 We have installed plugin "Adobe XD" in Jira Production and tried to configure projects but configure screen in disabled state. But its working fine in test-environment 

Good morning,we have some problems with the Adobe XD Plugin for Jira Server. We installed the plugin on our Server with the latest Version. Everything is fine and is working accept for the comment function. In Jira we cant see the Comments from the Artborads. Does anyone have a solutionfor this? You can find a example below. The Comment function is not displayed.

Yesterday I noticed that I can no longer read or write comments (in Safari). And if someone mentions me in a comment and I follow the link in the notification, I only get the message "No comments yet", even though there are already several comments. In Chrome it works fine.

I noticed this little bug a while ago when using linked assets from a document into another.After linking the documents, the assets panel shows a scrollbar, but at first glance it's empty. Scrolling with the mouse's scroll it "refresh" the list and shows the assets. Today I was working in a new document and linked another file with a lot of assets.> I didn't noticed if I did this thing to "refresh" the list.At certain moment, I was trying to apply a color into one element (colors are at the top of the list and aparently the list was fine) but the color applied was all wrong, even trying to apply other colors (I tried to apply green, it was coloring it red; I tried yellow, it came out darker red,etc, possibly other colors I have in the list). After getting confused by this behaviour I did the scroll thing in the assets list and finally I was able to apply the right color (click green, colored green). I'm using Windows 10; Adobe XD 32.1.22.3.

As per title. Using latest XD version 33.0.12.8, Windows 10:2004 (19041.508). 16GB Ram, Intel i7-8700K 3.7ghz (not overclocked) with nVidia 1660Ti Super 8GB, driver version 446.14 (This is not lastest nVidia driver but this is normal practice for me as new drivers can cause issues with some games I play so I tend to wait a month or two and stay with stable driver release - not been an issue previously.) Issue seems to be only when I make a local document save to a network drive that the artboard becomes unresponsive. The UI continues to work and I can select things on the panels, right click and access menus, etc. but the actual artboard interface stops drawing so I can't make any changes. Only way to fix issue is to close XD and reopen file. Cloud save works fine. Sorry if already reported - checked search and nothing came up - there is also no Topic for reporting an issue if it's not known... 😉

Border works for:Rectangle(R)Elipse(E) But not for:Polygon(Y) Is this a known ISSUE already?

I've installed the OTF fonts from Apple for UI design on my PC—SF Compact, SF Compact Round, SF Pro. The majority of the glyphs appear just fine. However, all of the symbol glpyhs are missing.They are represented by what looks like a 6-layer hamburger.What's happening? Are these OTF fonts deviating from the standard?

Hi, i was using xd regularly and was working fine, and suddenly it stopped working. Stopped working in the sense, when i open an already created file, it opens and displays the assets, components and all other stff on the left, but no artboard is displayed, or the work that i have done is not displayed And i've been stuck to this issue for several days, I have not come across any problems related to this in the past.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello,I have a very persistent proble with Adobe XD. It freezes maybe 10 seconds to 1 minute into operation. If I try to put in a text box - it freezes. If I open a project - it freezes instantly. I am not able to work fo a minute, because it just freezes and it isn't possible to do anything. I uninstalled it twice, together with the whole Creative Cloud, and after reinstallation, the freeze continues. I need help to solve the problem, because the only other solution I can think of is to start using Figma instead, and I'd like to avoid it. I'm getting desperate here, please help!Thanks and regards,Wojtek

I just completed my prototype. Im ready for user testing. I used Adobe XD to build the prototype. I'm looking to reach over 1000 users. What online websites can I integrate my prototype with for user testing(preferably ones and gather useful data and heat maps)?

Hello Designers,I came across a problem on deciding with system icons size while designing for different web dimensions. Pls suggest me what are the base Icon sizes while designing for 1920×1080 and 1024X768. Also give me knowledge about if there is any relativity of choosing icons sizes in correspondent with page dimensions.To Illustrate my problem more, let's assume I choose 24X24 as base Icon size while designing for 1024x768 dimension but, can I also use the same 24X24 as base icon size for 1920X1080 as well? or will there be any variation?  If Yes why? and if No, pls explain. Thanks and regardsKishan Permand

This is the steps to repeat the problems:1. Design a card component with several text fields.2. Make the card as a component.3. Make an instance of the card component. 4. Use repeat grid on the card component (instance)5. Drag the data to one of the text fields.6. Expected: different text fields are populated with the content of the data file    But: just one field being updated! Version: 33.1 (Starter)

Hello When i try install Adobe XD that stuck at 3%, i read on that community answer about use a offline installer, but i cant see any links for that app.I try ask help desk, but i dont see any option to contact. So anybody have a working link for offline installer?

I'm trying to set up in Xd a thing where I have one image to change to another on hover; the best way I can think of is to have one image on top of another, and have the hover state change the opacity of the top image from 0% to 100%. How do I set this up? Or is there a better way to do this effect?

Hey!... know it's a recursive pray since the first XD versions. But important enough to insist, even Whatsapp have it's own dark-mode nowadays!So please, take a time to give us an extra life for our visual and cognitive system. With only two actions you could save us from headaches and migrains.dark-mode UI (as already exists in each of the other Adobe tools)Higher contrast in menu items and panels. Still a pain when working in high light level enviroments combined with the white UI background.   

Hey there, Is there any way to overlay the status bars (time/battery etc.) when testing cloud documents on my android phone? I'm relatively new to using Adobe XD, but I've done my best to research my issue first. I've watched a lesson where the instructor downloads the iOS status bars and positions it at the top of each artboard, but I can't find the same thing for android. I also assume it's just an image of the status bars and not the real thing. Is there a method to getting the real thing? Cheers.

I'm need help! I'm trying to create the simplest of prototypes and the one key aspects is the need to display 2 fixed items on a long scrolling page. No matter what I try I cannot get my elements to appear in the prototype as fixed elements. See attached screen recording. What am I missing? Why are these elements completely disapearing when viewed as a prototype? Thanks for your help!

I have two adobe accounts (personal and company) and sometimes I need the check things on my android device. To do this, I need to switch accounts quite often. When I logout from the android app, there is the following message: "open an XD file on desktop. Connect to device using an USB cable -OR- Make logon to access your XD files and prototypes in cloud". Curiously, the desktop app has the following message: Is the preview on device using USB cable available to Mac only?  Windows 10Adobe XD Desktop app 33.1.12.4Adobe XD Mobile app 33.0.0 (34957)

Hi there, just noticed the comment pin does not scroll with the rest of the design. Tested with Safari, Chrome and Brave. Am I doing something wrong? Cheers

I have a component shape (a simple rectangle box). When I edit the main component, all the instances don't edit in the same way... they are actually editing the inverse of the action I'm performing on the main. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Photo below. I'm dragging up from the bottom to resize, but on all the instances, it is dragging down from the top.  

Hello, I updated my XD (Mac platform) to the newest version but I cannot use the color picker feature. When I hit the color picker icon, nothing happens. I've tried to reinstall the app but still not working.  Please help me solve the issue.
