I have a 264 MB XD presentation I've been working on for 4 months, so I hope there is a fix for this issue. After updating, all of the "time" triggers on the slides no longer function. When I click a button that takes me to that slide, it stops. It should auto advance with the trigger of "time", 0s lag, and auto-animate for 1s. Thanks,Chris

Please guys, listen to me: no matter how cool are the features in a app if you can't rely on the app.I have two files in the cloud: an assest file and the real interface wiht the component linked from assets file. Now, everytime I open the assets file, it's start to save automatically and I can't work.What should I do to continue working? Please guys, autosaving without control is terrible.  

Hi guys, is it possible to download an old version of XD?My system software is on High Sierra and has version 10.13.I would be super grateful for any hints!Nadine

I had an issue with my mac and had to re-install the system, High Sierra because my mac is not compatible with Mojave ( If you tell me I can install it with a metal card, in this case buy it to me… ). Adobe say : you can't install it anymore ! I am working actually on some UI/UX projects for my customers, all my work is gone, HOURS OF WORK ! Its here but I can't use it !!! What will I tell to all my customers and projects I am actualy working on ? That Adobe don't allow me to use a software that used to work on High Sierra and now... don't, and all the work is lost…????? I use your softwares for many years, since 1999 !!!! That's how you treat your customers now ?? And what about my custumers ??? That's how you treat them ?? unbelivable ! I'm really angry ! I was working yesterday, today I can't……!! Hello Guys,I want to display a menu (or picture in this example) when I hover over "Test A".The problem is that the picture also shows when I hover over Test B, Test C and everything in that green box.How can I design it so the picture only shows when hovering over Test A?I can´t find a solution in the internet. Thanks

Hello everyone, For some reason my adobe XD file didn't save and lost a lot of work in the process, however, interestingly my share link is showing the updated design. Is there anyway of downloading / capturing this into an XD readable format (apart from screenshooting everything?)

I've been having this issue for several weeks. Essentially, I have generated several links for a website design, as Development review links. When viewing the prototype links, the 'View Specs' tab (which shows the developers all the useful info such as color codes, measurements, etc) fails to load. You click the button and the little loading icon just spins. The odd thing is, when I initially generated the links weeks ago, the 'View Specs' tab worked and you could see all of the development specs. It even worked a few days after I initially generated them. My dev team has indicated that the links will no longer load. I've tried 'updating link' within XD and they still won't load. Short of generated a new link, is there a work around for this, or a reason why 'View Specs' would decide to randomly stop working? What would cause a link that worked previously, to all of a sudden stop showing the specs? For reference, the XD document I am using has roughly 8 or so genera

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with the shortcomings of XD, it shouldn't even be a  Beta!Since February I've been complaining to support about not having all assets marked for export available to download when sharing. After several hours with support going through the tedious and ongoing uninstall this, reinstall that, do it all again I finally got this:"We have tested your XD file at our end and found out that only one of the states marked for export (active state) of the component is available for download. This is a known limitation in the Design Specs asset export workflow and Adobe is aware about it. HI there,  I have just created a prototype for an app. With a fixed bottom tab bar.  The fixed tab bar is viewable when my phone is teathered to my laptop and when I use the XD app. However when I share the url link an load it in safari the fixed elemnt is no longer visible, only the main scroll.  I am hopeing to do some remote testing and sharing a url link to the prototype is the easiest. Is there a way to get fixed elements showing when I shre with a link or is this becase it is effectively a webview that fixed elemenst wont show. Many thanks for your help

It is not possible to apply the overlay below the scroll and the overlay whose overlay location depends on page scrolling. I hope you can improve it.

Updated XD (30) but can't make the horizontal scroll feature to work   I can make the vertical scroll to work (with mouse scroll when previewing), but the horizontal doesn't work. Am I missing something?   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello, I have a few libraries on XD that are linked together. The sub-libraries seem to update fine across the others however the main library has stopped updating for some reason. Please see screen recording below and ignore video controls. Whenever I click 'Update Now' on the blue banner at the bottom of the screen, the banner keeps reapperaing and the library doesn't update. Hello,I have a few Developers recently tell me or question me about what is correct in my mockups. Three developers looking at the same prototype link have had different viewing experiences and also noticed some resize anomalies.  The resizing seems to show that when they adjust the browser window, some elements seem to disappear. For example, the left panel goes from white to either disappearing or changing to a gray background.  See the animated gif.  As they work and move/resize windows around, this left them wondering which is correct for the UI and if I was even aware that it was changing like this.  I told them I wasn't aware and so I'm filing a BUG.It's a project I've been working on for a bit that has an established SHARE LINK. I typically review the link before I share it with any Developers to make sure it matches my local preview.  It looked good, so I dropped the link into a Jira story for them to work from.  Some are on Window, Linux, and

Hi therefor some reason when i paste the status bar it appears blankin every tutorial video i've watched it just works but not for me for some reason

Why am I always having to rename or save 'over' the same file name? When I save on top of the already existing file name...then of course, I have to make a NEW link to the preview...so the developers are always chasing a new link and all the comments are spread around on all links. This is terrible. Fix this....should be just Open file, save it....and keep everything the same. But it's often not letting you save the file as it is....it tries to make another file name. What's up with that?

My XD program is up to date but I am unable to open the file because it says that it is created with newer version of XD. What should I do?

Hi everyone, I am a guy doing video. I am happened to do a project which requires me to use Wix, a website building platform. So I was building the site. Now, I wanna add a "number counter" feature. I had seen people built it using XD, but I do not know whether I can use it on Wix. (I see the possibility to export it as codes from XD, and embed it on Wix, but I am not sure that it is the way.) Thank you!

I have created 8 screens, but while showing in previews only 6 screens are showing (web) and 2 screens are hidden (greyed out/mob size), please advise how to show all screens in preview, asap, please..Thanks
