Hello, I working on Mac.When I double click on a text box with Hebrew characters, the letters disappear, it only shows me the first letter of each row. English letters appear normally. Does anyone know the fenomen or  what can be the cause or the solution? thanks   {Renamed By MOD}

If I click on the comment, the page with the comment does not open. It is the same for all comments. I can not see the comment. There is also no possibility to show all comments like before.

Good afternoon, I'm trying to design some screens for android but I can't find the device option. I have seen tutorials that include this option but in the Adobe xd application that I have installed it does not appear. Attachment print. Thnks.

I saved my work on 21st Aug. both on the cloud and locally. Now when I open the file, either way. I only get the version of 17th Aug. All the work of those 5 days is just...... lost. Can anyone help me in getting my work back? It was a lot!Any help is sincerely appreciated. Thanks in advance

  Hello,  I am not able to publish any of the prototype and getting error 131 (attached screenshot).  One of my teammate is able to publish under same corporate policies.   Could there be proxy issue. guys, PLEASE, FIX THIS BUG IN CO-EDITING. I have no peace with xd anymore. EVERYTIME, no matter what my team do, the xd closes, didnt save our work, etc etc. And you can say "Oh okay but just open the xd again" NO, WE CANT BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENS, NEVER OPENS!!!!!! We reinstall the app, we restart our computer, we PRAY FOR GOD, but nothing helps. Please, fix this!!!!! 😞

I am posting because I am a novice to XD and I am wondering if it is possible to add hovering/tap states to a PNG/JPG i imported from PS. Essentialy I am trying to accomplish the effect on this website: https://www.satupelkonen.com Specifically the mouse-over effect when your cursor is on the images.

Hi, I'm having troubles after updating Adobe XD, It's stucked on the load screen, It was working before the update, now I tried to go back to the version before the last one and now it doesn't work anymore, I restarted the PC, I uninstalled and installed again the last version and restarted, I installed other versions but doesn't work, I has like 30 minutes on this load sceen, help please... 

When I start Adobe XD I'm stuck in a loop. It's trying to load some window on top of the main window with my file; this window then closes before it finishes loading, and then it tries to open it again. If I press the "close" button on the window, XD close completely.  I'm using the latest Xd. 

Hi All! I am a UI/UX designer. When I design in XD for an ios app at 1x (375pt × 812pt) and export it to 3x (1125px × 2436px ), I expect the exported image (PNG or JPEG) to have 2 times the resolution. Correct me if I am wrong! Whereas, this never happens. In fact, the 1x becomes 1/3rd in terms of quality (125px × 271px)  as you can see in these 2 test images :  Point is that een after exporting at 3x I am getting the resolution same as what i imported as 1x , even worse than that. Please suggest a fix in which i could get 3 times the resolution at 3x when i design at 1x. Thank you!Shivam Rai

When I export my artboard to either a PNG or JPG exporting true to form with the bottle shadow. The bottle and bottle shadow are all one layer so I can't figure out why this is. Screenshots attached.

Whenever I preview a screen using the preview feature, I always have to do a second click to maximize screen. This is annoying. I want to preview my design in maximized view by default. Is there any way to adjust this?   {Renamed By MOD}

Adobe XD keeps being not updated from one computer to another. This makes it extremely to work in different computers. In my iMac I have already the latest version, in the Macbook doesn't even show up a new version. This is not the first time and honestly it's really annoying. Last time it took me like 2 weeks to be able to reopen files in the macbook. I even tried uninstall the Adobe XD, not sufficient, and then tried uninstall everything adobe related Tried every single thing i could find in forums, in this community and in the chat of adobe help.

Hello Adobe,I do not know how to address this issue, so I am writing here. I hope there are some other designers/studios that have the issue that we have. We are an international company, and we are working on projects together. We use the live-coediting feature for each project that we are doing.The problem is, that we constantly need to update XD. Sometimes more than one time during a day. Therefore we are blocking each other from doing on the same project/file.Please, is there an update schedule? Good day, there is nothing wrong with my internet conncetion, but I can't generate my link becasue it gives me an error message sayin I have internet connetion issues.

I'm having some issues after updating to the new version. My exports are super blurry, I have tried exporting both as PNG and JPG, web and design. Inside XD the images are super sharp, and I have had no previous issues with exporting, but after updating it looks super bad. Is this an issue that others are facing? I uploaded an example of an image exported as PNG design. 

First of all, sorry if I posted this on the wrong session. I`m having an issue with the auto-animate: I did the auto-animate in every clipboard, and when I play the vizualizer to the whole project, one in specific transition doesnt work, but if I play it individually it works normally.   Also, sorry about the bad english, it is not my native language Thank you!   {Renamed By MOD}

I had installed Adobe XD from the adobe website, and connect it to adobe cloud. but now I can't connect to adobe cloud so I can't create a new adobe xd project, like this. although I already restart my laptop and the creative cloud service

in the version XD 32.0.22 the old url from the xd-dokuments is gone and it has to be published a new url which is bad because the url of the document is linked in many developers tickets!

In Adobe XD (Windows), when I press the play button in the top right hand corner my gif does not move but my hover button does. However, when I click preview in browser (under anima plugins) my gif moves but my hover button does  not work. Please advise.    <The Title was renamed by moderator>

In the Specs View of a shared prototype, when changing the color format to HSLA, the values generated are not accurate. Eg: #7FCAEF shows a HSLA value of: hsla(199, 77%, 71%, 1): When using other online color conversion tools I get the value of: hsla(200, 78%, 72%, 1)On further inspection, I found a more accurate conversion tool which gives the value of: hsla(199.8, 77.8%, 71.8%, 1) It would appear that Adobe XD is rounding the values down rather than to the closest whole number. Please can this be rectified, unless there's a reason for this?CheersEuan 

I still get crashes working with Xd on windows from time to time where the application just quits. The problem is intermittent and I don't have more data on circumstances leading up to it at the moment, but will update the issue if I spot this happening again.

I have had an issue a few times now where I press undo a number of times to get back to a previous state and evaluate what the app looked like before I made some changes, but when I seek to redo those changes nothing happens. It's as if the whole undo / redo buffer has disaapeared which in some instances can result in the loss of an hour or so's work just because I wanted to review a past state. This is a new issue for me - I've not had this problem before the last couple of weeks so it seems like it may have been introduced in a recent update. I'm having a lot of stability issues with Dd at the moment which really frustrating and makes me want to start looking at alternatives. More than any new features I would just like to see the general stability improved.   Renamed By MOD
