Hi, I just downloaded the latest version of the XD BETA, and when I try to open the program, I get the following error:You'll need a new app to open this adbxd.helper.appAlong with a checkbox "Always use this app" and an OK button - which does nothing.I have the latest Windows 10No app directory to find the executable file, like suggested in another forum.Bug in program? When will it be fixed? How can I launch the program?This is horrible and shouldn't be happening - also posted about this new app to my Facebook Designers community and my own FB page - if people download and get an error right off the bat, how does this look?? BAD

Hi, I am using the latest version of Adobe XD, and I started a case study file from an earlier version that I was working on. I didn't have any problem in exporting pdf with the earlier version of my file. For the second version of the file, it was automatically saved on the cloud and then I downloaded the file and continued working on it on my PC. Now with the latest version of the file, when I export the artboard as PDF, the result is completely blank. None of the content shows up. Hi! I've made a pop up window with multiple screen transitions, but when it clicks between artboards, the screen flashes/flickers. Does anyone know how to solve this so the transition is more seamless? I've attached a video of the prototype to show the flashing. Thanks!!

While development share enables developers to view css properties, in some cases an object in Adobe XD will not look the same if a developer chooses to use provided css snippets. Simple example demonstrating the issue: Artboard containing a background image with a blurred rectangle on top (expected result)  Adobe XD generates following css snippet:top: 160px; left: 160px; width: 760px; height: 760px; background: #000000 0% 0% no-repeat padding-box; box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px #000000; opacity: 1; backdrop-filter: blur(50px); -webkit-backdrop-filter: blur(50px);  Actual result using above snippet:  However this can be fixed when background: #000000 0% 0% no-repeat padding-box;is replaced withbackground: rgba(18, 18, 18, 0.4); Finding the corresponding color values does take time unfortunately, it would be great if the team behind Adobe XD could fix this issue for faster, more seamless workflows.

The "Fix Position when Scrolling" option has disappeared/is nonexistent. A new prototype I'm working on has no toggle button for this on the XD side panel. I opened an old project that I made a fixed position header on and see there is now a blue pin icon on the fixed web part, but still no toggle switch visible on the XD side panel. Yes, I've used this option many times, so I know how it works; I'm in Prototype mode. The XD side panel simply has no "Fix Position when Scrolling" toggle switch (or anything). Also, there are NO sections on either of these prototypes that are using the "scroll groups". The fixed header on both projects is a component. I can provide screenshots if needed. Is anyone else having this problem? It's like the feature has been completely removed from XD?XD v 33.1.12 on Windows 10 Pro

Hello, with new Flow system in XD i miss ability to change home artboard of Flow without need to change link, after that i must redistribute to the team new link . And this is frustrating, its imposible to find it in all locations in documentation.

When I apply a linear gradient to a shape and try to adjust it, both handles jump out from under my cursor as soon as I drag them ~120 px to the right making it difficult to accurately adjust the gradient.    <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi there, "Fix position when scrolling" does only show up in the first level of artboards (see screenshots below) ... There are cases in which restricting "Fix position when scrolling" to the first level is inconvenient. So therefore, please also allow "Fix position when scrolling" in deeper levels in an artboard. Also currently, trying to attach example XD files is not possible in this new forum. We are using XD 22.3.12.2 on Windows 10 Enterprise (1703).

Hello Dear Community.   I would like to ask you if there is any otpion to see which design documents are using linked assets from design system.   Example: I've one design system with components and many teams who are using the same design system, I would like to know which team is using which component from design system.   Is this kind of tracking even possible, maybe by using some hooks, plugin, possiblity to add own tracking code somewhere?   Best, Mario   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello everyone I want to know why linked components can be transformed into a local component and others not?For example: Here i have 2 linked components, both in the same file and both coming from the same "components file". Here i can transform it to a local component and here not: Why? For me it looks toally random and like a bug. But is it? Or do i something wrong? Thanks, Marco 

