I worked on a document for hours yesterday but didn't save it before my computer went to sleep. I woke it up this morning and my document is still sitting there right in front of me, but with a modal dialog box that says I can't access my document because "either it was deleted or it can't be accessed anymore." As soon as I hit "OK" (the only option) my document was gone, and hours of unreproducable work down the tubes. I searched Google and these forums and can't find any instances of that phrase anywhere. I find it difficult to believe that I'm the only one who has seen this, and it left me wondering what the heck is wrong with XD. Yes, I have the most current version, and I run the latest version of MacOS. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas, or has found a workaround for this bug please let me know. I installed latest adobe xd from creative cloud. When I launching adobe xd. the xd software window opens and showing the adobe xd logo. Then Its fully black nothing showing without black color. full adobe xd software interface is black only showing close, minimize, extend-window buttons in right upper corner.my computer configurations: Operating system: Windows 10 proProcessor: Intel(r) Core(TM) i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60GHzRam: 12.0 GBSystem type: 64-bit operating system

HiI create a simple button with default and hover state with padding enable just to use this component button as link component in other projects.Working on the master component When i change the text of button in default state, it automatically change the text in hover state (Everything is OK)But when i duplicate it, On the duplicated button when i change text in default state, the text in hover state will not change as in the video. 

I'm having a problem exporting vector shapes to png at 3x. For some odd reason, 3x results in 100% instead of 300%, 2x smaller, 1x reduced to tiny for no use.  On my design file, the ideal size is 16x16. I want 48x48 at 3x. I tried with many different objects. One arrow purely made of a path exported correctly, but all icons were reduceded is size. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Team,I am trying to export files from XD to Zeplin but its landing to zeplin there is no popup showing to "Select a project" and nothing happening. I have updated latest versions for XD and Zeplin bothKindly help me out.

The macOS of the affected machine begun to randomly crash and restart about once a week (while on sleep mode with the lid closed) after the installation of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe XD. I have several Macs, including the exact same model of the one where I have Adobe XD installed that has this issue. All Macs are on the same macOS version (10.15.6). None of those other Macs are having random resets. Only the Mac where Adobe XD is installed is having this issue, and it only started to happen after the Adobe XD (and Adobe Creative Cloud) installation. None of my other Macs (those that are working fine) have either of Adobe XD and/or Adobe Cloud installed. Nothing else have been installed during the previous months on the affected machine. The Mac crash report (after reboot) states that it has some relation to the IO Kit. Hey!i am working on my very first Adobe XD Projekt. I have been doing wordpress sites with templates before so i have a little experience but not too much in building from the scratch.My project has a resolution in XD of 1440 with 1160 as a main container. I am going to set several breakpoints / resolutions for the smaller screens.My question is: How can i control what happens on screens with higher resolutions? Is there something like setting some elements to »full screen« scaling? Of course this is possible in css but i am not sure what the best practice in XD is. I am not coding it myself so is it something one would tell the coding team (like »the image here should be 100% width«?thank you!Abic

Dear Community, im dealing with this problem: I am currently creating a prototype for a webapp.On one page there is a kind of question catalogue.A question can be answered with yes or no.Depending on the answer, further questions are displayed which are answered with yes or no, so that a relatively complex nesting is created.Unfortunately, the click path does not continue to work from the third nested question on. When i create a live link and open the link in chrome i can see the blue triggers where i should be able to click, but the click doesn't work...Have you had to deal with this problem before?I also rebuilt the whole thing completely new, the same bug/error... My brain hurts a bit now 😕😕 Thanks so much!

I cannot complete a prototype export for a link. Repeatedly going to 50% and stopping.

I installed the free version of Adobe XD and the cc library is not initializing, I tried all kinds of solutions (see image) but nothing worked, I have windows 10 laptop. Can someone please help me get this fixed. I want to buy the product but I see no use in it if one of it's main functionality isn't working

Can you create a bezier curve in XD where one handle has a greater magnitude than the other?  This is possible by pressing option, but then the linearity beween the two handles appears to be permanently broken. The settings are the opposite in Illustrator.  Illustrator lets you resize the magnitude of the handles individually, but doesn't let you maintain a symmetry.  If someone wants to answer how to do the opposite in Illustrator that'd be great too. EDIT: I just found that you can symmetrically scale bezier curves using the scale tool in Illustrator, so that answers that part (Solved here: https://graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/a/27997/155676).  But still need to figure out the XD question.

Hi, From one day to the next the 3 different links that I shared for weeks with design, development and client have disappeared! What happened?

1. I cannot browse all linked pages I can’t browse all the links to edit my personal account , Show on webpage "HTTP ERROR 400"2. I cannot set link passwordWhen I set a password in the XD link,the password always shows an error when opening the link or the link cannot be opened "HTTP ERROR 431"

Hello, I've tried to share my document with my friend developper who also downloaded Adobe XD, but he can't open my document because "I use an old version of XD". I checked for update in creactive cloud, and XD seems to be updated, but in reality not (my friend can use 31.2). How can I fix it ? PS : I'm on MacOS 10.13, but this OS seems to be compatible with XD if I refer to support information... Thank's for help !

Why are links uniqe to a users adobe account. This is a massive issue for version control. It would make more sense if links were unique to an XD file.    <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Is there a way to deactivate links under another component - for example, i have a page with links and a slide out menu, when the menu is active (ie slides onto the screen) the links underneath are still clickable making the clickable areas on the slide out menu difficult to click on?

Some of my share links are not rendering background colors properly. It looks fine in Preview, but once I share the links with my team and with clients, it looks like the photo below.Left is Preview, Right is in Browser. Text has been blurred for client privacy.I have seen this issue posted a few times, but haven't seen it resolved.I'm using v 31.1.12, but have had the issue in several previous versions. OS is Windows 10x64Have tried in Chrome, Firefox and Edge. It renders fine in Edge, but not in Firefox and Chrome. I have also played with the zoom settings and fullscreen and it doesn't seem to have an effect. I really need this to work in all browsers because we share these with a large number of clients.Thank you!

If i share a link for developers and hover over elements (for example area text) a border is displayed. If i click on this element more specs appears... But if i have the layout grid enabled all this informations are not displayed anymore. And it is not possible to recognize the allignment of elements to the grid in many cases. Why isn't this possible anymore? I remember a time this worked.

I am having an issue where my team is all updated to the latest version of Font Awesome 5 and we have verified the glyphs display without issue on each of our machines, however, when working collaboratively the font icons stop displaying the glyphs and instead just show the text. This is making it much more challenging because we are having to convert all of our icons to vector outlines so the other team members can see them, which is not ideal. Has anyone else had this issue.  Again, multiple members verified fonts work in other local applications but the issue happens when working collaboratively in XD.
