it afterwards to move it around inside of the mask. With the latest update this isnt possible, when it has an active dropshadow.When I double click now, it selects the path to edit.

The addition of Lottie animation to xd is amazing but in using Lottie for the last few months I've noticed that I almost always use it in combination with a hover or scroll trigger. For example hovering over an icon and seeing it change, or scrolling through a page and an animation changing based on text nearby. Adding this to XD would make it possible to really prototype these ideas and share them with clients before moving to development.

I'm aware that Lottie animation is a farely new addision to XD, but will we at some point be able to choose to trigger them on hover?

I updated to the latest Adobe XD and now when I go to preview  my website with the desktop application my website is way darker than it should be. I have windows up to date and my GPU drivers are up to date.

Hi, I have a question if there is any possibility of creating an interaction in Adobe XD, as on this website https://barczentewicz.pl. I mean the drop-down menu that disappears after selecting the "vine" option and the next subcategory. I would like the page to scroll, just like here, but I don't know how to make the menu hide, it's still visible at the top of the page. Could you please send me a tutorial, is it even feasible?

I'm trying to create a hero slider for my project. I followed Adobe's tutorial for a carousel, and the first time I linked everything up in prototype, two of the pages animated a left slide like they were supposed to, while the third did a transition. I double checked all of my setting and all of the paths were set to Auto-Animate, time trigger, 5 sec delay, ease out (you can see this in the attachment). I couldn't find any difference between the slides, so I did some googling and saw that sometimes grouped items don't play well with auto-animate, so I made all of the slides components and named them all the same as well (as that was mentioned multiple times as a problem too). Now NONE of the slides will auto-animate, even though all the settings are the same, they simply transition, as you can see below. I've also tried setting them all to Transition with the Slide Left animation, but that causes the entire page to animate, rather than just the hero slider. What's causing the Auto-Ani

Hi ! I have the Xd sfotware but not the last version, the 2022 one. I have the 2021 one, the 45.0.62.17 one... So when I want to invite my friends on my projects, they can't do anything on it or even see it. When I go into the Cloud and look for Xd office (not the mobile one), I can't find it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it via the internet but still nothing on the cloud. I can't find it.  And if it helps anything, my computer is the MacBook Pro (15-inch 2019) and I have the macOS Monterey 12.0.1 version.I need help and I don't know what to do... 😞 Thanks in advance ! 

Hello,  I would like to report an issue that frequently happened when I was using XD. When I export artboards into a single PDF file, the images that were masked with shape  get appeared in the back. I provided the screenshot of the images below to show you the issue. Hi, I recently started using XD and creative cloud. I have 2 Macs and while working on one on Catalina when I saved my design I could not open it on the older mac on High sierra.  The issue is that my desktop cannot be further upgraded from Sierra and now I cannot use XD from home. Is there any solution to this.  Error:This was saved with a newer version of Adobe XD. I don't know if it's just my problem or there really is something wrong with it (or it's been changed over the course of the updates), however I have encountered a problem:In this series of images I explain the steps I usually take for the auto-animate to work properly:1) as you can see the names of the various elements within the slides are absolutely identical being duplicated;2)Through the component "let's get started" I activate the auto-animate through the trigger tap;3)When I finally go to work on the target board, and move the elements outside of it, they are moved to the pasteboard instead of being connected to the "passage 2" board.Is it me that I'm doing something wrong, or has something changed? Because I have ALWAYS used this system and have never had any problems.Thank you and I hope you will pass me help....

XD keeps crashing on Windows 10 and 11, I get a blank window when trying to either open an ai or create new file and then the program closes. Has anyone found a fix yet?

Is XD able to push colapse accordions when the one on top is expanded automaticaly when viewing the prototype? I know how to create and move the accordions manually already. Can anyone provide any insight? Thank you.

Hi everyone,I've created a accordion where you can interact with the first option. So the idea is that when you click the "close" button (because the default state is open), it closes and so all the content that comes after should be pushed up, and when you close it, all element should go to their previous place, how can I achieve this? In case that's not possible I thought about having a second artboard and linking it to it, but the issue is that I can only link to the top of the page, is there a way I can wire an element to a specific part of another artboad instead of just the whole artboard?  Thank you!

Hi Yes I know it is as simple as going > File > Import > Select .PSD file or dragging the .PSD into XD using mac but all .psd files are greyed out I know I can drag in a .svg file but in my case I need to drag in a .psd according to a parallax scrolling tutorial (Shown here)Simple Parallax Animation using Adobe Photoshop and XD - YouTube

Hello!I didn't want to post at first and try to search in this forum and saw a lot of people with the same problem but so far i still have the same problem :My XD is stuck at launch :I did in order :-Restarted my computer-Erased the temp folder-Gave the neccessary perm to msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dl -Update XD-Update Windows-Update Drivers-Performed a clean reinstall of XD with the dedicated tool-Performed a clean reinstall of the creative cloud with the dedicated tool-Tried with a new account on the same pc and it work on this account only.Thanks in advance for you response.

When I try to open XD it opens up a file with it that I have no access to since it was a file in my cloud - the file has been deleted, but it keeps opening with the program. I cannot choose the file or close it down.I have tried uninstalling everything, use earlier versions, delete my cache etc and nothing works.Anyone who knows what to do to fix this issue? Because right now I am completely unable to use XD. I can't create new files, and I cannot open and edit existing ones.

When I go to share my document I click update Link after I've made changes, and then i'll click on the link associated with the document to view it in the browser. For some reason when I click on the web link, it's showing on the bottom right of the prototype, that it hasn't updated my changes for the past 5 hours, so none of my changes are showing. How can this be fixed?

I received an XD file from another person, which was created via using a free XD. When I was trying to open it, my XD said a newer XD created it, even I updated it. Therefore, I was trying to download a free edition from the Adobe website after uninstalling mines. However, once the downloading page reminded me to open my cloud from my desktop, my XD showed me this. Then, the download option of XD also disappear from my Adobe plan except for the mobile edition. Right now, I need my XD back for an extremely important presentation in two days, so I am mad and feel so helpless now. I saw another dude who also had the same situation as mine, but I never saw an answer. Anyway, I need help. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!

Currently we are using Jira Server version 8.13.10 and now we got critical vulnerability (CVE-2021-42574) affected this version. So that we should need to upgrade our Jira Server to latest LTS version 8.20.1 but we could see the current AdobeXD plugin version 2.0.6 is not compatible with this version. Please find the attachment for reference. Can Adobe release compatible plugin version for Jira Server 8.20.1?
