I dont know why Xd is crashing on my Window. On every update, be sure to enchanter a new problem, and it's very annoying.

I am getting the following message when saving XD file locally or to the Cloud: "basehistoryclear() operation called during resize" Please advice about this message as I am also facing a problem saving the file when this meesage appears. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem appeared again after few hours.  Thank you. 

Hi,I have a problem with my XD file.Last week the file was 400MB, today it is 700MB.My file consists of:- about 200 artboards 2800 * 960- about 300 png 2800 * 960 (1MB for the image)- many component (without any states)I haven't changed too many things in this file. Why this size?Do you have any suggestions for decreasing the size?Thank you so much,Elisa

My current screen resolution is 1536*864 and i create webdesigns in psd and then convert them to xd.  I was seing my designs smaller in xd than in the psds so i measured my screen using a chrome extension called page ruler. Sure enough when im on any page the total width of my screen is 1536 however when on adobe it measures 1705 (all elements of psd keep their original size) I´ve attached a screenshot of  a blank xd page Its extemely strange, anybody knows what might be going on?  

I've lost hours on this one. I've tried what I've read in other forums about this and nothing works. It's incredibly frustrating.  I have an master assets file for all my Character styles, Components and colors. In the past 2 weeks they disconnected and I just learned that our designer has been forced to manually typeset all the content. I'm trying to connect and edit components without any luck and lost more time than I can recover trying to fix this glitch.  Please help.  It's happening to ALL assets and all fonts are confirmed as round numbers (no decimals) XD version: v35.0.12macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7I have a log collecting if I'm told where to send it...  Wendy 

I am the File owner of a big UI design project made using XD - my team are collaborating on it and one of our team mates updated their XD and added files in. Now I can't open the file until I update. When I try to update it I can't because I have to save that file. I go in circles and now I can't open that file. Pls help

Over the past few XD versions (including the most current), the shared "presentation" mode no longer properly fills the browser window as it always had up to this point. Does anyone have any insight into this or is this happening to anyone else? Here is an example (the white space is even more prominent on higher resolution monitors):

How do I download synced files?Under: https://assets.adobe.com/files is a Synced file section.I work for a large enterprise and a contractor who has left the company has some files in above location. I need to save these files in case the Business Unit still needs the file before we delete the contractor's ID.Thanks.I can be reached at brandk@p66.com 

I called into support and after 10 min, the support rep hung up on me because he was unwilling to help me.I called in again and the 2nd time, after I asked the analyst to open a ticket because he can't help me, he told me he would call me back with the ticket number.  He never did. I think it actually lied about opening a ticket. Staff @ Phillips 66 Company.

My team and I are unable to edit a shared document as Adobe's software update schedule is staggered, leaving some of my members with version 34, and me with 35. My team members do not have access to 35. On 34, Creative Cloud says they are up to date.

Hey everyone, I am trying to preview a prototype on my mobile device using the App and with the working file uploaded into Creative Cloud documents.  When I preview the file, the shade of green is not the same as the color I set in the design. I set my main brand colour as the Artboard's background fill and built components on top so there isn't a case of conflicting colours/transparencies. See the photos attached. The deeper colour is the correct one. Secondly, the fonts I'm using are understandably not on my device - is there any way I can preview on my mobile device but using the fonts in my actual design? Finally - I used the iPhone XS artboard template in the design but when previewing there seems to issues scaling. Items look out of position. Is the template available within adobe XD for screen size actually accurate? Certain shapes and drawn lines also seem not to be in proportion. Thanks,Jabed

I'm having a problem with responsive resizing not working on my XD wire frames.If I build an artboard in the current version of Adobe XD, and I go to resize it responsibly, it works as expected. No problem.My issue is that I am trying to work on boards I create using elements that were created in XD from several releases earlier. Have these elements from the older wire frames become corrupted and therefore are not behaving correctly when I go to resize them?Sometimes the responsiveness works, but most of the time it does not. Is there any way to erase any former attributes from elements from previous versions so that I don't have to re-create the hundreds of artboards that aren't working correctly when I try resize them?I am attaching an image of a sample XD file that exhibits the problem. While working on Xd my elements are disappering when resized, like if I had moved it to a lower layer.Also, the copies of a component, when edited, are changing the main component (original), messing up the layouts, some elements appear while others don't. There's any bugs in this Xd version? I'm using the 35.1.12

I have a column of text elements inside of a component that jump up and down, during auto animate transitions, but only in the published prototype link.  I checked the name and composition of each component and asset, across all artboards, and everything is layered and composed correctly and consistently. Also, this does not happen when I click on desktop preview. Here, everything is smooth and perfect.  Is this a known issue? Any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks   Is this a known issue? 

XD has been crashing constantly for 1 week while I'm working, I'm on the latest version and creative cloud is up to date. I don't have any problems if I use other software like illustrator or photoshop!anyone encountering the same problem?thank you for your feedback

¿Quien sabe cuanto es el limite de uso para los cambios que puedo realizar a un vinculo compartido? Tengo el plan gratis. Anteriormente habia hecho como unos 4 cambios al mismo vinculo. Al querer hacerlo de nuevo no lo permitio y sale el menjaje que aparece en la imagen adjuntada.

Why does Adobe claim my local fonts to the Adobe web fonts system when I use them in XD? There's no connection between them. I have downloaded all my fonts locally to my Windows font directory, some are TT and some are OT, and they are all installed on my OS. When I use any font in XD they suddenly appear in my CC desktop font setup with a cloud icon infront of some of the weights. It also say "unable to install this font". But I have every weight in the font family locally, so what's the deal? Why does the fonts appear there when I use them in XD? I've never done anything to activate any Adobe web fonts or anything remotly close to that. I just pick my locally installed font from the typetool in XD. I feel Adobe is messing with my font setup and that there's something wrong going on with the connection between Adobe web font and XD, cause it doesn't happen whenever I use them in PS, IN or Illu.  

Why does the shadow of PDF files disappear on MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) and Ipad (7th)?The shadow in PC will not disappear.      

It says i cant do animaton on chrombook but can do it on Android Mobile. How do i do that??? 😛

Hi there, I cannot open my Xd cloud document (only this one).I have tried to open it via creative cloud desktop & website but it keeps showing error, "Sorry, we can't open this document."I already marked several versions in history but none of them works.I also tried to download it from cloud website but it failed.I know there're lots of posts related to this one but I still cannot find a solution.Hope someone can help me.

Please can there be an update button added to the open linked library pannel? It auto-updates if a NEW component is added, but if I adjust an existing component, I have to navigate back to all libraries, open my document assets, update and then go back to the linked library. It's massively annoying.

I can only select / delete them one at a time. Filtering the list of layers does not suppose to break the multiselect functionality.This means that the above feature is not complete yet.
