Questions

We are working with an older design-file (our design system) and co-editing is enabled and document is shared with several users. We are now trying to convert it into a library but it takes forever. Now ongoing for 3 hours. And XD is still publishing. If we cancel publising by closing XD (which is the only way) and then go back to libraries panel, then library is created? If we then share this with several users (both as Can Edit and Can View) We can see the library is toggled on, but we do not have any assets available. Here should be a full color palette, 10+ character styles and 150+ components available. 

I updated XD and was surprised to find that now I have CC Libraries instead of working with Cloud documents. So far using the libraries is really not good comapred to working with Cloud documents. Every update I do to the file and publish takes about 15 minutes!!! It used to be so simple and fast. Is it just me? It is really unusable at this stage I do like that you've added the thumbnail view of the components. 

 My coworker and I decided to add the new ADOBE XD document co-editing feature to our workflow. He created the project and I tried to access it but it was impossible. XD threw me an error saying that he could not open the document. we both have the same version of XD.

I'm trying to make a simple drop-down menuI have a component ("Component 1") and it is a button in the default state.When I click on it ("Tap") it shows the "menu" state, which makes visible a rectangle expanding down below it, like a dropdown.  So:Component 1Default state: ButtonTap Action: shows the menu below it.  I called it the "Menu State"Within the Menu State:Each line of text, or menu item I had to make as it's own component.  It works like this:Default state: Just show the textHover state: Hilight the textI couldn't figure out how to do that unless I made each line of text it's own component.That works fine.  Now what I want to do is when I click on that Hover state I want the whole menu to go away, and everything revert back to the initial Default Button state.  So I go into prototype mode and click on the ">" attached to the hover state.  Then I go to the right, elect the tap action.  From there my options are:Default state of the line o

Hi, I would like to know why the synchronization does not work properly in Adobe XD, so I can access my cloud files from different devices. It only shows the files, that were saved only on that device.That's why now I can't access my lately saved file with my mobile XD App.Thanks in advance.

 Hello everyone,  I'm trying to work with adobe libraries and adobe XD, but it's not working with .ai files. I can drag and drop a .jpg files into an adobe xd document, but it's blurry when it's an .ai file. The librairies sync perfectly with Illustrator, I can change color of an artwork, and in XD it show the new color in the library panel. It's not blurry, but when i try to use it in my adobe XD file, it's blurry.  My collegue who is also on macOS Catalina 10.15.7 has the same issue as myself. BUT, my other collegue who is on an older version of macOS doesn't have the issue. The same library share with him, works perfectly fine on his adobe xd file. The components aren't blurry, and if he shares his adobe xd file with me, i also see the artwork well load, and not blurry.  If I try to do the same, my artwork is blurry, and on his mac, he see also the artwork blurry.  I've try a lot of solutions by myself, and i'm out of ideas !&nb

I invited a client to "View and Share" the design on XD website. The link is with Access "Only invited people". The client can see the design but can't share (invite). As the owner, I can clearly see that the design for the client is "Can view and Can share". On the attached image below XD says that the client doesn't have the permission to invite people. Do you know anything about this issue? How to fix it? avoid in the future? I also tried to test the whole process of invitation with my wife. I invited her to View and Share the design, she received the invitation, got into the design on XD website and clicked button Invite. Then she entered my another email, but this time she had only one option to View but not to share the design. So she was able to share but couldn't share the design with permission to share it further.  How to understand these sharing permissions? Can anyone explain to me how this process is working and why my client cannot share the design with her

Whats the deal with this ?   I can't save local version any longer (and not save online) save forces my work onto your servers"Save as local document" does nothing (doesn't react to selecting that option) does not bring up a dialog.Neither does the overly complicated keystroke "short" cut.  Why are you trying to force us to save on your servers by breaking such as simple function?

Hi, Whenever I try to write anything in Hebrew the program crashes the moment I write more than one letter.  Attached here is a video showing the events leading up to the crash:             Font used is Helvetica Neue, the program's default. I'm on MacOS Catalina, Version 10.15.6I'm using XD's latest version, 33.1.12. I tried reverting back to 33.0.12 and 32.2.22 as well to see if the problem persists, and still exists there as well. Please help me address this issue and find a fix. Thank you,Ophir

Hi,Since one of the latest updates (not sure exactly which one, but this wasn't the case a month ago)Adobe XD keeps crashing whenever i try to edit or create a text item containing RTL texts.Happens consistently with multiple fonts types. (using a windows machine)Is there also a way to downgrade XD's version to a more stable build?i dont get a "Older Versions" opion on creative cloud app.Please help! The program is presenting many problems that do not allow it to be used. You cannot edit or create texts, nor does the right click work.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I am having an issue where I set up an action for one connection to play a sound (the one sound worked) but it broke all my other connections. It appears that all of my connections are now set to Action > Playback and they don't actually link to the other artboards.I have tried to remove the audio clip and go through my connections to set it back to Action > None but it will not select/stay on none. I have removed all the connections (ctrl+a, delete), but even new connections are stuck in audio playback.I restarted my computer, updated XD, but none of these troubleshooting steps are working.  I even copy/pasted my artboards to a new document and it still won't work.Has anyone else encountered this issue? My next step is to uninstall and reinstall. I have a critique at 2pm today and this is really annoying.

Hey, I'm on a Entreprise plan and I invite other to co edit with me on the document but they are on starter plan. I saw that they are limited to have 2 co editor. I deleted all of them and add again only one person but he still have the message that said he need to upgrade for a premium plan. If I create a new document and I invite him it's fine tho. It seems that all already created document are not working. Also I see that starter plan can only have one shared link activited. What does that mean? If in my document I invited him and I have 2 differents links (1 for review and 1 for dev) does it will be fine? Thanks

Hey All,  Is XD working on the concept of 'pages' to better help organize different stages in a product in one document? Having everything on one page is getting really chaotic and hard to organize. I know both Sketch and Figma have this and its one big thing I miss from those programs. Thanks!

I am running Adobe XD on a pretty new MacBook however, auto-animate is proving frustratingly slow and laggy in the preview and can't understand why, I tried even following tutorials on youtube to see if it was just me not doing it properly, but no following a tutorial it still proved very laggy and slow

Today I noticed a bug in Adobe XD ver 34 that almost ruined my file - it's great I noticed it before closing the app and could revert back with Crtl+Z. The problem:If you select to filter all linked assets by file (show assets only from a specific file) and then select components in library panel holding Shift - it will select all hidden components (from current document or others) that were in between selected ones in the original list without filtering.I was going to delete all unused components from my file but noticed that components from another file got deleted too (they became simple groups on the artboard). I always thought filtering worked a bit different - if I can't see an item in the list there should be no way to delete it! I hope you fix this before lots of people ruin their work without noticing it.

Why do I need to go back and force to the tools menu on the left to switch to the arrow selection tool while I am using a different tool Holding CTRL do the trick on every normal app of yours

after the last update v34 the working process is Imposible. while i try to open document it freezes exactly after opening without any actions. it just launchs  loading document and Stuck at begining. that happens only on windiws laptop (surface pro 6) , on a mac its absolutely fine 

 Some projects are shared from another account (colleague), his account will be removed. So I want to be sure that all the shared files won't be delete also. Do they always stay in the cloud somehow? Or do I need to download the 1 by 1, to be sure I am not losing them? 

I have a problem with a prototype. it plays well on the computer, but some of the transitions and animations don't work correctly at the sharing link generated from the file. I made sure that the link is updated but still doesn't work. Thank you.
