On macOS Catalina 10.15.3 During the saving of a new file, I created the local folder and entered the text field to create the Document name and XD became unresponsive. I can drag the windows around and switch between files open but that is all. MacOS is not reporting XD as unresponsive?    Thank you for any suggestions.    <The Title was renamed by moderator>

When I open XD it doesn't open and I get the message: --- XD quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple. --- I tried to unstall and reinstall, also tryed to install older versions, but same message... I'm on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) with High Sierra (version 10.13.6) Thank you!   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hola! no puedo utilizar otras fuentes en xd, que no sean las que me aparecen en la solapa... como agrego fuentes? Tengo un administrador de fuentes pero lo abro y tampoco se me cargan en xd (solo con xd tengo el problema) Saludos!

The design looks correct in preview mode, but when I export a shared link - it breaks some elements of the design. A dark striped background turns light and looks like it has a pixelated pattern (This is not an image, it is just a standard solid rectangle with a dark grey fill). And white boxes become transparent - they do use drop shadows. I have attached an image of what it should look like vs. how it looks in the shared link.  It's a mobile wireframe that doesn't use any images and is around 400 px wide. Thanks,   

Hi,Anyone knows how can I create a master button, that already has two status (On & off), that trigger the status of other elements in the same artboard? Should i Create a new artboard or I can have multifuncions for the same component?In attach there's a reference image. I would like to switch to grey all the circles once I push the power button (that also turns gray).Hope it's clear and somone can help me!Thanks

Hey,With latest XD update, I have noticed that I cannot access my saved files on my MacBook Pro from the 'Home' screen anymore. That option does not exist?Options available:- Cloud documents; 1. Shared with you. 2. Deleted I've already uninstalled XD once and re-installed it on my MacBook to make sure. Is it a bug, or what's the deal here? Cheers 

How do I copy artboards from one open XD document to another without having the assets included? The latter only creates huge issues cause I'm not able to delete the components from the new documents at all. They are there with no delete option. Can't delete single assets or multiple assets. I'm stuck with them sitting there. This has been an ongoing issue for years now. All I wanna do is to copy arboards with the design but NOT get the assets included at all in the new document. No colors, no componants, no character styles etc. This is something I'm in need to do all the time when making the transition from a lofi to hifi iterasjon. I just wanna start from scratch on the layout and create new assets from there in a seperate document cause its going to be shared seperatly as well. In other words: PLEASE make this possible.

How do I manage files that are published in CC into folders? Right now they are all just laying in an open structure and I can't see any way of adding them into sepereate named folders like I would do with my cloud documents. Have I missed something?

My links do not show up in XD - wires appear to link only to a blank grey page on XD preview or shared web view. The wires are all there and I've redone a few just in case I had not linked correctly, but still no links show up - in web or in preview. I just get a grey page with a line through the middle for all links. I've never experienced this before.

I am having some issues with XD, Sometimes there is a bug to rename components and xd not letting.I have for example 10 component instance and when I am editing master component of instances it is freezing and I need to wait about 5-10 seconds just to move the object inside the master component. I try on both last two versions of XD and result is same.My computer profile if needed:MacBookPro15,16-Core Intel Core i92,9 GHz32 GB RAMRadeon Pro 560X 4 GBIntel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

I have four buttons, for example, I am grouping them and resizing and I can't keep fixed space between. Is it possible with XD or not?I tried the new stack feature then it is not letting resizing.You can find in attachment image about my problem. ( I would like to make it also for more than 2 elements as well )Thank you in advance for the help.

Im fan of this software and I usually think how can it be better, I think one of this ideas can be to build the possibility to make margins in the components, if you have a Text style I want to have the possibility to introduce de amount of bottom margin, for example the magin betwen the <h1> and <p>, thats could be prety awesome!

All of a sudden I'm unable to move anything in the layers. Goes for all documents. Can't drag anything up or down. Everything is stuck. Nothing is locked by me. Yes everyhting is up to date.Yes my OS is up to date.No I haven't poored coke into my keyboard. Pleeease Adobe, could you make this application more stable? Its like its new stuff going on every day with XD!

I can't seem to be able to right click and delete the components now. I used to before. For some reason I can't do it. I now have to delete the component and redo it or remove it as a component and then start again. Very frustrating. Only happened in the last couple of days or so. I have also seen some of the icons within XD such as the dropdown arrow in at the top within the file name randomly go missing along with the eyedropper tool icon. Still clickable though. Thanks

When i try to export my files as PDF, all the images are inverted and sometimes even switch between each other, something needs to be done about this please. The test project file and PDF file is attached.

A new link has got created from the file i am working on. Now i am not able to revert to the old link. I was been updating the prototype by clicking on ''update link" this morning. All of sudden, create link was showing and have no clue how it has changed. In share section, there are two options i.e., manage links and create new. When i clicked on manage links, it directs me to a page where list of files can be seen as shared in the attachment below. I then marked on the file i need to update, but nothing happens.  Is it possible to revert the prototype to the old link?  Thanks in advance for the consideration!  

I have created different component states in my design (default and hover). However, when I share with a view setting Development, I'm not seeing the different states in that preview.  Can XD translate component states to Devs? and can XD translate the animation used to dev?

Hi,Since few days when I open my file from my local computer or from the cloud I have the same problem : the links I created to share with my developpers are not proposed in the list.When I check on "manage my links" and access to the creative cloud site they still exist but on XD I can't update them because they are no longer in the list.I created new one yesterday but it is the same problem today...Could you fix that please ? Otherwise my developpers will be lost if I have to create new links for every changes ThanksHélène

Hello community, here is my problem. In the menu on my homepage, my anchor links work because I can navigate to any item on that same artboard. But if I create another artboard with the same menu, I can't anchor links on items with a specific location in the first artboard. Whenever I want to link something from the second artboard, so that the destination goes to a specific location on the first, every time, that brings me to the start of the first artboard. Does anyone have a solution please? Thanks ! 🙂      

For half a year now, I've increased my work on complex mock-ups, full of small components and lots of text. A month or so ago, I started to feel hurt in right elbow and wrist... even a sense of tingling and numbness on hand. Bought an ergonomic mouse... but think its late. I've been more than 20 years working with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop or Indesign, and never had before any type of pain. Today, trying to select a text buried in a myriad of groups and components, I’ve noticed more hurt as normal. The answer has been clear at my eyes: Margin of tolerance to select objects is 0, even using Ctrl key. It means, that you have to click dozen of times to catch a pixel to select any object. When selected this object, if you want to move it, chances are that you lose again the focus on it trying to grab this 1 pixel width.Even worst with text objects… hundreds of clicks a day to select text boxes, changing cursor constantly from pointer to text tool, clicking compulsive

I published a link without a password from old file (from March). when i found out, i went to the manager links and deleted it. but the link is still alive....I opened the the same file and published new link with a  password, but nothing happend (it didn'e delete the old link) . I need to delete this link asap. Can you help me?

Hi,  I am having issues with Adobe XD Share links not providing full-screen views of my web designs. When I activate a link, I now see a white gutter on the left and right, as it is not scaling to view full-screen. It does not matter which "view setting" I use. Also, I have an older link that I did not update from a previous project that worked in full-screen, and once I updated the link it now  has the same issue.  Please advise how to fix this, Thanks in advance, Stephen
