Why do I have to ask someone using an older version of XD to update their XD so that I can access a shared file? Don't you think that's inconvenient?None of the other design softwares forces you to update.🤷‍♀️

There is something wrong with adobe xd now a days. Suddenly I was getting an error of "Attempt doesn't match egress IP" then my font disappeared from adobe fonts which was "Roboto". I reinstalled font from google fonts and now spacings are messed up. My whole design system is messed up due to these errors. Some time this error also occured "Invalid file/error". Please provide support on all above issues. Thank you!

My CC shows XD is up to date, version 42.1.22. But whenever trying to open any xd files, it closes. Opening xd shows error code 5719. Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but the problem remains. Can anybody from Xd help me to solve the issue?

Hey guys,1. Publish a design for review/presentation.2. Scroll the screen.RESULT: scrolling is not smooth, it's choppy, it blocks, it acts very weird, in both chrome and FF. It should scroll like a regular website.Thanks,Chris

Prototyping a large project at the moment and was hoping to use the time delay trigger. However, it is not available.Any suggestions to why? I am on a machine running the latest version of Windows 10 and the latest update of Adobe XD.

It seems that "Edit" is missing when you right click on the character style. I found this article but then I can't figure out how to make the library "Local" Any help would be greatly appreciated.   I

Hey, as a true components fan, I do use them all the time on my screens & design. However on large project, ending up with 40 component or even more (especially for App with many assets…) I was wondering if there is a way/plugin to group (as in a accordeon) similar components. For example, having one accordeon with all the core icons, one with all the fiels and options… and so on.Does anyone know or have a magic trick?

Dear Team, In collaborative mode, always the documents shows as "Saving..." because of this behaviour some of the already saved changes are lost. And the owner of this document couldn't able to retrieve it from history. Why there is so much of inconsitency with windows version.  

Here is the step of me changing the language: open XD-> click the top left hand side XD button -> Press preferences -> Press language -> press 簡體中文.Then I press command+Q to quit XD and reopen it. But the language haven't change AT ALL. 

Hi~ The export button is not visible when running in Windows.When I run it on Mac, the Export to Zeppelin button appears, but when I press the button, nothing happens in Zeppelin.The export pop-up window that should have appeared does not appear. The pop-up window for the attached image does not appear.  Uninstall Zeplin and remove it from the trash as well.Restart Machine.Download Zeplin and re-install.Open Adobe XD.Create a new file and export it to Zeplin.XD will ask for permissions to open Zeplin(Click on Allow/Okay) I already did it.I can't solve this problem. Help me .. 

I can't create flow ín AdobeXD. I tap the home icon in fist artbroard and it turns blue, but the gray Flow label doesn't show up.  When I want to create a new flow, I click on the home icon of another artbroad. immediately the original home icon turned gray  

I'm facing this strange mouse behaviour whenever you opend the Plugins tab from the side bar option in the XD. and then hover over the plugins to use , then its mouse cursor  is below the actual pointed location on the plugins. Kindly, guide me and resolve this issue on upcoming updates. Thank you.

HelloI am using Windows 11 insider preview latest build from the day 1, it launched.Today I discovered, I can't see any plugins for installation from my XD vice versa from Creative Cloud Market place whatever.Can anyone how to fix it?

Hello,  Since the last update I've been finding this issue when sharing some protoype links with my stakeholders. In my local XD when I play my prototypes everything works fine, but in the cloud link, the transitions (specifically, time transitions) just don't advance to where I liked them to? For my work, I need to show timing and certain animations in my prototypes, and it looks bad that these transitions work sometimes and sometimes they don't let my Stakeholders go to the next screen.      <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello! I'm no expert in XD but I love using it to design apps. My developer and I are having issues exporting a button for example and having the Shadow, Miter Join, Center Stroke and Butt Cap included in the export. Even when I select the "Mark for export" option, it only exports the shape without the effects. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (I'm hoping I'm just not seeing something! &#x1f605) 

I'm updated to 42.1.22 version of Adobe XD and the prototype time function stopped work.

Every single morning when I log on and start working, XD freezes on me. Each morning I need to log on, start working, wait for it to freeze, then have to restart my entire pc as force quitting and reopening does nothing.  Upon a force quit, XD refuses to reopen. It's been going on for the past 2 weeks.  PC details: MacOS Big Sur v11.5 XD version 42.1.22   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi there, I have tryed pretty much everything - upgrading to the latest version, completely removing the application including all traces of replated folders, system restart and clean install after, and I'm still unable to open or create a single project. When I try to either open or create project it takes a few moments and when it's almost ready to show the application UI it crashes without any error message. When I start the application again it gives me an option to send crash report which I've done countless times. Thanks!
