Questions

Ever since I update Adobe XD this morning to version 34.1.12, I can barely get any work done without the program either lagging for ~10 seconds or freezing every time I want to do simple functions such as zooming out or just navigating between artboards. Also having trouble editing text boxes and artboard names. I am forced to exit and re open XD just to edit a text box.

What's the rigth canvas size to design at 1x for Android and iOS?

All of the shortcuts have suddenly stopped working. I cant zoom in, use spacebar for handtool or any of the other shortcuts. I have tried restarting my system, re-installing XD but none of them worked out. I am using windows 10. PLEASE HELP!

Here is what seems to be happening:Person 1 is currently working on that file. Person 2 opens the file and joins. Immediately, Person 1 is kicked off of the file and shows disconnected with the loading bar shown. If Person 1 force closes the app altogether and reopens the file, Person 2 is kicked off of the file. It goes back and forth like this. We have several files shared between the design team and only this one specific file seems to do this.

Hi, I think I am going to start a baker carrer with all of those reinstalling apps and I am havingc constant issues with Adobe apps. This another one with 34.3.12: After making component file and in new I linked assets I can't open the master files and the app always freezes like this, this is how I end up working with up.   

 You can see that it isnt showing the black bits usually present. But it still lets me pick the colors as if the black was being displayed:  

After updating to the latest version of XD (34.3.12.1), my colleagues and I are unable to access our cloud documents. We're all on mac OS 10.15.5.   

Xd updated itself last night on my mac to 35.0.12 and when I went to open files today the whole program would crash as soon as it finished loading. I was lucky enough to be able to back date my XD to 34.4.12, which allowed me to access my prototypes today. Serious issue as it renders XD 35.0.12 unuseable for some Mac users on the new update. 

My teammates and I have discovered that when we share .xcd files with each other, the subject line is in Hungarian, e.g. "Sue Smith az Adobe XD alkalmazáson keresztül" Is anyone else experiencing this?

Ever since the MAX update my XD constantly freezes. Anyone else having problems? I'm on Catalina. I haven't had any issues up until now. 

Please take a look at the attachments. For some reason, I cannot share any documents with my peers. I have LOTS of space available.

Hi, I'm having problem withe Adobe XD, it keeps giving me error  "Maximum number of invitations reached", I tried through the web nothing change.I think the issue here that XD is acting like I'm using the starter plan. I have "Creative Cloud All Apps Annual plan, prepaid".  Thank you.

Hallo Community,ich suche eine Lösung in der ich die komplette Übersicht (also nicht jede Zeichenfläche als einzelne Seite) als PDF-Datei speichern kann.Bei Sketch gibt es hierfür das Plug-in "Print Export" in der man jedes Artboard als ganze PDF-Seite speichern kann.Ich nutze diese Ansicht gerne um Kunden einen aktuellen Status zu senden. Bestimmt komm die Frage, warum ich nicht die "Freigeben" Funktion hierfür nicht nutze. Einige Kunden möchten lieber ein Dokument welcher bei ihnen auf den Servern liegen und nicht in der Cloud etc.Über Eure Antworten freue ich mich. Vielen Dank schon mal hierfür.Liebe GrüßeEnver  

Getting issue while publishing the XD link using “Anyone with the link” access, after updating XD. My current XD version is 35.1.12. Does anyone has any sollution for this?

The "password protected" option has disappeared from my Adobe Xd version 35.1.12

Hello all,Maybe it's me, but when I made an component with two states (for example a button) and create an export a link so developpers can download these themselves, they can only download one state...!? Perhaps it's a bug? Or is this functionality not there yet? I know I can export them, but I rather let them download it via the shared link.Hope you guys can help me. E 

I have created an icon placeholder component to main the icon size consistency in my application. when I use the icon place holder component and replace it with icons inside, during export it's not exporting all icons. The assets are overriding even if they are labeled differently. I have to manually ungroup the component and then name it back to export all assets. I have attached the source file and a few screenshots. One from XD an application where it shows 6 assets as downloadable and the other screenshot is from cloud developer handoff where it shows only 3 assets.

Hello, I've searched many previous threads though still could not find an answer to this.  How do I share a public link of a prototype, that works on mobile? I've created an Iphone 11 prototype, and have a public share link generated by XD, however, when opening on chrome, the chrome footer/navigation blocks the navigation of my prototype. You can see it if you pinch the screen and zoom out, though then the links of the prototype don't work - rendering this public link of the prototype on mobile useless. Does anyone know a way of showing an XD prototype that works on mobile? If I make the screensize shorter - will this display on mobile? Thanks in advance! 

I am having some issues with Repeat Grid.  1) I made a little switch, so you can turn settings on/off. See image for example (Capture 1) The first switch works just fine, it will go back and forth. But when I use the repeat grid for the last two, they do not move when clicked.  2) I am following this tutorial from adobe, the daily challenge "Movie Timeline." See image for example            (Capture 2) I created the component and everything was working how I wanted it to. But when I used the repeat grid to make all the other components they won't edit nicley. If I edited the seconded component (not the master component) It doesn't edit how I think it should. If I edit the date, then when I go into hover mood, it will still have the old date, same thing with the picture in the circle. If I edit the picture in default mode, then it doesn't change in hover mode (It will sometimes change all the pictures to the updated picture as

Bonjour,J'utilise ma licence adobe creative sur un un imac et sur un mac book pro, XD me dit sur le mac book pro que je ne peux pas ouvrir mon fichier fait sur mon imac parce que la version de mon fichier à été faite sur une version XD plus récente, hors XD est à jour mais surtout il s'agit de la même licence, je ne comprend pas ce qu il se passe.merci de votre aide.C.

Adobe Version: 32.0.22.11Mac Version: 10.15.6 My adobe XD keeps showing Application not responding while I was editing.Initially, I thought it was because I was working on the cloud so I tried to download my working file in the local version but it keeps showing Application not responding after a while and I had to force quit the programme.  It's really frustrating to work on XD especially when my changes do not get saved at all. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Estou impossibilitado de arrastar e soltar imagens para dentro do adobe xd. Ja verifiquei o tamanho da imagem que está correto, também desinstalei e reinstalei o programa e não funcionou. Eu consigo apenas importar imagens, mas através dessa função é impossível criar máscara ou editar a imagem da maneira como necessito para meu projeto. Peço que me auxiliem rápido, pois estou com urgencia!!

Hey guys,Here is a bug that I just found. 1. Create a text field and populate it with text.2. Highlight / select one or several words from the text field.3. Click on a color from the COLORS section from the DOCUMENT ASSETS panel.RESULT: instead of having only the selected word(s) change color, the whole text field (all words) will change the color into the selected color. Please fix 🙂 Thank you