Is there a way to organize your Cloud Files (that have been shared between several team members) in Folders? We have been working on XD for a while and now have a problem that the file-browser in XD is cluttered with files from several different projects and we cannot easily find old files anymore. (In addition the MacOS version of the XD Filebrowser ist pretty difficult to use as you can't expand the window to show the full filenames.)   {Renamed By MOD}

I upgraded XD this morning and now it doesn't work at all. I'm logged in and can see my cloud documents in Creative Cloud Desktop, but I can't open them in XD. Each time I try, it crashes. I already tried uninstalling XD, deleting temp files, rebooting, and reinstalling XD.  Help! I'm stuck and can't do my work.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I have only just recently noticed this happening on my past couple of projects (in the past month). Some of my Font Awesome icons don't appear or appear out of place on the development share link. I have tried updating the link and they still stay the same. See attached images below. How they should appear. (XD file)       How they are appearing. (On the XD dev share link)

Hi ,I am using adobe XD on my windows 10 PC. I am from Maldives, and our Dhivehi language uses a Unicode font, its written in left to right like a letter followed by a vowel. like the Arabic type.  In adobe XD i can write or copy from a Dhivehi language website and it pastes and can write fine. but when i release or deselect the text box. it kinds of break.. and the letters are not showing as it should.I have attached two pictures showing when i write text & when I release the Text box    is there a fix for this.,.. or is it a bug. if a bug when can this be fixed.   Thank you

Right now when I duplicate an artboard, it duplicates it to the right, but I would prefer for it to duplicate in a vertical row. (Making certificates and would like to be able to mass duplicate and then just change the names) Would appreciate any help!

Lately whenever we send developer links to developers the assets are missing and we have to email those seperately. I am not sure whether this has happened after the last update, but it is frustrating and time consuming for all parties involved.  Any one know what the problem may be?

Hi, I am facing issue while using prototype mode. If I am in prototype mode, I can barely do any interaction. The artboards get stuck in midway of the screen and takes around 3 seconds to load. Because of this I can't do any demoes with the project stakeholders for the last 15 days. Please help me in resolving this one.Thanks 

I can't access my cloud documents two days ago. I checked Creative Cloud and it keep saying to update the app version(As in photo). So I tried to uninstall all the adobe products and creative cloud by using  creative cloud uninstaller. Then I get the latest version of Creative Cloud from official website and reinstalled. But nothing changed. So, I tried another pc. I installed creative cloud and signed in with my account. It works normally, I can access my docs at another PC. Seems like it is happening only in my pc. Luckily, I got access to download my cloud file on assets.adobe.com. I love using adobeXD. I don't want this to happen. So please help me solve this problem. Is have a weird component issue, when I want to edit my component it it puts my item on a different location then I wat it to be. I klik an drag it to the place I avnt it to be, then I let go, but it moves elseware   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi everyone! I've been hired as a designer for a client who was previously working with another designer. The client has the Adobe XD Developer share link, but the designer (who has gone radio silent) never provided them access to the design files.  Now that I'm picking up the project, I'm hoping there's a simple way to be able to access the design files so that I can copy/paste them into an account that the client has total access to. Otherwise, I'll need to recreate every single screen based on the assets & information within the developer view.  Please help!! 

Hi,We are new to Adobe XD. We are making the UI layout for developers to execute (for mobile app).Before using Adobe XD, we used the template provided by Apple and added various measurements next to the visual directly like this:In the meantime, we are trying to use Adobe XD to see if it would be beneficial for the development.Here is a reference we made in XD. Now, the developers said they feel more difficult to read the margins of different elements.They can only tab on the element and move around to see the margin differences of different elements.Not to mention if they tap on the "text field" inside the button, they are not getting the right dimension difference between other object; they need to tap on the button in order to make get the numbers right. Is therey anything we could do to help solving this situation?I look forward to the community wisdom on this!Thank you!

Our developers told us that they like we marked all the spacing in the UI elements directly:so that they can view it intuitively without any trouble. However, after we tested out using Adobe XD:They felt big headache looking for each spacing as they need to carefully move the mouse to different positions to find out. Is there anyway or plugin to resolve this difficult?Thank you.
